Lietuvos Respublika yra nepriklausoma valstybė, tačiau jos nacionalinio ūkio raidos sparta bei bendras ekonomikos lygis priklauso ne tik nuo vidaus, bet ir nuo išorės veiksnių. Šiuos veiksnius apibūdina politinių, ekonominių, socialinių veiksnių integrinė priklausomybė, kurią apibrėžia globalizacijos procesų sąlygos ir jų veiksniai pasaulyje bei Europoje. Nėra didelių nesutarimų, kad globalizacija yra fundamentalus procesas, keičiantis pasaulio politikos, ekonomikos ir visuomenių struktūrą. Pradėtas vartoti penktojo dešimtmečio viduryje, žodis „globalizacija“ naudojamas apibrėžti informacijos, ekonomikos ir kitus procesus, turint galvoje didėjančių ūkių ir visuomenių integraciją bei intensyvėjančius savitarpio ryšius. Šiandien politikos strategijų kūrėjai diskutuoja, kaip globalizacija paveiks atskiras valstybes ir kaip suformuoti tokią valstybės politiką, kad būtų pasinaudota globalizacijos teikiama nauda kontroliuojant globalizacijos neigiamą poveikį. Tokios diskusijos yra būtinos, kadangi globalizacija nėra išlyginantis procesas – ji nesulygina ekonominių rinkų tarp atskirų valstybių – tačiau ji nelemia rinkoje atsirasti laimėtojams ir pralaimėtojams. Politikų tikslas yra sukurti tokias ekonomines sąlygas, kada valstybėje būtų pasiektas maksimaliai geriausias rezultatas. / The topic of globalization is certainly not new and has received major attention especially in the last few years. Globalization is a far-reaching phenomenon, penetrating into all spheres of social life. The success of Lithuanian economy and integration into the European Union and the global trade depend on inside and outside factors of globalization. Globalization refers to the growing integration of economies and societies around the world. The economic dimensions include increases in the flows of trade in goods, services, and capital, as well as mobility if individuals across the borders. Important features of globalization include its link to technological advances that is somewhat independent of governments, and loss of distinction between domestic and international policies. The main aim of this paper – to evaluate the situation and effect of globalization for the economies in the world and Lithuania, and present the suggestions how economic policies might be improved. Magistro darbe analizuojama kultūrinio turizmo formuojamos reprezentacinės kultūros problematika Lietuvoje. Kultūrinis turizmas yra kanalas, kuriuo Lietuva, nauja ES ir pasaulyje mažai žinoma valstybė, gali prisistatyti pasaulio bendruomenei ir atskleisti savo kultūrinį unikalumą. Darbo tikslas - ištirti, ar Lietuvos reprezentacinė kultūra kultūrinio turizmo kontekste atitinka autentišką šalies kultūrą, o jei neatitinka, tai kokios yra šio reiškinio priežastys. Naudojantis dokumentų analizės, lyginamuoju ir stebėjimo metodais padaryta išvada, kad Lietuvoje kuriant kultūrines paslaugas turistams kultūrinis paveldas dažnai naudojamas ir imituojamas nekorektiškai. Dėl šios priežasties Lietuvos reprezentacinė kultūra neatitinka šalies autentiškosios kultūros. Reprezentacinės kultūros charakterį lemia specifiniai šiuolaikinių turistų poreikiai, kultūrinių paslaugų kūrėjų siekimas patenkinti turistų poreikius, kultūros paveldo komercializavimas, kultūrinio turizmas įstatymo ir aiškios valstybinio lygio vizijos, apie tai, kaip Lietuva turėtų būti pristatoma užsienio turistams nebuvimas. / In der Magisterarbeit wird das Authenzitätsproblem in der Representationskultur analsiert. Die Bewahrung der kulturellen Vielfalt spielt in der heutigen Globalisationszeitalter eine besonders große Rolle. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist festzustellen, ob die im Kontext des Kulturtourismus entstehende litauische Representationskultur die authentische Kultur des Landes entspricht. Wenn nicht, sind die Ursachen dieser Erscheinung festzustellen. Nach einer Anlyse der kulturtouristischen Dienstleistungen in Litauen wurde festgestellt, dass die im Kontext des Kulturtourismus geformte litauische Repräsentationskultur sich stark von der authentischen Kultur des Landes unterscheidet. Ein Grund dafür sind die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der heutigen Touristen. Durch die Komerzialisierung und freie Interpretation des Kulturerbes entsteht eine Repräsentationskultur, die leider stark von der echten Kultur des Landes abweicht. Die Prozessen der Kulturerbeskommerzialisierung werden im staatichen Niveau nicht kontrolliert. In Litauen gibt es sogar kein Gesetz betreffs des Kulturtourismus.

Magistro baigiamajame darbe remiantis parengta metodika, įvertinti globalizacijos ypatumai Lietuvos ekonomikoje. Pirmoje darbo dalyje apibūdintas globalizacijos reiškinys ir jo ypatumai ūkinės veiklos kontekste, apibrėžta globalizacijos samprata, pateiktos pagrindinės koncepcijos. Taip pat pateikta pasaulio ekonomikos globalizavimo raida, išskirti globalizacijos ypatumai ir jų poveikis valstybei ir jos ekonomikai. Antroje darbo dalyje pateikta kaip vertinti globalios ekonomikos procesus, pateikti globalizacijos rodikliai, indeksai ir elementai. Trečioje darbo dalyje pateiktas globalizacijos ypatumų poveikio Lietuvos ekonomikai tyrimas, kuriama išanalizuotas Lietuvos patrauklumas investicijoms, užsienio prekybos balansas ir darbuotojų mobilumo analizė. Darbo pabaigoje suformuluotas magistrinio baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. / In the master’s final work, based on the designed methodology, assessed globalization characteristics in Lithuanian economy. In the first work’s part described the globalization phenomenon and its’ characteristics in the context of economic activity, given concept of globalization, basic concepts. Also described world economic globalization development, excluded globalization characteristics and its’ impact to the economy state. The second part of final work assesses global economic processes, provided globalization indicators, indices and elements. In the third part analyzed globalization characteristics impact to the Lithuanian economy, attractiveness for investment, foreign trade balance and employee mobility. In the end of the Master's final work given conclusions and recommendations.

This dissertation paper defends a thesis that as the Lithuanian enterprises more actively participate in international contracts, the need for financing grows. In order to minimize possible microeconomic and macroeconomic loss, it is necessary to form the expediente strategy of financing; emphasizing costs of alternatives financial sources under conditions of risk and uncertainty. Analyses conducted in the thesis were sought to contribute both conceptually (by formation of systems and models of capital structure) and practically (by implementation of such systems and models) to financing of companies activities, and to maximizing of EVA. The EVA reveals the dependence of an enterprise’s profitability on the employed capital for gaining that profit. The conceptual need urges to determine the zone of effectiveness of rational capital structure, which stipulates the growth of EVA. Scientific relevance of the dissertation is the main results of the scientific study presented for public maintenance. First, one studied adequate motives under Lithuanian conditions that encourage enterprises to study the substantiation of capital structure formation. The preconditions and criteria affecting the financing decisions of Lithuanian enterprises were conceptually grounded while stressing the aspects of finance market globalization.
