Methods: The thesis has the character of empirical research carried out in the form of observation. The research group consisted of 29 active trampoline gymnasts aged 9 to 17 (20 girls and 9 boys) participating in trampoline jumping competitions at national or international level. The body composition was analysed by Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA, Tanita MC - 980), functional parameters were tested via Bosco Vertical Jump test (BT) and kinesiological analysis of the athlete. Anamnestic data were collected as a part of kinesiological examination of the gymnasts. Results: Parameters of trampoline gymnasts were compared from the age point of view - probands were divided into age categories ZAC (10.7 ± 1.1 years) and JUN (14.9 ± 1.2 years) and from the gender point of view - parameters of girls and boys. The values of somatic parameters in JUN were higher than in ZAC; girls had a significantly higher proportion of body fat (d = 2.307) and a significantly lower proportion of Total Body Water (d = 2.222) than boys. JUN did significantly more work during BT (d = 2.059),...

Výuka aerobiku na 1. stupni ZŠ / Teaching Aerobics at Elementary School

Moskalievová, Lucie January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to capture the readiness of elementary school teachers in regards to aerobics. I came to a conclusion in my research that aerobic is not included into physical education classes enough, as teachers are not well prepared, and therefore they do not include it in their plans. This fact is rather disturbing because I am positive that the aerobics exercise would enrich students in area of aesthetics and physical skills and coordination.

Úroveň koordinačních schopností sportovních gymnastek mladšího školního věku / Level of coordination abilities of young school age artistic gymnasts

Bendová, Eva January 2012 (has links)
This master thesis focuses on the influence that artistic gymnastics has on the coordination abilities of young school age girls. The purpose of this thesis was to use motor tests in the field to compare the level of coordination abilities of young school age artistic gymnasts with that of non-sporting girls. The tests results were subsequently statistically evaluated and commented upon. Another aim of the thesis was to compare the coordination abilities of artistic gymnasts aged 6 - 8 years with those of artistic gymnasts aged 9 - 11 years whilst they were undertaking particular tests. From the tests results it can be seen that artistic gymnastics has a positive effect on the level of the childrens coordination abilities. This finding is supported by the fact that in all tests the artistic gymnasts succeeded better than the non-sporting girls. Of the two groups the older girls (9 - 11 years) were more succesful than the younger group (6 - 8 years). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the Child's Motor Development, emphasizing the relationship between coordination abilities and young school age. It discusses the environment of the branch of sport called "women's artistic gymnastics" and the need for the children's sports training.

The goal of my diploma thesis is to create a program suitable for sports gymnastics interest group contents at grammar schools and its verification in practice. The main goal is to create and verify a suitable program in sports gymnastics clubs (preparatory level) or in interest groups of sports gymnastics at grammar schools. The research was done at grammar school and nursery school in Sezimovo Ústí (interest groups of sports gymnastics for 7-11 years old pupils) from September to December 2011. The study includes finding the level of movement skills by entrance tests and possible improvement thanks to applied programs - it means finding the final level of movement skills. To find these results of movement skills, the testing battery was used. The results were written into a well-arranged tables and graphs. The diploma thesis includes a newly created program for sports gymnastics interest groups. It should also show this issue of interest group program to teachers and gymnastics coaches and help them create their own programs.
