Abstract The aim of this thesis is the preparation of the building and technological project of the regional department of the company VZP CR in Jihlava. The content of this thesis is the elaboration of technological regulations for reinforced concrete and prefabricated skeleton and for monolithic external walls. The quality and characteristics of these constructions are solved in the controlled and test plans. Site facilities including occupational safety and health,transport routes for transporting of materials and traffic around the site are addressed in detail in the next section of this thesis. Optimally designed set of machines for realization of this construction is included as well. The diploma thesis determines work procedures so as to take into account the economic aspect and time demands of construction.

The thesis is focused on building and technological project of medical rescue station on the street Kamenice in Brno. The building and technological project includes technology report, study the implementation of major technological stages, coordination situation buildings with wider relationships roadways, object-oriented time and financial plan ,construction project site equipment, design of building machines and mechanisms, the timetable of the main building structure, balance resources, technological note for design of the outer building cladding, inspection and test plan for the exterior cladding of the building, environmental and safety risks, the draft contract for work and itemized budget.

This diploma thesis deal with phase of construction, which is foundation and upper construction of apartment building Komenského in Liberec. Building is situated in built-up and green area. Foundation circumstances is half difficult because of lower water included in soil. In this phase, we use formowork for columns, walls and roof. Used formwork is from Peri company, Quatro, Trio and Multiflex. There is suteren in the house, and because of lower water and high index of radon, we have to protect structure by compact waterproof isolation. This project contains formwork schematics and the time calculation needed to protect concrete until accomplishment. Other task is thermal review of constructions.

This master´s thesis deals with a complete renovation of a shop in Vyškov. A part of this thesis represents a technical report of the worksite facilities, technological standard, inspection and test plan, machine design, plan of safety and protection of environment, contract for work, budget and schedule.

In my master's thesis I deal with constructive technological project of medical faculty of Charles Univerisity. The aim is to solve the structure in terms of financial, time and technology. Constructive technological project of my thesis contains site equipment, time and financial schedule, design of mechanization, technological prescription, inspection and test plan, health and safety, etc.

This thesis deals with construction technology project of polyfunctional building on the Štefánikova street in Brno. Building has five overground floors and basement. In relation to the construction technology project it deals with chronological and financial plan, a suggestion of main construction machinery and mechanisms, materiál resources and transport routes, the project of the construcion zone equipment, technological plan and inspection and test plan for monolithic constructions and schedule of work.

The diploma thesis is dealing with selected parts of construction technology project of modernization the oldest and the most busiest highway D1 – tract 21 near Velká Bíteš. This thesis leads to solve the problem of highway reconstruction during the unrestricted traffic . Project is divided into constituent phases. I have designed phase time-schedule, the most important machine schedule and the traffic leading scheme. There was chosen one particular tract and there were designed following documents: detailed time-schedule, material supply plan and structure process scheme. In addition the following documents have been designed: technological method of concrete highway layers, inspection and test plan, a situation of building equipment, technical report of the object, health and safety solution.

The thesis contains selected parts of building technology project for the construction of residential house in Prague, section Palmovka. The goal is building a technology solution entered the building on the basis of technical documents supplied by the designer. This work includes technical report on construction technology project, time and financial object plan, schedule substructure using a computer program Contec, study the implementation of major technological stages of the main building, including diagrams of the construction process, the project site equipment, design of the main mechanisms, inspection and test plan with technological instruction for earthwork and foundation of the building, the maintenance plan.

The diploma thesis is dealing with selected parts of construction technology project of extension Vysoká pec no. 1 in Ostrava – Vítkovice. This thesis contains detailed elaboration of technological specifications for the construction of structural steel superstructure. For this phase is treated with a draft of mechanical report, inspection and test plan, dealing with traffic routes and itemized budget. There is also processed a proposal of building equipment which is the same for the entire implementation extension of Vysoká pec, a situation of building equipment, technical report of the object, the timetable for the entire project, ecology, health and safety.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the preparation and organization of a Sport areal in located Třeboň. The main purpose of this thesis is to design a solution for structural layout of an existing football field with covered grandsatnd construction. The diploma thesis includes following sections: technical report which refers to the construction-technological project, coordinating situation of the construction with wider links to transport routes, time and financial plan of the building site, feasibility study of the main technological phases, equipment of the building site, proposal of construction machina and mechanisms, timetable, plan for securing material sources, technological regulation of roof steel construction, test and kontrol plan, risks and draft measures, technical report for the issuance of construction permits and item budget.
