Syntéza hierarchických zeolitů pro přípravu chemických specialit / Preparation of hierarchical zeolites for fine chemical synthesis

Veselý, Ondřej January 2019 (has links)
Preparation of hierarchical zeolites for fine chemical synthesis Author: Bc. Ondřej Veselý Supervisor: Mgr. Pavla Eliášová, Ph.D. Prague, 2019 Abstract (in english): The thesis is focused on synthesis of hierarchical (micro-mesoporous) zeolites by several different methods and their application in catalytic reactions. Performance of hierarchical materials prepared by different approaches has been investigated, as well as the effect of framework topology and type of acidity on the outcome of the reactions. The work was elaborated in the Department of Physical and Macromolecular Chemistry of Charles University under the supervision of Mgr. Pavla Eliášová, Ph. D. The work is divided into three parts. In the first part several methods of preparation of hierarchical zeolites have been investigated and compared in catalytic reactions. Desilication, selective removal of silicon from the framework, is a post-synthetic method that can be used to introduce additional mesoporosity into a zeolite. The process leads to formation of mesopores by introducing defects into the zeolite structure. The resulting mesopore size is very broad. To partially control the pore size, alkylammonium cations may be added to the solution to protect the crystal surface. The desilication was performed on MTW zeolite which contains...

Strategie a prostředky pomoci asistenta žákovi při učení / Strategies and resources of help of assistant to student in learning

Žánová, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
This thesis is about strategies applied by the teaching assistant and his tools of help in connection with the pupil in the learning process. The theoretical part includes the following themes: the inclusion, the position of teaching assistant and the pupils with special educational needs. The practical part of thesis solves the problems of two individual pupils with special educational needs visiting the first grade of elementary school. This part aims at searching and reflection of effective help from the teaching assistant to the pupil. The practical part is based on an action research that is divided into two parts. Each practical part is dedicated to one pupil. The first part of the action research dedicated to pupil J. solves a problem with pupil's seisures and his return to the learning proces. During the research, it has been observed that the pupil is returned to the learning proces through the quiet handling of teaching assistant connected with an eye contact. The second part of the action reasearch is dedicated to the pupil P. The problem of low self-confidence and often giving up of his work before its completion is solved in this part. In this case the tool prepared in cooperation with the teaching assistant and the class teacher seems to be effective. This tool helps the pupil to...

Strukturní stabilita svarových spojů austenitických a feritických ocelí / Microstructural Stability of Weld Joints of Austenitic and Ferritic Steels

Šohaj, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
This doctoral thesis summarizes the theoretical and experimental knowledge in the field of dissimilar weld joint of progressive austenitic and ferritic creep-resistant steels. The following materials were selected for the presented study: 316Ti stabilized austenitic stainless steel, martensitic 9-12 %Cr steel P92 and ferritic ODS steel MA 956. The main attention was focused on the long-term microstructural stability during high temperature exposure of heterogeneous joints of the austenite / ferrite type. The literature analysis critically evaluates the current state of knowledge in the field of microstructural stability of advanced creep-resistant steels weld joints. The practical experimental part was carried out in two directions. On the basis of the chemical composition phase equilibrium calculations were performed for each steel using the ThermoCalc software, giving the basic concepts about the dependence of the phase composition and the chemical composition of phases on temperature. In parallel with these calculations the laboratory joints 316Ti/P92 made by resistance welding and the MA 956/316Ti electron beam weld joints were prepared, analyzed in as-weld state and further annealed at different temperature conditions. Exposed joints were subjected to microstructure and phase analysis. The stability of the weld interface was mainly observed. Attention was also focused on the agreement between the calculation and experimental data in comparison with data published in the literature. Based on the calculations, experimental results and published data the suitability of the combination of materials is discussed in the thesis and reasoning about the behavior of studied weld joints during long-term high temperature exposure was formulated. Based on the results the expected degree of microstructural stability of 316Ti/P92 joint was confirmed, while the joints MA 956/316Ti were found to be unstable.

Propojení simulační knihovny SIMLIB s jazykem Prolog / An Interconnection of SIMLIB Simulation Library with the Prolog Language

Hrabcová, Petra January 2007 (has links)
This MSc Thesis is focused on the multimodeling area, especially on the cooperation of the C++ language and the Prolog language. The recent research is established on my semester study, which also dealt with the multimodeling area. During this research a prototype of interconnection library for cooperation of above mentioned programming languages was developed. This prototype of the library was finished within the scope of this thesis and some case-studies were created, too, using also another simulation library - SIMLIB/C++. These case-studies have their focus in the problems of artificial intelligence. The main benefit of this thesis is the confrontation of methods with and without using artificial intelligence.

Analysis of Interdependencies among Central European Stock Markets / Analysis of Interdependencies among Central European Stock Markets

Mašková, Jana January 2011 (has links)
The objective of the thesis is to examine interdependencies among the stock markets of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Germany in the period 2008-2010. Two main methods are applied in the analysis. The first method is based on the use of high-frequency data and consists in the computation of realized correlations, which are then modeled using the heterogeneous autoregressive (HAR) model. In addition, we employ realized bipower correlations, which should be robust to the presence of jumps in prices. The second method involves modeling of correlations by means of the Dynamic Conditional Correlation GARCH (DCC-GARCH) model, which is applied to daily data. The results indicate that when high-frequency data are used, the correlations are biased towards zero (the so-called "Epps effect"). We also find quite significant differences between the dynamics of the correlations from the DCC-GARCH models and those of the realized correlations. Finally, we show that accuracy of the forecasts of correlations can be improved by combining results obtained from different models (HAR models for realized correlations, HAR models for realized bipower correlations, DCC-GARCH models).

Specifika práce začínajícího učitele při začleňování žáka s odlišným mateřským jazykem na české primární škole / Specifics of the work of a novice teacher when integrating a pupil with a different mother tongue at a Czech primary school

Loudová, Anna January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with the problematics of the work of a novice teacher, who has a pupil with a different mother tongue in his class. Its aim is to identify the specifics that usually accompany the work of novice teachers when integrating these pupils. The text is structured into two parts, each of which is further divided into several chapters. The first, theoretical, part compiles and then presents expert knowledge on migration, inclusion and then education of pupils with a different mother tongue and, last but not least, the role of the school as well as teachers in the process of integration of these children. It also sets out the criteria that affect and influence pupil integration with a different mother tongue. The second part of the thesis is practical. It contains an analysis of the work of two teachers who currently have pupils with a different mother tongue in their class and are trying to integrate them. It is focused on the specifics of working with them. The analysis of their work is carried out on the criteria set out at the end of the theoretical part of this thesis. These criteria are based on the study of professional literature. The result of the thesis is the description of teaching strategies and procedures of these pedagogues, the analysis of their approaches to teaching in a...

Postmoderní romány Alessandra Baricca / Alessandro Baricco's postmodern novels

Přívozníková, Pavla January 2012 (has links)
Tato diplomová práce zmapuje románovou tvorbu současného italského spisovatele Alessandra Baricca. Úvodem bude představen autor v kontextu současné italské prózy. V další části práce nastíníme charakteristiku postmoderního románu, zejména pokud jde o tříštění či dekompozici prostoru, času, příběhu a s tím související žánrovou heterogennost textu.

Evoluční optimalizace nákladní přepravy / Evolutionary Optimization of Freight Transportation

Beránek, Michal January 2021 (has links)
The following thesis deals with optimization of freight transport planning. The goal is to minimize expenses connected to transportation, which emerge from travelled distance. The expenses can be heavily reduced, if the routes are correctly planned, especially when there is a large number of customers to be served. This thesis focuses on solving the problem by using the evolutional algorithms, that are optimization methods based on principles of evolution. Thesis concentrates on Heterogeneous Fixed Fleet Vehicle Routing Problem. Thesis introduces multiple evolutional algorithms and their results are compared. The best algorithm, evolutional strategy with local neighbourhood search, achieves similar, for certain tasks even better results, than other existing evolutional algorithms, created to solve given problem.
