Hydraulická analýza toku Bečvy / Hydraulic analysis of the Bečva river

Gřegoř, Adam Unknown Date (has links)
The subject of this diploma thesis is a comparison between two river hydraulics modeling approaches, the first one being combined 1D and 2D modeling, and the second one being solely 2D modeling. Both models are located at Bečva river, between its 17,282 and 28,419 river kilometer. The outputs of the simulations are water flow velocity maps, water depth maps, maps that show differences between flood areas calculated in both models, tables comparing channel water surface elevations and schematic long sections. In conclusion of the thesis, the outputs of the simulations are compared.

Fokusovací techniky optického měření 3D vlastností / Focus techniques of optical measurement of 3D features

Macháček, Jan January 2021 (has links)
This thesis deals with optical distance measurement and 3D scene measurement using focusing techniques with focus on confocal microscopy, depth from focus and depth from defocus. Theoretical part of the thesis is about different approaches to depth map generation and also about micro image defocusing technique for measuring refractive index of transparent materials. Then the camera calibration for focused techniques is described. In the next part of the thesis is described experimentally verification of depth from focus and depth from defocus techniques. For the first technique are shown results of depth map generation and for the second technique is shown comparison between measured distance values and real distance values. Finally, the discussed techniques are compared and evaluated.

Součinitel tření povrchu vozovky a Skid Resistance Index / Pavement skid resistance and Skid Resistance Index

Nekulová, Pavla January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the relation between the longitudinal friction coefficient dependence on measuring speed and the value of road surface macrotexture MPD. Results of longitudinal friction coefficient and value of MPD measurement on 73 sections are included in this thesis. The results were compared by regression analysis and its outcome was used for determination of formula that enable calculation of longitudinal friction coefficient for any operating speed when longitudinal friction coefficient for 60 km/h and value of macrotexture are known. The evaluation scale for skid resistance index (SRI) was also determined in this thesis. It could be used for evaluation of skid resistance independently of the type of device used for friction coefficient measurement.

Slinuté karbidy a jejich efektivní využití / Cemented carbides and theirs effective use

Baran, Jan January 2008 (has links)
The diploma work deals with comparison of sintered carbides in product assortment of Pramet Tools a.s., Sandvik-Coromant and Ceratizit companies in term of their cutting speed, feed and depth of cut for the turning operation. The comparison of cutting parameters is made for P, M, K, N, S and H groups. For better comparison there are always two sintered carbides from each of the manufacturers mentioned for each of the groups P, M, K. They are mentioned for groups N, S and H only if they are suggested by the manufacturer.

Detekce genomových variací / Detection of Genome Variations

Beluský, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
An influence of variations in human genome is perceptible at a first glance on human itself to see differences between the individuals and entire populations. Also, behavior or probability of certain diseases are influenced in large way by differences at genome's level. This work presents methods for detecting variations in the human genome that were developed after an arose of the second-generation sequencing technologies. A new tool that combines read pair and split read methods, with information about a depth of coverage was also designed and implemented. The tool was tested on simulated and real data and compared with a reference outputs.

Zobrazení kulečníku pomocí distribuovaného sledování paprsku / Rendering Biliard Balls Using Distributed Ray Tracing

Krivda, Marian January 2009 (has links)
This thesis is concerned in the method of realistic rendering using a distributed raytracing. This method simulates various visual effects and generates high realistic 2D images. The work analyses the problem and explains principles of solution related to this technique. There is also descriprion of the method of simple reytracing which provides a basis for the distributed raytracing. A part of work is specialized for optimalization of distributed raytracing.

Vegetation succession in old fields at broad landscape scales / Vegetation succession in old fields at broad landscape scales

JÍROVÁ, Alena January 2012 (has links)
This thesis is focused on succession in old fields in Central Europe. Repeated sampling, analysis of surrounding vegetation and soil measurements were conducted in the Bohemian Karst Landscape protected area. Samples from the Doupovské hory Mountains and the rest of the Czech Republic were added to discover basic principles of old field succession at the larger scale of landscapes.

Vyhodnocení hydrodynamického zatížení přelévané mostovky / Evaluation of hydrodinamic load on a brdge deck

Řezník, Jindřich January 2018 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of hydrodinamic load on a physical model of a bridge deck, especially to find the relation between the median and extreme quantiles of each hydrodanamic load part and to evaluate the influence, which has the shape of the bridge deck on the size of this load. Relations, that was found may be used to determine characteristic values of loads, caused by water flow, for example, when designing the bridge bearings.

Efektivní oceňování škod na stavebních objektech zasažených povodní / Effective evaluation of losses to buildings affected by flood

Tuscher, Martin Unknown Date (has links)
This doctoral thesis deals with the valuation of damage to buildings affected by floods. In its individual parts, it researches floods as a risk, focuses on the damage caused by this natural phenomenon and examines the methods used to assess the damages caused by floods. With the beginnings of human settlement, the vicinity of rivers has been inhabited for the many befits that watercourses bring. However, there are many dangers associated with this, especially the ones associated with the spillage of riverbeds – with floods. This phenomenon causes considerable damage to property, the environment or human health and lives. There are many measures to eliminate the risk of flooding, or at least mitigate its effects. This work further researches the mitigating of impacts – it examines the methods of determining the amount of damage to buildings caused by floods, looks for factors and parameters influencing the amount of damage and focuses on streamlining these methods. The aim of the thesis is to find a suitable methodology/model that can automate the calculation of the amount of damage, or in other words, to find a quick and at the same time sufficiently accurate solution to this problem. The main output of the thesis is the equation of the damage curve and a model for the amount of damage calculation based on the principle of damage curves using the hybrid genetic algorithm. Another output is a practical tool that works on the basis of the said algorithm and automatically calculates the amount of damage to the building when entering very basic information about the damaged object.

Modul digitálního signálového procesoru pro ruční RFID čtečku / Digital Signal Processor for Handheld RFID Reader

Benetka, Miroslav January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with design and realization of a module for a digital signal procesor, for handheld RFID reader working in UHF band. It utilises a special chip EM4298 for RFID signals processing. Module is controlled by the microcontroller ATmega32L, which communicates with the PC through USB bus. Settings in EM4298 is made by a service program which processes received identifying data obtained from tags. Source codes for microcontroller are created in AVR Studio 4.13 program. Source codes for microcontroller are created in C++ Builder 6.0 program. Further thing is Desing and realization of analog interface and a UHF transceiver for wireless communication with tags. A Webench program was used for the analog interface design, which is freely available on the internet. For verification of parameters of the analog interface it was used PSpice 10.0 program. The UHF transceiver is build-up with a MAX2903 chip (transmitter) and AD8347 (receiver) and transmitting and receiving antennae.
