Podvody na všeobecné spotřební dani u pohonných hmot

Semerád, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
The dissertation deals with value added tax fraud on the fuel market in the Czech Republic. This commodity is used in carousel fraud. In the chains of taxpayers there are missing traders who fail to meet their tax obligations. Their business strategy is based on quick sales at unusually low prices which do not allow honest parties to compete. Therefore, the Czech Republic in the year 2010 asked the European Commission about the possibility of introducing a reverse charge for fuel. The request was rejected. The aim of the dissertation is to create a methodological tool for the early identification of potential tax fraud on value added tax. Another goal is to propose solutions that can effectively help reduce fraud on a selected commodity market. The theoretical part presents the approaches of authors dealing with economic crime, judicature of courts and expert reports. On the basis of this knowledge an area in which it is possible to propose solutions to the problem was defined. The goals are met in several stages. First, by analysing market various entities involved in fuel trading are characterized. Information about trading practices is derived from interviews and a survey carried out on a sample of distributors and petrol station operators. The last stage is collection of information about available prices which are further processed. On the basis of the results obtained risk characteristics of potential tax fraudsters are given. After evaluation of price databases a methodology was created that allows determining the usual price and measuring risk zones. As the introduction of the methodology is related to legislative changes, these changes are subsequently defined. Finally, recommendations are formulated for effective use of the methodology as a tool to reduce tax fraud.

The diploma thesis deals with determination of pH, viscosity, whipping, strength and height of the white gel and the strength of the bakery product with added egg materials. Various additions of salt, sugar, citric acid, triethyl citrate, soy lecithin, corn syrup, whey protein and apple pulp have been added to the egg masses. The index of whipping with different additions ranges from 300 – 600 % for hen eggs and ranges of 256 – 680 % for quail eggs. The index of foam durability for 30 minutes with different additions ranges of 73.83 – 99.83 % for hen white and 69 – 99 % for quail white. The index of foam durability for 60 minutes ranges of 71.94 – 98.62 % for hen white and 67 – 97 % for quail white. The strength of the laboratory egg white gels ranged between 1.61 – 8.10 N and the commercially purchased gels ranged between 7.78 – 19.16 N. The strength of the bakery product with various additives ranged from 2.54 – 9.43 N in hen eggs and in the range of 5.85 – 9.65 N in quail eggs. The viscosity at a shear rate of 1 s-1 ranged between 187.5 – 1259.5 mPa•s for hen's egg whites and ranged of 303.5 – 1045.7 mPa•s for quail whites. Various additives can influence the technological properties of both hen and quail eggs.

Povrchové úpravy nábytku vhodné do veřejných prostor zaměřené zejména na antibakteriální vlastnosti

Kolesnik, Iuliia January 2019 (has links)
The properties of the two surface finishes were studied in this work: the waterborne epoxy lacquer EPOX AQUA V_1301 and solvent-borne alkyd urethane lacquer Jachtlak S-1006 with the regards to their potential applications for the finishing of the wood surfaces of furniture designed for the utilization in public places. It has been found that the dry surfaces formed by these furnishes have physico-mechanical properties that are consistent with the standards, which establish possibilities of their application. Very good antibacterial properties of the formed films without the addition of any auxiliary antimicrobial agents to the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacterial strains were also determined. The entire tests were carefully described, and their results were discussed in the further text.

Stabilita hvězd ve dvojhvězdě / Stability of stars undergoing rapid mass loss

Cehula, Jakub January 2021 (has links)
Binary mass transfer is a common phenomenon is stellar astrophysics. If the mass transfer proceeds on dynamical timescale, the binary can undergo a catastrophic interaction accompanied by tremendous loss of mass, angular momentum, and energy. This so-called common envelope evolution phase is a crucial step in the formation of close binaries composed of compact objects (white dwarfs, neutron stars, black holes), which includes progenitors of gravitational wave sources de- tected by LIGO. By improving existing models of binary mass transfer we can correct the predictions of common envelope evolution and constraint the rates of close binaries composed of compact objects. In this work, we introduce new model of binary mass transfer. We will treat the mass transfer as a special case of stellar wind. We will rely on the assumption that the Roche potential sets up a de Laval nozzle around the first Lagrange point. The mass is then transferred through the nozzle. Our binary mass transfer model predicts mass transfer rates in the same order of magnitude as the standard models which use the Bernoulli's law. But the advantage of our model is that it is extendable to account for radiation.

Hvězdný vítr a ztráty momentu hybnosti dvojhvězdy / Angular momentum loss from binary systems due to stellar winds

Hubová, Dominika January 2021 (has links)
Massive binary evolution is crucial for our understanding of many pheno- mena in the Universe, such as high-mass X-ray binaries or the formation of compact systems emitting gravitational waves. In this work, we study the loss of angular momentum from binary systems caused by radiation driven stellar winds, which are characteristic for hot, massive stars. Calculating numerically ballistic trajectories of particles ejected from the binary surface, we establish the average specific angular momentum loss as a function of the system's mass ratio for binaries in semidetached and contact stages. We initiate the outflow on the Roche lobes or even on further equipotentials of the Roche potential in case of over-contact systems. Moreover, we implement two models of the radiation driven wind. Firstly, we eject particles from the surface of the binary with a non-zero initial velocity, but we then let them evolve only under the influence of the system's gravity. In the second model, we develop a simple method for computing the radiative acceleration due to the radiation pressure from the bi- nary surface. Our results can be used in further calculations of the evolution of massive binary systems.

SOMMEROVÁ, Dana January 2012 (has links)
The work deals with the analysis of transport and handling operations performed on specific agricultural farm. It is the handling and transport operations in the handling of grain and bulky materials. It also analyzes new trends in the marketfor transport and handling equipment. Based on these analyzes, was developed a proposal for the modernization of handling equipment and vehicles. Farm equipment was proposed appropriate means of transport and handling facilities, not only from a technical perspective, but also in terms of ecological and economic terms. For this reason, it was suggested some existing vehicles discarded, replaced with some new and straw at harvest to select a cost analysis to choose other means of transportation and handling due to changes in the way of the harvesting. In modernizing the proposed new transport and handling means for greater versatility, leading to the greater utilization, there by reducing unit costs.
