This thesis deals with a design of an energy-efficient hotel in the Jeseníky mountains. Main parts of the project are to be found in folder C, containing the drawings including five technical details, technical report with attached list of compounds, thermal assessment and fire safety project. The work also contains a study in folder B, which represents the initial version of the project, including the evolution of the project, staircase calculation and simple visualization. This thesis can be used as project documentation for actual building operation.

This thesis deals with design of a mountain hotel in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The building has a four floors and a basement. Rooms for technical support and fitness center are situated on he basement. On the first floor are reception, restaurant and shop with sports equipment .On the second floor are rooms for guests, multifunctional room and utility room. On the third floors are only rooms for guests and utility room. There is a posibility to visit a green flat roof from the fourth floor. Object of mountain hotel is designed from permanent formwork and sand-lime blocks and floors structures are designed of lightweight concrete. Mineral wool is used for thermal insulation of the facade. Roof is designed as a green warm flat roof.

The theme of diploma thesis is a new building of the mountain guest house with restaurant. The location of object is quiet part of village Lipová-lázně – Dolní Lipová, district Jeseník. The building has two floors, a partial basement and an attic. Accommodation is designed for 31 hotel guests. In guest house is also private accommodation for employers. The main material of bearing walls are ceramic fittings. The building is based on the passports of plain concrete. The roof is gabled with a dormer window in all of attic rooms.

The topic of dissertation is project of two- storey mountain hotel in Horní Bečva. Mountain hotel will be used for accommodation and STRAVOVÁNÍ. In basement are four hotel rooms connected by corridor with access to clubroom, fitness room, lounge, sauna and staircase, which is connecting basement and ground floor. In the basement are also rooms for employees, which are office, laundry storage room and cleaning room. In ground floor are rooms for guests, as restaurant, bar, conference room, WC and bicycle and ski room. There are also rooms for employees with separate entrance, which are dressing rooms for men and women, kitchen with storage space. In first floor are hotel rooms, laundry storage room and cleaning room. Mountain hotel has rectangular plan. It has saddle grinder roof.

Dlouhodobá dynamika disturbancí smrkových lesů ve Vysokých Tatrách / Long-term disturbance dynamics of spruce forest in High Tatra Mts.

Spruce forest is an important production ecosystem for our civilization. Its development can be affected by three main types of disturbances: forest fire, windstorms and spruce bark beetle attack. Experiences with a massive and long-term attack of spruce bark beetle in the Šumava mountains and a strong windstorm in 2004 in the spruce forest in the High Tatra provoke questions, how natural are such severe disturbances. To understand the current development of forest ecosystems, it is necessary to study past structure of these forests and frequency of forest disturbances. This work is about locality Tatranská Lomnice located in the High Tatra mountains, in the belt of mountain spruce forest. In my work, I used mainly pollen and plant macro-fossils analyses. I compared my data with disturbance information originating from dendroecology for windstorms and from charcoal analysis for fires. My research found that according to the pollen assemblages, most of the disturbances did not have strong influence on the forest composition, and most likely they only caused the forest thinning. The most significant fire occurred around 1420. The most significant wind disturbance probably occurred in 1890. The was not found any effect of spruce bark beetle. In this proposed technical documentation for a detached mountain hotel Corleone. This hotel includes wellness, restaurant and 2 breefing rooms. The hotel is designed for a 24 guests. The proposed new building is located in the village Velke Karlovice, near Vsetin. The bulit up area is 496,70 m. The hotel Corleone has three above – grand floors and one underground floor. The object based on basic pass from plain concrete. The perimeter masonry (brickwork) in the first S is made from lost formwork and reinforced concrete. Otherwise the entire hotel is worn from building system called Porotherm. The roof is solved as a sloping hipped with inhabited attic. The diploma thesis includes study and preparatory work, situational drawings, architectural-building solutions, fire safety solutions and building physics. Part of the study and preparatory work is also a visualization of the hotel, which is called Corleone.

The topic of the diploma thesis was to design an architectural study of a ski hotel in Králíky. The proposed building is located close to the existing urban development south of the city and in the southwestern part of the defined location for the implementation of the sports and recreation centre Králíky. The design of the hotel follows the project of the urban-architectural study of the sports and recreational resort, which offers leisure activities for all ages. The proposed building will serve as a four-star hotel with apartment rooms for 60 people, a restaurant for 100 people, wellness, gym, service, rental, shop, massage, hairdresser, manicure, pedicure and children's corner. The hotel has one underground floor and five above-ground floors. It is shown in slightly sloping terrain, below the proposed ski slope.

The aim of this thesis is an architectural study of a new hotel in the mountain village of Králíky. The study deals with a four-star hotel with a capacity of 60 beds, wellness, and restaurant for 100 people, mainly focused on families with children. The designated area is situated in the mild terrain of the southeastern part of the village Králíky. The main concept of this architectural study is inspired by the surroundings, such as the small buildings with span roofs, traditional materials, mountain environment, orientation to the sides of the world, and a view of the surroundings dominated by the monastery. The building has an underground garage and three above-ground floors with the restaurant, wellness, gym, shops, and accommodation units. Near the hotel are areas used for sport and leisure activities, including a football field, swimming pool, and a ski slope.
