The topic of this diploma thesis is design of new Mountain hotel in the cadastral area of city Michlova Huť, part of city Vimperk. The hotel is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete wall structures based strip foundations. The ground plan is designed as a rectangular object, to which is attached a smaller rectangle providing the main entrance to the building. Load-bearing structure of pitched roof is designed by a reinforced concrete structure. The roof is solved as a double-layer with air gap for ventilation. The total capacity of hotel are approximately 70 guest and 15 workers.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a mountain hotel in the Malenovice village. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive area of Moravian-Silesian Beskydy. The mountain hotel has 4 floors and a basement. In the First floor There is a restaurant with a terrace, space for staff and also the accommodation part. In the second and third floor we can find guest rooms and rooms for the hotel staff. In the basement there is wellness, a gym and a conference room. Here se can also find space for staff service. The constructional systém is made of ceramic bricks filled with mineral isolation.

The diploma thesis presents design and assessment of a loadbearing timber structure of mountain hotel in the Trojmezi u Hrčavy area. The object is a two-storey building without cellar and with attic rooms. The object has a floor plan of an incomplete octagon with a roofless central courtyard. The structure spans 36 meters at its widest dimension and the maximum height reaches almost 12 meters. The individual segments are covered by mono-pitched roof with 27° slope. The main loadbearing elements are constructed of glued laminated timber and solid timber with steel joints and gypsum fibreboard cladding. The loadbearing structure is designed and assessed in accordance with relevant standards, taking ultimate and serviceability limit state into consideration. The thesis includes an engineering report including bill of quantities, structural design report and drawings of loadbearing structure, anchorage and selected details.

The topic of this thesis is project and documentation for montane recreative komplex, which is situated in Loučná nad Desnou. The object is located in land-registered area Kouty nad Desnou. In this region is famous ski slope and from the hotel is nice view on this ski slope. The montane hotel respects criteria of protected landscape area Jeseníky. Architectonic plan is designed with respect to mountain scenery. In the hotel are 18 rooms with possibility 9 extra beds for 51 guests. There is a option to visit restaurant all-day. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Recreative zone is situated in north part of the hotel and this zone is devided into two parts. First part, is public and serves for all guests. This zone includes pool with whirpool bath, sauna and steam bath. Second zone is private. This zone provides privacy in massage rooms or in rooms for aromatic bath. The object is devided into four floors. Three floors are overground and one floor is underground. In the second and thirds floors are hotels rooms and rooms for clean-up and employees. First overground floor containes restauration with kitchen, coffee-bar, main hall with reception and all recreation zone, which passes to the second floor. Basement is consists of air handling units, technical rooms and housed mass garages with 21 places. Main entrance to the hotel is from south-eastern side and it is open space which passes to gallery. Type of constructional system is reinforcement framework. It is made of monolithic pillars placed on reinforcement column base with beam PEIKKO DELTABEAM. On this beam are located reinforcement ceilings elements SPIROLL. Fulfil brickwork is SILKA covered by combination of heating EPS with MW, ISOVER TWINNER with 200 millimetre thikness. Roof is combination of double cover flatbed roofs and single cover flatbed roofs. In the second floor is roof with posibility to walk to a terrace. Project was process in program ArchiCAD like BIM. The aim of this master project is to design an off-grid nearly-zero energy mountain guesthouse. First, the building structure is designed. It is a two-storeys building with roof made of lattice trusses. On first floor is dining room, kitchen, playroom and office. On second floor are guest rooms and an owner´s flat. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The building envelope is insulated with ETICS. Second, HVAC, lighting, photovoltaics and use of rainwater is designed. TZB system controlled remotely with a PC or cellphone are designed. Third, energy study is made. The project is developed using CAD (drawings), DEKsoft (thermal calculations) and Atrea Duplex (air conditioning design).

The project designs engineering documentation of a mountain sport hotel for temporary accommodation for 55 people including firstly those with limited ability of movement and secondly a housekeeper flat with one room and a kitchenette plus sanitary facilities. The building is situated in a sky resort of the Krkonoše boarder village Dolní Malá Úpa in National Park KrNaP.The three-storey building is typical for its tin ridge roof, gable fronted and shed dormers, wooden facade, and a slope location with longitudinal parallel ground plan with level lines. Accommodation is projected on the second and third flours. On the first floor there are hotel premises like a restaurant with a kitchen, a sport requisites rental, storerooms, an office, a gym and a rehab with its own background. Construction system of the first floor is masonry whereas the second and third floors are designed as assembled wooden houses.
