Dagens bostadsmarknad är omfattande och påverkar alla på olika vis. Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa unga vuxnas upplevelser på bostadsmarknaden samt studera hur dessa problem skulle kunna bemötas med tänkbara lösningar. För att studera detta har en kvalitativ ansats antagits med semistrukturerade intervjuer med unga vuxna och tjänstepersoner som arbetar med frågan på daglig basis. I uppsatsen kan det konstateras att det finns brist på bostäder som matchar unga vuxnas behov. Detta har resulterat i att unga vuxna tvingas bo kvar i boendesituationer som fått dem att må dåligt både fysiskt och psykiskt. Denna otillgänglighet på goda bostäder tyder på att det förekommer en orättvisa och ett utanförskap där unga vuxna inte får ta del av bostäder på samma villkor som andra samhällsgrupper. I syfte att bemöta detta har ett antal olika lösningsåtgärder presenterats som omfattar både kortsiktiga- och långsiktiga lösningar. / Today's housing market is extensive and affects everyone in various ways. The purpose of the essay is to shed light on young adults' experiences in the housing market and to study how these problems could be addressed with possible solutions. To study this, a qualitative approach has been adopted with semi-structured interviews with young adults and officials who work with the issue on a daily basis. In the essay, it can be stated that there is a lack of housing that matches the needs of young adults. This has resulted in young adults being forced to stay in housing situations that made them feel unwell both physically and psychologically. This unavailability of good housing indicates that there is an injustice and exclusion where young adults are restricted from getting access to housing, on the same conditions as other social groups. In order to address this, a number of different solution measures have been presented both in short- and long-term perspectives.
