Vivemos num contexto em que as raízes dos problemas morais pós-modernos são de caráter fragmentário. Assumindo uma postura otimista diante desse novo cenário, Lipovetksy apresenta a ética do pós-dever que, por sua vez, é criticada por Bauman. A dissertação tem como novidade o confronto crítico entre as posições desses dois autores, assinalando as contraposições e possíveis semelhanças entre ambos. / Giles Lipovestky's arguments about the contemporary era and its implications, extended to an analysis on moral issues, are the main approaches of this work. We live in a context where the roots of postmodern moral problems are fragmentary. Assuming an optimistic stance on this new scenario, Lipovetksy in turn presents the ethics of post-duty, an approach criticized by Bauman. This dissertation presents a comparison between these two positions, indicating possible similarities and contrasts between them.

La notion "lifestyle" représente un nouveau stade de l'évolution de l'entrepreneur. Cette approche a été mise en évidence par des travaux anglophones et plus particulièrement présentée par Johannisson (2004) sans être jusqu'à ce jour étudiée. C'est pourquoi par ce travail de thèse nous avons tenté de comprendre le processus entrepreneurial de l'entrepreneur "lifestyle". Pour ce faire, nous avons conduit une étude exploratoire sur 8 cas permettant de mettre en évidence un phénomène émergent. Le cours de notre recherche nous a donc permis de définir le "lifestyle" par opposition au "classique" et de mettre en évidence ses caractéristiques. En outre, un objet ne pouvant être étudié en dehors de tout contexte, il nous a paru essentiel de définir l'hypermodernité qui est le terme utilisé (en sociologie notamment, Aubert et alii, 2005) pour désigner l'ère sociétale dans laquelle nous nous trouvons. L'hypermodernité représente une dualité composée de l'exploitation marchande et de valeurs humanistes. Dans cette mesure, l'entrepreneur lifestyle empreint de quêtes de valeurs construit un modèle économique lui permettant d'être en accord avec ses principes. / Lifestyle is representative of a new entrepreneurial phasis. The aim of this thesis is to conduct an exploratory survey based on 8 lifestyle entrepreneurs cases to describe an emergent phenomenon. Our research introduces the differences between the "classical entrepreneur" and the "lifestyle"one definition and argue the caracteristics of lifestyle entrepreneurship. As we consider the thesis object as an "embedded" one, we present the hypermodern society as the context research. Hypermodernity suggests a dual vision of our society and is composed of business exploitation and humanist values. Therefore, the Lifesytle entrepreneur who is looking for individual and collective values build an economical system which is an entrepreneurial one in adequation with its own assets.

No. of bitstreams: 1 DISSERTACAOEURIPEDESCUNHAJUNIOR.pdf: 2056563 bytes, checksum: 6ff16ac852ae6fdf63018a74c5062bd4 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014-10-29 / A partir da noção da família contemporânea como um grupo social humano primário, constituído de uma plena relação social entre seus membros, como espaço de entrelaçamento entre o privado e o público, esta pesquisa procura identificar os impactos nela causados pelo processo de secularização como fenômeno cultural correspondente a um desenraizamento, correlato a um processo de laicização como fenômeno político, dentre os quais a pluralização das formas familiares, manifestada na legitimação social de novos modos de ser família, que tomam como referência, a ser reforçada ou combatida, uma estrutura latente baseada na tríade pai-mãe-filho, em que o amor é meio simbólico generalizado de intercâmbio, combinando em certo modo os elementos dom, reciprocidade, generatividade e sexualidade, tendo a dignidade da pessoa humana como macroprincípio jurídico fundador do princípio do livre desenvolvimento da pessoa humana. Como segundo objetivo, investiga os reflexos de tais fenômenos sobre o ordenamento jurídico, em especial se as intenções de valor dos grupos minoritários politicamente ativos incidentes sobre referida base de fato constituem poder a interferir no processo legislativo a ponto de convertê-las em norma jurídica. O terceiro objetivo é identificar, em meio à pluralização das formas familiares, se alguma delas possibilita maiores chances de duração e de êxito, a si própria e a seus membros. / Starting with the notion of contemporary family as a primary human social unit consisting of a complete social relationship among its members, and as space of entanglement between the private and the public, this research aims to identify the impacts on it by the secularization as a cultural process phenomenon corresponding to an uprooting, related to a laicization process as a political circumstance, among which the pluralization of the family forms revealed in the social legitimation of new modes about being family that use as reference — to be either reinforced of fought against — a latent structure based on the father-mother-child triad in which love is the generalized, symbolic means of exchange, somehow combining the four components or elements, namely gift, reciprocity generativity and sexuality, and the dignity of the human being as indeed a higher value and a founding principle the ensures free development of individuals. As a secondary endpoint, this work investigates the effect of such phenomena on the legal framework, notably whether the intention of value from politically active minorities impinging on the above base constitute power that interferes on the law-making process to the extent that they are turned into legal norms. The third endpoint is to identify among the pluralization of the family forms if there is anyone which is most likely to be successful and long-lasting regarding itself and its members.

The thesis analyzes and compares the approaches of two authors dealing with phenomena in contemporary society. It focuses mainly on issues of lifestyle and values. The thesis asks questions related to socialization and individualization of society. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is about definition of the basic terms (postmodernism, lifestyle, values). The second part is devoted to the concept of Gilles Lipovetsky. The third part focuses on the concept of Michel Maffesoli. In the fourth section, there is a comparison of these two concepts, where we are primarily focused on tracing argumentation clashes and controversies. In the final part, there is the presentation of the main questions and ideas, that come out on the basis of this comparison.
