La definición de identidad en el ser humano se refleja en la solución de problemas y en el afrontar retos de manera clara y precisa. Así, cuando la identidad está definida se hace posible lograr nexos de identificación con otros (individuos, grupos, instituciones). En el plano profesional las actitudes, intereses, capacidades, metas y logros caracterizan esta identificación; bajo esta óptica resulta interesante conocer la identificación de los alumnos de la carrera Educación Básica Integral de la Universidad de Los Andes - Táchira con la profesión docente y su proyección al momento de incorporarse al campo laboral. El Estudio de Caso como metodología de corte cualitativo es una forma propicia para abordar un problema de esta naturaleza. / The definition of identity in the human being is reflected in the solution of problems and in confronting challenges in a clear and precise way.
