Problematická identifikace s Evropskou unií : analýza specifik dánského euroskepticismu / Problematic Identification with the EU - analysis of Danish euroscepticism

Hořejšová, Tereza January 2011 (has links)
The dissertation thesis analyses factors which are characteristic for Danish euroscepticism. It seeks an aswer to a question whether certain national specifics pre-determine "the Danish" version of euroscepticism. In previous research, it has not been very common to analyse national versions of public euroscepticism but the current academic knowledge about euroscepticism is still not satisfactory and in particular does not take into account the tender nuances in demonstration and origins of euroscepticism of each member state. However, as this thesis hypotheses, it is necessary to take the national eurosceptic specifics into account while designing the communication policy on EU issues. The thesis concludes that in the case of Denmark, the national specifics which have been identified as strong perception of national identity, referenda, EU opt-outs, specific political system and a formalised co- ordination system of EU affairs, serve as roots, i.e. not as a consequence, of Danish euroscepticism. Keywords European Union; Denmark; Euroscepticism; opt-outs; identity; public opinion; communication policy.

Papírníková, Lenka January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to introduce the basic information about the forensic ballistics and about the procedure of ballistic experts. The first chapter is dedicated to clarification the fundamental terms of the subject matter of this thesis. Beside the term of forensic ballistics I also introduce the meaning of some other related terms used in the following text. Next chapter deals with the history and development of the ballistics. The key feature of every ballistic researches are the ballistics marks described in the third chapter. I focus on the ballistic marks division, the origin and occurrence and receiving of these. The gunshot residues are mentioned in their own subchapter. The objects of the ballistic researches, listed in the chapter four, are firearms, ammunition and animate or inanimate target. Next chapter deals with the range of ballistic researches which can be divided into two groups. Within the frame of the identification examination of firearms and ammunition, the individual and group identification of the gun used in a criminal offence is performed. That means the ballistic marks from the seized firearm are compared with the ones detected in a crime scene. Within the frame of the non- identification examination the firearms and ammunition characteristics, the shooting direction,...

Rekognice / Recognition

Veselá, Veronika January 2019 (has links)
- Recognition The recognition as a separate criminalistic method serves to identification of persons, things or animals linked to a criminally relevant event. The recognition is also procedural act regulated in a separate section of Criminal Procedure Code called Some specific methods of evidence. This classification, which has come into effect in 2002, shows that the importance and significance of the recognition can't be underestimated and in addition to the theoreticians it comes to the forefront of the legislature's attention. The thesis is divided into six chapters and each of them deals with the recognition from another point of view. In total, they cover the most important aspects of the recognition. The first chapter is devoted to a theoreticall introduction to the topic of recognition, its definiton, description of its essence as well as to an individual types of recognition, defining the basic differences between all mentioned types. This chapter also includes the theoreticall inclusion of this institute into a criminalistic science. The second chapter includes the constitution of the recognition from the oldest sources to the current legislation in the Criminal Procedure Code - mainly the section 104b and its eight paragraphs which constitute the most fundamental rules which must be...

Identifikace mrtvol a kostrových nálezů / Identification of cadavers and skeleton findings

Potůčková, Šárka January 2012 (has links)
1. Summary Identification of corpses and skeletal findings The topic of my graduation thesis is the identification of corpses and skeletal findings. In this work I have described methods which are currently being used for an individual identification of people, and I have also paid a special attention to methods that are regarded as predecessors of modern currently-used methods. In each chapter of my thesis, I described different kinds of methods and I have also attached some short cases, just to illustrate the real work of police forensic experts after location of the corpse or the skeleton. In the initial part of my work I have also attached the Glossary of Terms that explains some complicated technical terms. Although some of the methods which I have described in my work are used in many other branches, I have focused on the use of these methods in the forensic practice (criminal investigation) with the possible collaboration of experts in the identification work in mass accidents and disasters. Nowadays, one of the fastest growing and most accurate methods of the identification with the widest spectrum of applications is the DNA analysis method, so I decided to devote a substantial part of my work to this method. I have described her historical development, her practical use and how this method really...
