Identita, čas a právo / Identity, time and law

Mucala, Václav January 2021 (has links)
Time is epistemoligical problem. As such it has its relevance within quetsions of law, legitimity of law and its social recognition. Subject of law or subject under the law can be a human being. In language of George Herbert Mead we can speak about crossing of temproal perspectives and construction of institutions and related identites by taking on the perspective of generalized other. On the next level of theoretical abstraction it is possible to speak about operatively closed and functionally differentiated systemic communication as an epistemic subject itself. Human identity in such notion is dissolved in plurality of communicatioun discourses and with relevance to law it could be concieved as semantic artefact created by legal communication. Within such theoretical frame it is possible to speak about identity of law based on operative closure with its own dynamics and temporality. Diploma thesis takes into consideration popular notion of fast societal change and speed up of institutional transformation. With relation to first, more theoretical part it follows arguments about threat to democracy caused by disappearance of latencies in decision making and shortening of time for intersubjectivity. Trust and strong civic society is described as necessity in lowering of transaction cost within...

Genderové aspekty českého skautingu. Proč chodí holky do skauta? / Gender aspects of Czech Scouting. Why would girls join Scouting?

Žárská, Magdaléna January 2011 (has links)
This thesis presents data gained from qualitative research that took place in Prague, Czech Republic in 2009. Based on semi-structured interviews with kids from Scout Groups it analyzes gender aspects of Czech Scouting. In my thesis, I introduce a short history of the Scout Movement in the world, as well as in the Czech Republic with a specific interest in the formation of the Girl Scouting. My assumption is that Czech scouting offers special environment for gender sensitive education without realizing the great potential. I suggest that the absence of coeducation in the scout units is the key element in gender sensitive education with the opportunity for the children to try freely whatever they wish for without being pressurized by the social prejudices about their gender which I try to verify through the experiences of the children.

Kulturní a náboženská identita Tibeťanů a tibetských komunit rozvíjející se mimo historické území Tibetu / The Development of Tibetan Cultural and Religious Identity among Tibetans Living outside of Historical Tibet

Pavlátová, Andrea January 2010 (has links)
The Development of Tibetan Cultural and Religious Identity among Tibetans Living outside of Historical Tibet The topic of my thesis was to find out changes in Tibetan society inside Tibet and in Tibetan exile in last 50. years and how do changes help to progress social capital. Inside Tibet is problem with high percent of nonliterary and high percent of incoming Han people, which cause that Tibetan people are getting on the edge of society, because they didn't have developed their human potential. The main problem is that Tibetan people don't know Chinese language well and this language is becoming more useful for daily life in Tibetan autonomous region. Tibetans, who are very religious, don't have opportunity to practice Tibetan Buddhism under communistic rule of Chine. Tibetans have to renounce His Holiness dalajlama and deny part of their Tibetan identity. Those reasons influence them to escape into exile. The second part of my thesis is concerned to describe push and pull factors of migration. As I found in materials, the main reasons to escape into exile were political, religion, education, economical problems and renounce dalajlama. In my research, Tibetan didn't divide those reasons to those categories, because they think of those problems in holistic way. The last part of thesis in...

Koncepce identity značky v České republice / The concept of a brand identity in the Czech Republic

Mužíková, Iveta January 2015 (has links)
Strong brand is a significant element of the differentiation in the highly competitive environment. The first step in the systematic brand building is to define its identity, which ensures the consistency of a brand over time. The goal of the master's thesis is to find out how czech brand consultants define the brand identity. In the master's thesis there is a comparison of the most frequently used elements in the theoretical models and brand bibles of foreign companies with approaches of czech consultants. Theoretical models and brand bibles have been analyzed by using conceptual content analysis. Qualitative research was used to find out approaches to the brand identity of czech consultants. Results of the qualitative research and the synthesis of the theoretical and practical part revealed that czech consultants get inspired from abroad, where some of them use models and some of them approach to defining brand identity instinctively. The master's thesis brings the primary insight into this field within the Czech Republic and can be used as a base for mapping the whole situation in the Czech Republic.

Koncepty maďarské a finské národní identity v kontextu Evropské unie. / The conceptions of National Identity in Hungary and Finland in the context of the European Union.

Zaitsev, Dan Aaron Alexander January 2021 (has links)
1. Abstract The European Union has transformed enormously during the last three of decades from a purely economic institution to a political project which has generated a strong nationalist backlash from several countries, especially in post-Soviet nations, such as Hungary that gained independence not long ago in 1991. However, such signs of Euroscepticism were apparent also elsewhere in Europe, including in Finland where a resurgence of nationalism happened in the form of populist parties and increased Euroscepticism among traditional conservative segments of society. This thesis will examine these phenomena through a historical analysis of Hungary and Finland with the aim of examining and highlighting important features in their national identities that are seen to be triggered through various developments in the context of the European Union, such as the 2008 Financial Crisis, the 2015 refugee crisis and other types of change that has occurred in the enlargement process of the political union that the EU is striving to further. Such developments will be discussed using a theoretical framework of nationalism and through examining different features of a nation, specifically through the ideas of Johann Gottfried Herder, Anthony Smith, and Hans Kohn among others. Hungary and Finland were chosen due to...
