Změny imunity indukované intraamniálním zánětem / Changes of Immune Parameters Induced by Intraamnial Inflammation

Souček, Ondřej January 2021 (has links)
Changes of immune parameters induced by intraamnial inflammation Abstract Intraamniotic infection plays an important role in the etiology of preterm birth and can lead to a serious threat to fetal health. The diagnostic approach is based on direct microbiological detection of an infectious agent or indirect detection by determining various biomarkers, which concentration increases during intraamniotic infection. Due to the nature of the infection, these parameters are determined from amniotic fluid, which makes this diagnosis difficult for both the doctor and the mother and routinely unavailable. The dissertation comments the published results of a scientific team whose aim was to identify suitable markers of infection, determine their concentration in amniotic fluid and test their diagnostic potential in cervical fluid, ie biological material that can be collected non- invasively. Amniotic and cervical fluid samples were taken from women with singleton pregnancies with preterm labor and that were complicated by intraamniotic inflammation and infection in part of the cohort. It was found that among the tested molecules there is a statistically higher concentration of calreticulin, cathepsin G, CD11b, FcgammaBP and MIP1α in amniotic fluid during intraamniotic infection. Significantly higher levels of...

Jednotka pro bezdrátový přenos elektrické energie / Unit for wireless transmission of electrical energy

Jelínek, Aleš January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this work is to prove the practical applicability of the concept of contactless energy transfer using induction coils. The first part deals with the mathematical model and theoretical proof of the concept being able to work in practice and describes the process of detecting resonance of receiver circuit on transmitter side. Next chapter describes hardware solution of the experimental prototype. The last part contains measurement results of a coupling coefficient of coils and discusses performance and notable features of the prototype.

Detektiv, který se zmýlil ve své vlastní metodě / The Detective Who Misled in His Own Method

Knorková, Marie January 2015 (has links)
In this thesis I analyze detective Sherlock Holmes method based on the semiotics of Ch. S. Peirce. I would like to show that although Holmes detective about his method claim that it is deductive, in-depth analysis shows that this method is far more complex and involves induction and abduction, and that each of these methods has its own importance in the detective's reasoning. The work is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the Sherlock Holmes detective in terms of logical methods. The second part is focused on methods of reasoning by Ch. S. Peirce emphasizing abduction, a hypothesis. The third part is practical and includes analysis of the process of detective Sherlock Holmes based on the thesis of Ch. S. Peirce, as outlined in the second part.`

Extrakce dat z popisu zboží / Data Extraction from Product Descriptions

Sláma, Vojtěch January 2008 (has links)
This work concentrates on the design and implementation of an automated support for data extraction from product descriptions. This system will be used for e-shop purposes. The work introduces present approaches to information extraction from HTML documents. It focuses chiefly at wrappers and methods for their induction. The visual approach to information extraction is also mentioned. System requirements and basic principles are described in the design part of the work. Next, a detailed description of a path tracing algorithm in document object model is explained. The last section of the work evaluates the results of experiments made with the implemented system.

Snímače proudu / Current sensors

Vaculík, Vlastimil January 2012 (has links)
This diploma theisis deals with the theoretical analysis of the known types of current sensors, including for example, current transformers, shunts, and advanced sensors using Hall sensor or Rogowski coil. Subsequently, the rest of the work deals with the issue of current transducers with Hall sensors, without using a ferromagnetic circuit. For optimal currnet measure and overall precision, several possible options are designed and calculated. This includes number of sensing elements and distribution of sensors around the wires. Based on calaculation of magnetic intensity, related 3D charts ale plotted unsing Excel software. These charts illustrate the theoretical calculations of field distribution around conductors for various number of sensor. In the last part, components ale designed for practical implementation and scheme of electrical wiring. According to this scheme there is PCB designed as well. Whole current meter ir practically build and its results are compared with theoretical assumtions that are discussed in conclusion part of this theisis.

Magnetostrikční vibrační generátor / Magnetostriction vibration power generator

Šumpelová, Jana January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the idea of energy harvesting from mechanical vibration. It describes the magnetostrictive principle as a possibility to obtain an electrical energy. It is about a generator made of a beam with Terfenol-D material and a coil. The model of this device is created in Matlab/Simulink and FEMM application. For various values of measured vibration, these methods are then compared. In FEMM, you can improve energy gain by modeling of various environmental conditions and with using of another materials (e.g. by adding of permanent magnets). The outcome of the this thesis expresses the ability to harvest the energy with designed magnetostrictive generator compared to the already created models of the piezoelectric and electromagnetic generator. Based on these results, it is possible to determine which generator is more suitable for particular application.

Vliv trajektorie elektronového svazku na vlastnosti povrchu oceli 42CrMo4 / Influence of the electron beam trajectory on the surface properties of steel 42CrMo4

Mikuš, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with surface quenching of steel 42CrMo4 by electron beam. Influence of technologic parameters and beam deflection on properties and structure of prepared layers is studied. Electron beam surface quenching was applicated with and without melting of the surface. Structures of layers made by electron beam quenching were compared with structures made by laser and electromagnetic induction. Structures and phases were analysed by optical microscopy, SEM and roentgen diffraction. Hardness was measured on hardened layers.

Automatická identifikace šablony generující spam kampaně / Automatic Template Pattern Recognition

Kovařík, David January 2018 (has links)
