Práce se zabývá studiem faktorů, které působí na uplatnění logistiky, aplikuje je na prostředí Francie a vyvozuje z nich závěry pro logistiku ve Francii. Skutečnosti působící na logistiku jsou společnost, struktura a zaměření hospodářství a podniků v zemi, dále pak konkrétní aplikace v průmyslových a obchodních podnicích, dopravní infrastruktura a vybavenost poskytovatelů logistických služeb. Práce dospívá k názoru, že soubor analyzovaných faktorů obecně působí pozitivně na uplatňování a rozvoj logistiky ve Francii.

This master thesis mentions the brief information about Hradec Králové region in the first chapter. It is focused on the characterization of water as a basic structural element of life on the Earth. The information about underground water, water sources and its distribution, drainage, water ducts and towers, water storages and the protection and the future of the water were necessary to mention in the context of this part of the master thesis. The master thesis brings the information about the way to lead water from the sources to the final consumers. It was also focused on the wide theme of terrorism, the master thesis has no sense without mentioning of these basic information. The water critical infrastructure could be damage by its usage in Hradec Králové region. The infrastructure and the critical infrastructure were compiled in detail in the last part of the contemporary state of this master thesis to make up better idea about its parts. The aim of this master thesis was to explore the possibilities of the attack of the critical water infrastructure in Hradec Králové region by the terrorists. As one of the method for the elaboration of the contemporary state was used the collection of the relevant literature in the master thesis. The subsequent background research method results from this collection of the relevant literature. The method FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) classified as a method of the compilation risk analysis was the another method which was used for the evaluation of the outcomes from the guided interviews. With success we can tell that the critical infrastructure is sufficiently protected against the potential terroristic attacks in the specific places in Hradec Králové region.

Expropriation for the purposes of construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure Résumé This thesis deals with expropriation under the regime of Act No. 416/2009 Coll. on accelerating the construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure and electronic communications infrastructure (Act on Acceleration of Construction). The thesis provides an analysis of selected provisions of this Act, evaluates the possibilities of interpretation of questionable provisions and proposes possibilities of de lege ferenda optimisation of the existing legislation. The thesis also responds to the recent amendment to the Act on Acceleration of Construction implemented by Act No. 169/2018 Coll. and analyses the potential impacts of the new legislation on the procedural position of the parties to the proceedings as well as the conformity of the selected provisions of the amendment with the constitutional order. In the first chapter, the reader is acquainted with the notion of expropriation, with the content of this term, the relevant legal regulation and the substantive conditions of expropriation. The work provides basic information about the infrastructure of Belarus. The work is divided into five chapters. each of them provides information about rail, auto, aviation and water transport. The last chapter is devoted to statistic data that show the development of transport in Belarus in recent years.

V dané práci jsem se zaměřil na definovaní principů a odlišností využívaní logistické koncepce v řízení zbožových toků ve velkých městech, které by mohly být užitečné v případě Moskvy a jak by bylo možné lépe vyřešit dopravní obsluhu města. Určit způsoby využívaní logistiky při formovaní infrastruktury města pomoci organizaci dopravy diky různým distribučním modelům. Proanalyzovat efektivnost a zjistit hlavní problémy moskevské logistiky. Identifikovat potřeby města a zahrnout logistická řešení do urbanistické a územní koncepce jeho rozvoje a do systému městské nákladní dopravy.

The diploma thesis deals with the reclamation and rehabilitation of former mining area in the cadastral municipality Bačice. The theoretical part focuses on the reclamation issues themselves, summarizes the broader territorial relations and characteristics of the mining area. The second part describes in detail the three proposals of the recovery solution and the possibility of subsequent use of the site for recreational purposes. The thesis also includes mapping and design of the various options and technical objects. The aim of the proposals was to keep close to nature forest steppe character of the locality while encouraging recreational use of the area.

The thesis deals with the economic evaluation of the appropriateness or inappropriateness in securing the construction and operation of community infrastructure projects. It particularly assesses the economic advantages and disadvantages of the construction and subsequent operation of a kindergarten in the village of Kamenný Újezd, both in the form of classic public contracts, and as a PPP project. The work is based on the real costs as the above mentined project has already been realised. At the same time, this work marginally addresses the demographic curve and municipalities in this context, the fact that the community could predict the shortage of places in the kindergarten well in advance, and resolve the situation in another way. Performing an economic analysis found that in this particular case the form of PPP does not seem economically advantageous, since it does not provide a value for money to make this form more profitable for the municipality than a conventional public contract.
