The thesis deals with indemnification of claims of injured persons resulting from the insurance of liability for injury caused by operation of a vehicle and especially with individual claims of injured persons resulting from the insurance of liability for injury caused by operation of a vehicle, where it endeavours to compare legal regulation effective until 31th December 2013 with the legal regulation effective as of 1st January 2014 and it highlight the most important impacts of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, in the area of indemnification of claims of injured persons originating due to infliction of physical injury or death. It is a very current topic considering the number of traffic accidents and due to the fact, that this is an issue was affected by the re-codification of the civil law. THE INJURED PARTY IN CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND HIS/HER PROTECTION The diploma thesis is engaged in position of injured party in criminal proceedings in the Czech Republic from many aspects: either regarding its historical development on the actual territory of the state, or definition of the term of aggrieved person in compliance with actual legal while respecting position of the Czech Republic within European Union and binding effect of certain European standards for the Czech Republic and its legal system, and binding effect of legal documents from the UN level. Additionally, one can follow the definition of the term "victim of the criminal activity" (oběť), which is not identical with the term "victims of the criminal activity" (poškozený) in the Czech legal system. In other legal orders, however, the terms are identical. Onwards, the attention is paid to process rights of the aggrieved person, particularly to the right to claim the indemnity in the accession proceeding. The topic of my thesis is Legal Status of a Victim of Domestic Violence. It is devoted to domestic violence as a contemporary phenomenon and to the legal status of its victim. The purpose of the thesis is to analyse relevant Czech legislation and compare it with the real needs of a victim of such treatment. It attempts to give to the reader a comprehensive overview of this topic and also to suggest some amends aiming at better protection of the victim of domestic violence. The thesis consists of five chapters each of them dealing with different aspects of domestic violence and position of its victim. Chapter one is called The concept of a domestic violence: explanation and is subdivided into five parts. The first part deals with the definition of the concept and its elements. Part two lists kinds and forms of violent conduct. The third part points out the psychological consequences the victims of domestic violence may suffer from, such as the so called battered woman syndrome. Part four suggests that not only women may be victims of domestic violence and deals with selected specific aspects of situations when men, children or elderly people become victims of domestic violence. The main emphasis of this thesis is to determine premedical skills level of selected primary school pupils. It compares 8th and 9th graders knowledge gained during the curricular subjects for primary schools and post-project ones. The project itself is focused on human health and first aid in emergency situations and it combines all didactic techniques including practical training at local medical high school. The thesis consists of two main parts, where theoretical part briefly introduces the history of first aid within the Red Cross, gives an insight into first aid legislation and shows fundamental first aid techniques. Notre thèse étudie la relation de soin entre les aides-soignants ou les aides médico-psychologiques et la personne cérébro-lésée (PCL). Après atteinte cérébrale, les troubles invisibles se traduisent par l’altération de la communication et la manifestation de comportements « déviants » agressifs et sexuels, provoquant l'incertitude. Dans ce contexte, cette relation comprend des enjeux concernant sa bienveillance, le sens des comportements, l'adaptabilité des pratiques, le travail émotionnel, et l’identité professionnelle. Nous interrogeons les représentations sociales de ces soignants à propos de la PCL afin d’éclairer leur travail de soin.Dans une démarche de triangulation, nous avons effectué des entretiens de recherche individuels (n=37), une enquête par questionnaire (n=130) et des focus-groups (n=4).Nos analyses apportent des connaissances sur les contenus et l’organisation des représentations sociales de la PCL chez les soignants. Ils mobilisent un savoir partagé pour définir des stratégies de communication adaptées et mettre du sens aux comportements agressifs à partir de l’état de « conscience » de la personne. Cet état oriente les pratiques et le travail émotionnel des soignants. Il apparaît une représentation de la sexualité « cérébro-lésée », pensée à partir de la représentation de la sexualité humaine, et liée à des pratiques de « mise à l’écart » de la sexualité visant à les prémunir d’une pollution symbolique.Notre recherche montre que les troubles invisibles acquièrent une visibilité par la détermination d’une « conscience » relationnelle. Les comportements agressifs et sexuels ont un statut différent au regard de la dimension symbolique de la relation. / De la dimension symbolique de la relation. Our thesis studies the care relationship between certified nursing assistants or medical-psychological assistants and the brain-injured person. After brain damage, the invisible disorders result in the alteration of communication and the manifestation of aggressive and sexual "deviant" behaviors, causing uncertainty. In this context, this relationship includes issues concerning its benevolence, the sense of behaviors, adaptability of practices, emotional labour, and professional identity. We studie the social representations of these caregivers about the brain-injured person to inform their care work.In a triangulation approach, we conducted individual research interviews (n=37), a questionnaire survey (n=130) and focus groups (n=4).Our analyzes provide knowledge about the content and organization of social representations of the brain-injured person among caregivers. They mobilize shared knowledge to define appropriate communication strategies and put meaning to aggressive behavior from the state of "consciousness" of the person. This state orients theirs practices and emotional labour. It appears a representation of "brain-injured" sexuality, thought from the representation of human sexuality, and linked to practices of "push out" sexuality to protect them from symbolic pollution.Our research shows that invisible disorders gain visibility by a relational "consciousness". Aggressive and sexual behaviors have differents status in relation to the symbolic dimension of the relationship.

The thesis deals with the protection of victims of crimes, especially from the point of view of the formal aspect of their guarantee. The aim of the thesis is to identify the rights of victims belonging to such persons by law, taking into account the shortcomings of the law adopted for the protection of victims and its subsequent amendment, together with the concrete implications for the status of the victim. For this purpose, the work is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the necessary definition of the concepts that are crucial to this work, such as the victim, the victim and the particularly vulnerable victim, as well as the determination of the basic distinguishing features between the concepts of crime victim and the victim. The second chapter deals with the legislative development of the protection of victims of crime, at international, European and Czech level. At the same time, this chapter briefly summarizes the legislative development of the adoption of the first independent law on the protection of victims in the territory of the Czech Republic. An injured party in criminal proceedings and his protection Abstract This diploma thesis is focused on the topic of the injured party in criminal proceedings and its protection. The thesis provides explanation of the term of injured party including both positive and negative definitions, enumerates its granted rights. In the following chapters, the author describes other related institutes and provides a critical view on current legislation while proposing relevant changes. The thesis is divided into six chapters. At first, the term of the injured party is defined in the context of current legislation. This part is introduced with a brief summary of historical development of the term in context of legislation within our territory. In the following chapter, it continues with introducing the term of victim of a crime, which is closely related to the term of injured party. Both of these terms are compared to each other and it is emphasized that they are not hiearchical and cannot be used interchangeably. This work deals with the analysis of traffic car-accidents in the Czech Republic, Sweden and Denmark. Excepting the analysis, it contains basic information and evaluation. Then in the final part is also given a proposal of measures to reduce car-accidents in the Czech Republic.

This thesis deals with the topic of extrication of people trapped incrashed vehicles regarding the construction of the vehicle. Part of the resources needed for this theses was taken from a literary survey drawn up with the help of the Research and scientific library in Hradec Králové according to the given topic and key phrases. The first part of the thesis deals with specific parts of the constructions of cars. This part is followed by description of road accidents, various kinds of accidents and possible deformations of cars after accidents. The thesis deals with extrication itself made by fire brigades, suitable procedures, kinds of interventions and means of used technical equipment. Another part suggests ways of saving trails and evidence during road accident interventions. Final part of the thesis is focused on overall analysis of the given problem based on personal experience, suggestions, negative aspects of the current situation and differences in training of possible situations with reality at the site of the accident.
