Bezstarostová, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
The thesis deals with an issue which combines social inclusion and therapy by using horses. Its aim is to standardize obstacles whose removal institutional intervention could be in the area of social inclusion of disadvantaged groups specifically contribute to good during the process of thein again return to society and active life. The theoretical part deals with issue of human coexistence with animals in modern society, which builds on the active co-existence in the past. Further the work is focused on the question what social function it performs human coexistence with animals and deals with the problems of the disabled, debilitated and thein rehabilitationthrough hippotherapy. In the practical part are mapped organizations focused on hiporehabilitation location in the rural and urban environment, legal forms and methods of operation. Theprimary research are explored barriers and challenges faced by the operators of thismethod in practice. The economic and psychological barriers have been confirmed by the operators and clients hippotherapy. Other barriers (social character) deal of operators hippotherapy, while other clients have special obstacles. In both cases there is not a solvability of the institutional intervention.

Podmínky vzniku vybraných hydrotermálních žilných ložisek v centrální části Českého masívu / Conditions of formation of selected hydrothermal vein deposits in central part of the Bohemian Massif

Ulmanová, Jana January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with fluid inclusion study of quartz samples from Ratibořské Hory and Stará Vožice and baryte samples from Stříbrná Skalice and Černé Voděrady. Samples were studied by methods of microthermometry of fluid inclusions, Raman spectrometry, UV-fluorescence spectrometry and EDX analysis. In quartz sample from Stará Vožice there were detected low-salinity H2O-CO2-N2 fluids that were trapped at min. 240 MPa and 260 řC. This mineralization is probably connected with initial stages of structural evolution of the Blanice Graben. Late-metamorphic fluids were probable source of these solutions. In sample of quartz containing grains of galena there were trapped mesothermal (Th = 110-195 řC) low- to medium-salinity H2O-NaCl fluids, hydrocarbon fluids and low- salinity (H2O)-CO2-N2-CH4 fluids (containing max. 13 mol. % N2+CH4 in carbonic phase) trapped at low pressure (max. 10 MPa) and relatively low temperature (105-120 řC). In Ratibořské Hory there were detected heterogeneously trapped low- to medium-salinity H2O±CO2±N2±CH4- NaCl±KCl±MgCl2±FeCl2 (with max. 26 mol. % N2+CH4 in carbonic phase) fluids trapped at 1-25 MPa and 160-315 řC. In barite sample from Černé Voděrady were detected low- to high-salinity aqueous fluids with Na and Ca ± K, Fe, Mg chlorides. These solutions are probably derived...

Studium pevných inkluzí vybraných minerálů eklogitů, peridotitů a granulitů Kutnohorské oblasti / Solid phase inclusions in minerals from eclogites, peridotites and granulites in the Kutná Hora Complex

Jedlička, Radim January 2013 (has links)
Studium pevných inkluzí vybraných minerálů eklogitů, peridotitů a granulitů Kutnohorské oblasti English abstract Felsic granulites with lenses and boudins of garnet peridotites and eclogites, for which UHP conditions have been obtained, commonly occur in the Moldanubian Zone of the Bohemian Massif. However, it is not clear when and how the HP-UHPM rocks were emplaced into the host granulites. The most important question that remains is, whether the felsic granulites also experienced UHP metamorphism. By studying solid phase inclusions and compositional zoning in resistant phases as garnet, we provide evidence of prograde metamorphism of felsic rocks prior to their granulite facies overprint. Finding mono-mineral inclusion of Ti-rich phengite point to prograde evolution of the rocks.Polyphase inclusions of phengite and biotite indicate that it was previously Ti-poor phengite. Another important inclusion is graphite, which could be remnant of micro-diamond inclusion. Well-preserved prograde zoning of major elements in garnet from the felsic granulites is supported by zoning patterns of trace elements, such as titanium, chromium and yttrium and rare earth elements. Both these groups of elements remain heterogeneous at a micro-scale. The garnet profiles reveal that the rocks preserved signs of multiple stages...

Využití Ramanovy spektroskopie pro identifikaci organických inkluzí minerálů pro účely exobiologie / Application of Raman spectroscopy for the identification of organic inclusions in minerals for the field of exobiology

Osterrothová, Kateřina January 2011 (has links)
The multidisciplinary field of astrobiology has grown rapidly in recent years. The major goals of research in the field have been the search for habitable environments both within and outside our solar system, the search for evidence of prebiotic chemistry and life on Mars and other bodies in our solar system, laboratory and field research into the origins and early evolution of life on Earth, and studies of the potential for life to adapt to challenges on Earth and in space. NASA and ESA are heavily focused on a number of upcoming exploratory missions (e.g., the Mars Science Laboratory, with its planned launch in the fall 2011; ExoMars 2018; and the follow-up Mars Sample Return missions beyond 2020). A Raman spectrometer is now being miniaturized for the ExoMars Rover Instrument Suite. This Raman instrument is expected to be used to identify organic compounds and mineral products that could be related to signatures of life, as well as provide a general mineralogical overview, especially those minerals produced by water- related processes. This thesis describes the results of laboratory investigation into the feasibility of Raman spectroscopy to detect different types of biomarkers (pigments, carboxylic acids, and aminoacids) first mixed in the mineral matrices and...

Variská fluida spodního paleozoika Barrandienu: případová studie ze Žákova lomu ve Velké Chuchli / Variscan fluids of the Barrandian Lower Paleozoic: case study from the Žák's quarry at Velká Chuchle

Stárková, Petra January 2016 (has links)
Hydrothermal veins in the Paleozoic of the Barrrandian testify for fluid migration during diagenesis and/or epigenesis. A more detailed mineralogical and geochemical research of these veins has started since the end of the 20th century. The subject of a research included in this thesis is determination of conditions of formation of syntectonic calcite and quartz-calcite veins in the lokality called Žák's quarry in Velká Chuchle. This thesis is based on field determination of succession of hydrothermal veins and laboratory study of fluid inclusions in minerals as a basic tool for determination of temperatures during formation of veins. In total, there were distinguished four types/generations of calcite and quartz-calcite veins in Žák's quarry (from oldest to youngest): 1) veins of ,,beef calcite", 2) veins with flat crystals of smoky quartz located in joints perpendicular to bedding, 3) shear veins with calcite located in the big fold, 4) a big calcite vein with tectonic striae spatially bound to significant local fault. Veins have thickness aproximatelly from 1 mm to about 15 cm. By the way, veins of ,,beef calcite" are characteristic by orientation of prolonged grains of calcite in the direction orthogonal towards to the plane of vein. The microscopic study of fluid inclusions revealed presence of...

Dynamika strukturních defektů v polovodičích CdTe / Dynamics of structural defects in CdTe-based semiconductors

Bugár, Marek January 2011 (has links)
Title: Dynamics of structural defects in CdTe-based semiconductors Author: RNDr. Marek Bugár Institute: Institute of Physics, Charles University in Prague Supervisor of the doctoral thesis: Doc. Ing. Eduard Belas CSc.; Institute of Physics, Charles University in Prague Abstract: The work was aimed at investigation of the effect of annealing on structural, electrical and optical properties of CdZnTe epitaxial substrates and CdTe-based and CdZnTe-based X-ray and gamma-ray detectors. The first part of the work is focused on investigation of structural properties of one type of second phase defects - inclusions - present in the material, which degrade the material quality. Consequent annealing experiments were aimed at reduction of these defects. In case of CdZnTe substrates, an annealing treatment leading to increase of the infrared transmittance was investigated. On the other hand, annealing experiments on the detectors of high-energetic radiation were focused on preservation of the high-resistive state. Moreover, the work contains detailed measurements of transport properties of CdTe taken directly at high temperatures. Key words: CdTe, annealing, inclusions, detectors, defects

Začlenění handicapovaných: požadavek či nabídka? Přijetí druhými z biografické perspektivy / Inclusion of disabled: demand or supply ? Acceptance from others (biographic approach)

Votrubcová, Eva January 2012 (has links)
Disblement is a part of our society. To the core of social life pertains also a social contact which allows us to check up our understanding of social reality and gives us the feedbach of our acting and behavior. According to this feedbach we act. View on handicap as a social construct is stigmatizing. Inequality in society is more often uderstood as the result of interaction. Disabled people have stigmatized identity which further influences the interaction and inclusion to the society. The integration is very important, stands before the interaction and depends on understanding disability by the people without any handicap and also by people with disabilities. Stigmatized persons are considered deviant and can have feelings of loneliness. From the medical point of view the handicap is considered as a restricting factor, which does not allow people with disabilities to perform basic roles in society. The social model regards disability as a construct, which is created by interaction.
