This thesis analyses the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) practices in international organizations, especially in the Hilti Group with a special focus on the Czech and Slovak market organizations. The goal is to develop recommendations for the improvement of Hilti's existing practice in gender, generational, global diversity and inclusion. The theoretical part provides an overview of the academic background of D&I, its management, evolution and trends with a special focus on gender and generational diversity. It is followed by best case practices for selected D&I benefits. As a next step, in cooperation with Hilti, a thorough analysis of gender, generational, global diversity and inclusion was conducted with the purpose of comparing global, regional and local outcomes. Moreover, this empirical part aims to get a deeper understanding of the current situation regarding D&I for the market organizations in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The hypothesis that Hilti has developed appropriate initiatives to further implement D&I into its culture, has been confirmed. For further improvement, some suggestions have been proposed. The recommendations for each diversity dimension (gender, generations, global) are based on the literature described in the theoretical part of this paper, best case practices, and also the own ideas of the author.

The study of fluid inclusions proved the metamorphic origin of the cinnabar-pyrite mineralization at the deposit of Horní Luby. In addition, thermal conditions of the mineralization formation were determined. During the deposit forming processes, the primary homogenous H2O-CO2 fluid of the temperature of about 300řC was differentiated to fractions rich in H2O or CO2. The differentiation took place in several stages in the temperature range between 200 to 150řC. Quartz crystallized from the parent fluid at the temperature about 300řC, pyrite at temperatures in the range of 220řC to 210řC and cinnabar at temperatures in the range of 195řC to 160řC. The cinnabar is thus the youngest mineral at the deposit (crystallization succession. quartz - pyrite - cinnabar). At the deposit of Jedová hora, quartz crystallized at the temperature of about 160řC to 150řC, barite at temperature of about 115řC (the fluid boiling point) and cinnabar in the range between these temperatures. The origin of mercury at all Czech historical deposit of cinnabar can be very likely related to Lower Paleozoic submarine volcanism. In all cases, the pre-concentrated mercury was remobilized during the Variscian metamorphosis, followed by precipitation in form of veins with cinnabar or as cinnabar impregnation. Ore deposits of the Krásná Hora ore district are the main representative of the Sb-Au mineralization in the Czech Republic. It can be classified genetically as epizonal subtype of orogenic gold deposits. Spatially and partly temporally are associated with the intrusion of the Central Bohemian Pluton. The ore bodies are related to quartz veins that follow the course of E-W striking lamprophyre dykes, which are usually heavily crushed and altered. Ore shoots with massive stibnite are located mainly at the intersections of these E-W trending veins with the NW-SE striking tectonic fault zones. Au-Sb ores at Krásná Hora ore district formed in an area of repeatedly activated fault zones. Three generations of hydrothermal quartz were identified on microscopic scale. Earliest quartz (Qtz1), which was considered in the literature auriferous originated from low-salinity H2O - CO2 fluids at ~350 řC and at a depth of about 5 km. The younger quartz (Qtz2) originated at lower temperatures of about 260 řC and lower depth of about 3-4 km from low/saline aqueous fluids. Both older (Qtz1) and younger quartz (Qtz2) are not auriferous. The aim is to map out the scope of the jurisdiction of a bilingual teacher's assistant competencies and compare with the statutory definition. The work is divided into three thematic sections, two are part of the theoretical and one empirical part. The first theoretical part is divided into a section dedicated to migration in the Czech lands and a section dedicated to the education of foreigners from different perspectives. The second theoretical part deals with the position of assistant teacher, competencies and in a separate section also bilingual teacher assistants. The third part is dedicated to research, under which the method of shadowing as well as through personal interviews obtained relevant data, all of which were after processing and analyzing the conclusions drawn, which were subsequently compares with the original assumption. The last part of this work is the conclusion conceived primarily as a summary of the results and knowledge gained in the research and mutual comparison in line with the aim of this work.

The diploma thesis is focused on highly gifted pupils. The objective of the thesis, which is based on the case studies, is to present the specifics of the inclusive measures used to support gifted pupils in elementary schools. Information from the interviews with pupils, their families and their teachers make an important part. The result of the thesis is to show the possibilities of the work with gifted pupils and the ways to help them. The thesis also should serve as a reflection of how the current state of the gifted pupils education works.

This diploma thesis compares (through the method of action research) the impact of using video tutorials with text manuals. The chosen content represented the programming by means of KODU Game Lab with text manuals and MINECRAFT Education Edition with the instructions in the form of video tutorials. At the end of each issue, students were assigned two tasks to work out. Their success rate results were subsequently evaluated. The influence of video tutorials was related to secondary school students: to those with special educational needs, long- term ill pupils and gifted athletes with extensive absence from school. The research in empirical part has proved that video tutorial is preferred learning tool rather than text materials; therefore, it should be considered as an important potential method for the individualization of teaching process. The implementation of video tutorials has obviously helped to make the learning outcomes of SEN students better. It can therefore be stated that video has a potential to serve as a prospective tool for the efficient inclusion of these pupils.

Thesis themed is about Successful Integration of Pupils with Special Educational Needs. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first chapter of theoretic part are mentioned and explained notions as integration, inclusion, handicap and special educational needs. The second chapter of theoretic parts is devoted to subsidiary cautions in education, possibility of schools and other educational establishments at work with pupils with special educational needs. Final two chapters are describing development of Czech education and school systems selective European countries. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of inclusive education for children with specific learning disabilities from the point of view of primary school teachers at selected primary school. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the opinions of primary school teachers on inclusion of children with specific learning disabilities and on the basis of the information from the theoretical part to propose recommendations for pedagogical practice. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I focus on defining inclusive education and its legislative framework, specific learning disabilities and their categorisation, the levels of supporting steps, the role of teacher and teacher's assistant in mainstream education and, last but not least, the games that can be used to correct specific learning disabilities in younger and older children and ways to improve at school. Diploma thesis deals with education and development of students with special educational needs in tertiary education. The aim of the thesis is to analyze documents that are related to education of people with special needs and to compare a supporting system setting at individual universities. The thesis is based not only on professional literature knowledge, both world and Czech, but also on a research that has been done at chosen universities. The research part includes content analysis, which systematically describes contents of special education documents, and compares the supporting system setting at selected universities, which is extended by interviews with the head workers of consulting centers. This thesis deals with the attitudes of primary school pupils to integrate pupils with hearing disabilities. The aim was to highlight the current attitudes of pupils towards intact peers with hearing disabilities and evaluation of attitudes towards peers in the educational environment. In the theoretical part I defined the basic concepts and describe the differences. In the practical part, I described research the hearing-impaired student. The research was conducted in the fourth grade in elementary school Pod Marjánkou, where I examined the position of hearing-impaired individuals in the classroom.
