Esse projeto maior, bem como o presente estudo, é realizado através da perspectiva teórico-analítica da Análise da Conversa (Sacks, 1992; Schegloff, 2007). Os dados constituem 126 interações gravadas em áudio durante duas semanas de incursão na Ouvidoria do SUS em Brasília, onde se localiza a Central de Atendimento do Disque Saúde, e informações sobre o contexto de trabalho da instituição, coletadas ao longo de um ano. As interações gravadas em áudio foram transcritas e revisadas seguindo as convenções propostas por Jefferson (1984), traduzidas e adaptadas por Schnack, Pisoni e Ostermann (2005). This larger project, as well as the present study, is performed through the theoretical-analytical perspective of Conversation Analysis.
