Paveldotvarkos darbai, lėmę autentiškų interjerų (ne)išlikimą, buvo pradėti sovietmečiu. Būtent šiuo laikotarpiu užsimezgė ir susiformavo istorinių pastatų interjero tvarkymo metodika ir darbų vykdymo praktika. Tačiau vieninga paveldo objektų tvarkymo metodika nebuvo sukurta; istoriniai pastatai (interjerai) buvo tvarkomi labai skirtingai ir tai patvirtina išlikę tvarkymo darbų pavyzdžiai. Neturint vieningos „paminklinių interjerų“ tyrimo, vertinimo ir tvarkymo metodikos, iškilo esminis – interjerų išsaugojimo – klausimas. Iki šiol Lietuvoje nebuvo analizuota, kaip istoriniuose interjeruose išsaugotos jų vertingosios savybės, tvarkymo kryptis ir kaip laikomasi mokslinės metodikos tvarkymo principų. Tad šiame darbe atliekamas tyrimas skiriamas aktualiai nūdienos problemai: aptarti istorinių pastatų interjerų tvarkymo ištakas, tendencijas ir aplinkybes, lėmusiais interjerų tvarkymo sprendimus. Darbo tyrimo objektas buvo sovietmečiu restauruoti, atkurti ir pritaikyti, iki šių dienų išlikę interjerai istoriniuose pastatuose. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas buvo nustatyti 1960-1990 m. Vilniaus istoriniuose pastatuose vykdytų interjerų atkūrimo ir panaudos tendencijas, bei jų problematiką. Šiam tikslui pasiekti buvo apžvelgtos aplinkybės – teisine, administracine sistemą, sociokultūrinius aspektus – lėmusios interjerų istoriniuose pastatuose tvarkymą, atskleista intereso istoriniams interjerams susiformavimo raidą, atskleista verčių svarba tvarkymo metodikai, nustatytos paveldotvarkos... During the soviet period the treatment methodology of historical buildings, including interiors, was formed. But the problem is that there wasn’t formed a uniform treatment methodology of interior of historical buildings. It is proved by the examples seen in our days as result of treatment with interiors. As there is not settled united treatment methodology of historical buildings – the problem appears on how to protect the interiors of historical buildings? Till now, there was no any scientific work about the management of interiors of historical buildings written. This master thesis is intended to describe the problems of management of historical buildings (interiors) which is related to our days. The subject of this work is interiors of historical buildings which where treated in soviet times. The main goal of this work is to describe the interiors of historical buildings in Vilnius (1960-1990), the problems of restoration and use. Further more, to determine the tendency how the function of interiors was changing and on what the way of treatment with interior depended.

Preciziškas interjeras, organiškos formos jautriai įsikomponuoja pastato projekcijose. Fūturistiniame interjere pasirinktas klasikinis spalvų derinys: balta, raudona. Taip interjerui suteikiamas prabangos įspūdis. Konversijos metu pastato projektuojamos dalies funkcija nesikeičia, žmonės privalo jaustis patogiai, judėdami tiek vertikalia, tiek horizontalia kryptimi. Atsisakoma griežtų formų. Kuriama destrukcija, judėjimas. Tai bandoma įgyvendinti plastiškomis, aptakiomis formomis. Visais laikais, kaip ir šiandien, vienas iš pagrindinių žmogaus gerovės, materialiosos kultūros vertinimo matų yra būstas ir jo įranga. Projektuojamas ,,Vynotekos interjero ir įrangos projektas“, kuriame bus įrengta vyno parduotuvė ir kavinė. Parduotuvėje bus galima įsigyti kokybiško vyno ar vynui skirtos įrangos, kavinėje papietauti ir dalyvauti organizuojamose degustacijose. Kadangi projektuojamą ,,Vynoteką“ pasirinkta suprojektuoti jau egzistuojančiose patalpose, visą įrangą, interjerinius sprendimus, medžiagiškumą reikėjo derinti prie patalpų išplanavimo. Vieni iš svarbiausių interjero įrangos elementų šiame projekte tapo baro ir parduotuvės stalai, vyno kolonos ir vyno spintos. Kuriant šiuos objektus, svarbiausia buvo derinti estetinę stilistiką su funkcionalumu, t.y. darbuotojams turėjo būti patogu dirbti bei nejausti diskomforto. Todėl daugelis yra aptakių formų, be aštrių kampų, gaminami iš natūralios medienos, kuri derinama su kitomis medžiagomis: grūdintu stiklu, sidabro atspalvio metalais. Minkšti baldai gaminami iš medžio masyvo, aptraukti natūralia trijų atspalvių oda. Grindų dangai naudojamos akmens masės plytelės ir natūralios medienos parketas. As this “Wine store” was chosen to be designed in already existing premises, all the equipment, interior decisions and materials used had to be adjusted to the building layout. Sukurtas interjeras keturių aukštų name Londono centre - tai tarsi harmonija tarp seno ir naujo. Šis pastatas - klasikinis Viktorijos laikų XIX amžiaus pradžioje statytas šeimos namas su autentiška architektūra bei apdaila. Šis namas yra istorinis paveldas, priklausantis antro žymėjimo pastatų grupei, kuri reiškia, kad pastatui galima keisti tik interjerą, o eksterjerą privaloma išlaikyti tą patį, t.y. interjere sienos gali būti griaunamos, tačiau langai privalo būti nepakeisti. Esamo pastato interjere vyrauja mažos, siauros erdvės , būdingos Viktorijos laikų architektūrai. Kambariai aukšti - sienų aukštis sudaro tris metrus. Viso projektuojamo pastato kvadratūra yra 200 kv.m. Konversijos metu, keičiant individualaus gyvenamojo namo interjerą, siekiama sukurti racionalią funkcinę schemą. Magistro darbą „Individualus namo interjeras“ sudaro dviejų aukštų namo išplanavimas, kuriame kūriau interjerą. Stengiaus, kad jame derėtu funkcionalumas ir geros emocijos, kokybė ir patogumas, išskirtinumas ir jaukumas. Kuriant namo interjerą dailininkui pirminių vizijų nebuvo viskas gimę palaipsniui. Didelis namo plotas diktavo tam tikrus sprendimus, tad interjere persipynė įvairių stilių detalės. Minimalizmą sušvelninau klasikiniais akcentais – taip buvo užmegztas dialogas tarp tradicinės klasikos ir šiuolaikinio stiliaus. Manau jei interjere nebus justi emocijos, jis taps formalus. Šiame interjere dominuoja natūralios medžiagos, žemės spalvų koloritas. Greta subtilių rudų, pilkų, smėlio ir samanų atspalvių intuityviai atsirado juoda spalva kuri tapo puikia atsvara pasteliniams tonams, savotišku karkasu, laikančiu spalvinę pusiausvyrą. Creating interior the ideas came gradually. Huge area of the building suggested certain solutions so there are a lot of details of various styles.Classical ideas made a link between traditional classical style and contemporary style. I think the emotions are very important to make interior informal so I used natural materials and earth's colours. beside brown, grey, sand and moss colour I used black as well. In order to gain people's attention I hung the motorbike on the wall in the living room as the ceiling is high.
