The diploma thesis characterizes the internet as the environment for marketing. It introduces the internet as a business tool and provides analysis of customer behavior on the internet in the Czech Republic. Following part deals with internet marketing and its specifics, which are websites, search engines and PPC ads. Next section analyses selected web analytics tools for managing internet campaings with regard on the needs of small and medium businesses. The last part is a case study, which implements the principles of the previous parts on the e-shop SteamGames.cz.

Využití internetového marketingu a sociálních sítí pro podporu internetového obchodu / Usage of the Internet Marketing and Social Networks used for an Internet Shop Support

The thesis is about internet marketing tools and their possible usage, shown on exact example from internet shop Minibike-shop.cz. The thesis is divided in three logical parts, which are built on each other. There are theoretically described tools in the first part, which can be used for an online promotion of the shop. The individual tools describe their advantages and possibilities of usage, which can result in improvement of business competitiveness. The fourth chapter of the thesis is completely devoted to social networks in Czech Republic and possibilities, which are offered by these networks to businesses. One of the chapters of the theoretical part of the thesis is a chapter devoted to indicators, which will help us measuring company's marketing success. Second part of the thesis is focused on a chosen shop analysis and its competitors according to the theoretical assumptions set up in first part of the thesis. Web pages audit of the individual shops is completed on the top of that, resulting in showing lack of their qualities. Third part of the thesis is devoted to a strategy proposal, which is based on shortages found out in the analyst part. Aim of the strategy is to eliminate detected mistakes and also gain competitive advantage. The thesis is ended by conclusion, which is devoted to the thesis summary and evaluation of the set goals. The main benefit of the thesis is the competitive analysis completed for the internet shop Minibike-shop.cz. and the proposed strategy on company's marketing growth. The strategy will manage to increase an amount of visitors and their satisfaction, resulting in an increase of the company's profit.

The name of the thesis is E-commerce in small and medium enterprises. For its needs were gathered primary and secondary data. For the thesis were set targets and hypothese, which were met a target and answered with the aid of these data. Primary data were very important for the literature search and the comparison of e-commerce in the Czech republic and the other countries, mostly in EU, data for the comparing were gathered from Eurostat and another specialized institutions. The most important data source was the questionnaire research different bussines entities in the Czech republic. Questions were focused on the past, present and future and gave answer on the development in the past and the posibility of future trends in this branch. Primary data from the questionnaire research were also used for the practical aplication of e-commerce, when was the prospectus of a new internet store created , which will sell golden and silver coins.

Practical part offers the author's analysis of a corporate blog and its published content by means of web analytics. Evaluation and recommendation of further approaches in the above-mentioned fields provided by the author can be regarded a conclusion of this thesis.

In the next step, the analysis of innovative techniques in an enterprise is presented. Author of this thesis have chosen a company XY for my work this company´s management doesn´t want its name to be used in this work. While analysing the innovation activities of the company, author focused on the e-shop, which is a significant income activity of the company. The innovation in this case is of marketing type, there is a gradual development and expansion of the e-shop as a result, the company gets into the wider public consciousness. The result of the data analysis, costs of the internet store and the generated sales, is a significant growth in the volume of orders and more than doubling sales and profit over the reporting period. The benefit of this thesis is the evaluation of important business activities and the recommendation for its further develop-ment.

Almost all around the world the company products are distributed through multilevel marketing, direct sales channel and e-shops. Detail analysis of production and product range is just highlighting exclusive position on the market. In addition different types and advantages of cooperation with Amway are analyzed in a detail, such as marketing plan, bonus calculation for distributors, etc. Competitiveness of products is underlined by price and product features comparative analysis. Main conclusions from practical part of thesis are for distributors is possibility to build up their own business and for advantages of using distributors.

The graduation thesis approaches the issue of influence of social media on customer relations, the perception of the image of the internet business by the customers and the related impact on customer satisfaction. In this internet business, there are many ways to reach customers in this modern age. Therefore, this work also points to this importance of new communication possibilities and trends. Marketing communication of the internet shop with customers is essential for good relationships and the creation of a positive image of the business. The work points out that the image of the internet store is a prestigious issue. The business goes with time and does not prevent the integration of new communication media into its business marketing activities. The benefit of these media is better sales and profit than competition. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part, consisting of five chapters. The practical part of the thesis describes and analyzes the actual research among the customers of the Internet shop. The aim of the work is, on the basis of research results, from the questionnaire survey, to define proposals that would help the internet business to increase customer satisfaction by improving its image.

The aim of this thesis is to create a complex financial analysis that will be useful for the decision making on the future and orientation of the company SEDNISI.CZ, s.r.o.. The theoretical part of the thesis first examines the characteristics of the furniture market and then deals with the analysis of internet use in the Czech Republic. Apart from the financial analysis itself which deals with standard ratio and syntetic indicators the thesis compares the results of the analysed company with results of the whole sector and of one of the competitors. The information gathered from the analysis of financial indicators is further used in the strategic analysis of the company that focuses on revealing the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Despite the fact that the financial and strategic analysis does not perfectly answer every question that is posed to the company it is undoubtedly very useful for evaluating the past developments, for finding problematic areas and for predicting the future of the company.
