Based on searches of domestic and foreign literature and personal experience, the author explains and assesses how resources can be used for internet marketing activities and how to measure the results of such action. The work is complemented by research that answers the question of how school internet marketing resources currently actually use.

Právní úprava internetového hazardu / Legal regulation of internet gambling

This thesis deals with online gambling and specifics of the legislation, which is in the Czech Republic regulated mainly by the Act No. 202/1990, the Lottery Act. After short introduction of the field, there is provided analysis of the latest amendment to the Lottery Act No. 300/2011 and its impact on the poker industry, particularly the online poker industry. Emphasis is placed on the conditions laid down for obtaining a license to operate in lotteries and other similar games, the tax aspects of poker for both operators and players and suitability of inclusion poker under the regime of the Lottery Act. The issue of cross-border gambling is in the European Union closely studied and in the coming years there is to be expected extensive harmonization, which will be based on the fundamental principles of free movement of goods, services, people and capital. In connection with the forthcoming harmonization, the author addresses the issue of incompatibility of the Czech Lottery Act with European law and draws the same conclusion regarding the draft Act on the Operation of gambling, which was originally approved with effect from 1st January 2013. The theoretical part presents the current internet marketing tools, the optimal utilization is reflected in the practical part, which is carried out a comprehensive plan for internet marketing strategy with emphasis on SEO for start-up company in the field of accommodation and hospitable service. This is a company Penzion U Lišky, which offers accommodation in Southern Bohemia. The work will serve as a guide for small and medium organizations in the development of marketing projects. The practical part of the evidence considered in developing websites and methods to optimize site for search engines. The next section provides recommendations for use of PPC campaigns and presentation of the company's social networking site Facebook. The analysis methods for increasing traffic through social networking, PR articles, blogging and other tools.

Methods used in the thesis include online polling and personal interviews with experts. The goal was to theoretically cover the area of internet marketing and analyze own conducted research. Research has revealed that the internet had the biggest influence on the phases of assessing the options, buying and searching for information of the last purchases of the respondents. The categories which were mostly affected by the internet were electronics and tourism services. With the increasing price of goods the influence of the internet was also growing. The most important internet marketing tools were web sites, search engines and search tools to compare prices. Concerning the social networks, their influence on consumer decision-making was only marginal. The work includes a comparison of theoretical knowledge with research and expert opinions as well.

My diploma thesis addresses the usage of the internet for marketing of small-scale enterprises in our surroundings. My goal is to analyse the internet environment and the possibilities of its use for marketing purposes. The analysis of internet utilities is also included. There is one case study of small-scale enterprise with appropriate conclusions in the final part of my diploma thesis. My thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part I created theoretical footholds for my thesis and I described the dilemma of the internet marketing with the use of propriate specialized literature and internet sources. I describe small-scale enterprises and it's role in our economy. This parts also includes the development of the Internet in the whole world and in the Czech republic and I want to make the acquaintance of internet as a marketing tool. The second part, the practical one, covers specific possibilities of the usage of the internet for marketing of small-scale enterprises. This part contains their characteristics and their advantages and drawbacks in different surroundings. The most important point of the second part is the case study of the shopping portal Zoot.

The paper describes a layout and a development of the software product used for fully automatic data exchange and synchronization between a business information system (ERP system) and a web system (an e-shop). The reason for designing such a system is an effort to minimize human work performed when handling the data in both systems. The data integrity in both systems is established due to this mechanism and a significant time saving is likewise a key factor. If the data are changed in one system, the changes are detected and synchronized with the data from the other system which constantly ensures up to date data.

This Master Thesis deals with creation and the successive implementation of marketing strategy in Tourism. The implementation process will be demonstrated on the travel agency Dovolena.cz. This thesis contains three main explanatory chapters and a case study. The first chapter investigates firstly the motives why people use travel agencies and secondly describes the basic legal terms connected to this topic. The second chapter focuses the attention on marketing strategy creation. Above all it explains situation and SWOT analysis, marketing mix and promotional tools. Furthermore several types of marketing strategies are introduced and demonstrated on examples. The third chapter deals with internet marketing, analyses its usage in the Czech Republic and in the world as well and tries to reveal its role while selling organized tours to customers. The core of the chapter concerns with internet promotional tools. The last chapter of this thesis is dedicated to marketing strategy implementation -- case study Dovolena.cz.

The diploma thesis focuses on the internet marketing and its use in promoting tourism in Slovakia. It describes forms of promotion of a tourism destination, compares different media types and focuses more on the internet as a marketing medium. Selection of the best internet marketing tools applicable for destination promotion are presented. It also introduces Slovak tourism entities and the most important websites presenting tourism in Slovakia. The work describes current use of internet marketing tools promoting Slovakia and compares them with examples used by other destinations. This is followed by specific suggestions, how can described internet marketing tools be applied. Thesis deals with topics such as social media and YouTube, development of satellite websites, and paid advertising in search engines. The work includes practical proposal of a PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaign. Part of the thesis is devoted also to use of the mobile marketing and various web applications. In the future, already strong trend of internet marketing will further increase in its importance. The goal of this diploma thesis is to propose applicable mix of internet marketing tools, which would significantly improve the position of Slovakia in the world tourism.
