Internetový marketing pro značku Vichy / Internet marketing of the Vichy brand

The aim of the Master's Thesis is on the basis of the analysis used to identify the weaknesses of the Internet marketing tools of the Vichy brand with focusing on the brand Normaderm and to make recommendations in terms of future campaigns. The first part begins with general information about the brand Vichy and the brand Normaderm. The second part describes the various tools that the Vichy brand uses, followed by detailed analysis of tools utilized in two marketing campaigns for the Normaderm brand. Marketing tools are evaluated from the perspective of an ordinary user and from the perspective of marketer. In the thesis there are used data extracted from internal advertising and measuring systems of L'Oreal. The final part of the work discusses the current state of the Internet marketing of the brands Vichy and Normaderm and formulates recommendations for the future.

The diploma thesis is focused on online campaigns, email and banner cam-paigns. This includes Internet marketing as well as internet communication. Goal of the practical part of the thesis is to evaluate past campaigns using econ-ometric model, statistical model validation tests and to determinate the factors that affect revenue. There will be recommendation provided to the company based on the campaigns evaluation, which types of internet direct marketing to prefer in the future. The results of the thesis could become a general guideline for companies that only started to use internet campaigns. Most of the data used in the theses were obtained from Google Analytics and processed using multi-dimensional regression analysis.

The subject of my diploma thesis is internet marketing. Due to its complexity, the thesis focus mainly on online advertisement, primarily to PPC campaigns. The thesis provides summary of PPC advertisement itself, their rules and also the whole structure of campaigns, keywords etc. The same concept is used for social network Facebook and its advertisement. The target is to point out the importance of both approaches and also to show the main differences between them. These findings are used for practical part, where the real PPC and Facebook campaigns are put into practice for selected institution. The target of this work is to use the findings from literatury research in the real case scenario. Based on the campaigns result, find out what are the positives and negatives of such campaigns and to show how important the internet marketing is.

The subject of this thesis is one family business and its planned expansion. This thesis supplies above all a literature research; it defines business, family business, customers, and business plan. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a business project concerning the expansion of an online shop. The planned expansion entails opening up a new store in Chomutov. The business plan is to serve as a tool for decision-making regarding the project implementation. Within the plan an analysis of current customers must be done as well as a marketing plan and a market analysis in Chomutov. The analytical part includes STEP and SWOT analyses and the financial plan. In the conclusion, the results of the partial analysis are summarized and recommendations for a concrete business are given.
