Analýza internetové návštěvnosti a uživatelů Internetu / Analysis of internet visits and internet users

The diploma thesis concerns in two aspects which are the description of internet users and internet media. I show the ways of measuring visits, which is closely related to the operation of web sites and especially its economic aspect, the advertisement. I specify the indicators in view. I concentrate really carefully on the amount of real users, which is one of the most important indices. I apply the usage of these indices to practical examples. I point to sociodemographic user's profile of particular portals and compare them with other chosen servers. Consequently I determine specific recommendations for the advertisement submitters in the term of targeting their campaign accurately. By using many-variable statistical methods, I try to find out suitable groups of internet users based on their relation to advertisement. I consequently describe these groups of people and determine again certain recommendations.

Magistro darbe nagrinėjami sutarčių sudarymo internetu teisiniai aspektai: tinklapyje pateiktos informacijos vertinimas, pašto dėžutės ir recepcijos teorijų taikymas apsikeitimui elektroniniais laiškais, privaloma pateikti informacija prieš sudarant sutartį per tinklapį, įvesties klaidų ištaisymo galimybės reikalavimas, užsakymo gavimo patvirtinimo reikalavimas, kompiuterizuotų programų sudarant sutartį naudojimas, galiausiai, sutarties sudarytos internetu galiojimas, formos reikalavimai, įrodomoji galia. Dalis minėtų aspektų tyrinėjami pasitelkiant tradicinės sutarčių teisės teisines kategorijas, atliekant lyginamąją analizę su Anglijos ir Vokietijos teisinėmis sistemomis. Kita dalis aspektų analizuojami per teisės aktuose įtvirtintas taisykles, siekiant nustatyti jų teisinę reikšmę internetinių sutarčių sudarymo procese. Esminės darbe padarytos išvados yra tai, kad sutarčių sudarymo teisinis reglamentavimas šiandien yra dualistinis, todėl keliamas klausimas, ar pasirinkus tokį reguliavimo modelį įmanoma suteikti teisinį aiškumą internetinės elektroninės komercijos dalyviams. Taip pat daroma išvada, kad tradicinės sutarčių teisės kategorijų perkėlimas į virtualią erdvę nėra toks neproblematiškas kaip gali pasirodyti iš pirmo žvilgsnio. Pabrėžiama, kad nors teisės aktai ir įtvirtina tam tikrus sutarčių sudarymui internetu reikalavimus, tačiau aiškiai neįtvirtina, kokia jų teisinė reikšmė. Galiausiai matyti, kad teoriškai sutarčių sudaromų internetu galiojimui ir įrodomajai... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The present master issue examines legal aspects of on-line execution of contracts: evaluation of information presented on a website, application of post box rule and reception rule on exchange of letters by electronic mail, mandatory information to be presented before the execution of a contract on a website, obligation to introduce a possibility to correct input mistakes, obligation to acknowledge the receipt of the recipient's order, the use of computer programs in the process of on-line execution of contracts, finally, validity, form requirements and evidential value of the contract executed on-line. Part of the mentioned aspects is examined applying legal categories of traditional contract law to the virtual environment, also comparing those to England and German law. Another part of aspects is analyzed through the rules established in statutory law in pursuance to determine their legal meaning in the process of on-line execution of contracts. Substantive conclusions of the present paper indicate that regulation of on-line execution of contracts is dualistic nowadays; therefore the question is raised if such a regulation model is able to present unequivocal legal frames to the actors of internet commerce. Also it is concluded that the application of the legal categories of traditional contract law to the virtual environment is not as unproblematic as it may seem from the first sign. Práce se zaměřuje na využití internetu jako prostředí pro podnikání. Pozornost je věnovávána především online marketingovým aktivitám s důrazem na propagaci webu. V práci jsou analyzovány jednotlivé nástroje marketingu na internetu a jejich vliv na návštěvnost a konverzní poměr. Cílem práce je zhodnotit tyto nástroje ve vztahu ke konkrétnímu online projektu a vytvořit efektivní kombinaci internetové propagace danému projektu.

The diploma thesis analyses the commercial use of internet in the Czech Republic. It briefly describes the development of the internet towards the development of electronic commerce in the world and in the Czech Republic and defines the various stages of e-commerce. It refers to the various advantages and disadvantages of participation in online trading and analyses development of selected quantitative and qualitative indicators in the past approximately five years. From the consumer perspective it focuses on trends in the number of internet users, their shopping behaviour and their relationship to payments on the internet. Approaching business it examines corporate internet access, website presentation and development of e-shops in CR. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to the selected barriers to the further development of online business at both national and international level within the European Union.

Finally, the thesis evaluates the results of the research, gives the providers advice on acquiring new customers and suggests options for elimination of potential deficiencies.
