This diploma thesis discusses and compares the current technologies and systems that are used to monitor and control movements on the airport surface. The paper presents the basic characteristics, operational principles and possibilities. Comparison provides an overview of their strengths and limitations in operational use. It also deals with this issue at the Ostrava Leos Janacek Airport, describes current situation and suggests how to solve problems associated with the introduction of CAT III precision approach and landing as well as monitoring and controlling of movements on the airfield under poor weather conditions.

Master of Music / Department of Music / Slawomir P. Dobrzanski / The following report analyzes compositions performed at the author’s Master’s Piano Recital on March 15, 2012. The discussed pieces are Johann Sebastian Bach’s Toccata in G major, BWV 916; Ludwig van Beethoven’s Sonata in E flat major, op. 31, no. 3; Frederic Chopin’s Ballade in F minor, op. 52; Leoš Janáček’s In The Mists: I. Andante, III. Andantino; and Sergei Prokofiev’s Sonata in A minor, op. 28. The author approaches the study from the historical, theoretical, stylistic and pedagogical perspectives.

DIPLOMA THESIS Leoš Janáček's Lachian Dances and their use in music education at primary school Eliška Mervartová ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with Leoš Janáček's Lachian Dances and their didactic application in music education. The theoretical part examines the Lachian Dances through the didactic analysis and describes the speech of composer and its connection with folk art. The practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the didactic interpretation of the Lachian Dances. The pupils in the age of middle childhood, specifically 3rd and 4th graders at the Vrchlického primary school in Liberec, were selected as a sample. The results of the thesis are teaching materials that serves as a source of inspiration for students of primary education and current teachers of music education. The diploma thesis deals with the project of transport solution for new buildings of BD Panorama Boskovice. The project documentation elaborates the design of the road, sidewalks and parking spaces to the proposed 4 apartment buildings in Boskovice The work corresponds to the extent of the design documentation for construction (PDPS).
