This thesis tries to identify what's at stake of normalized relations between the United States and Iran since the Iranian revolution in 1979. The thesis tries to find out what are the key issues behind the failed relations between these two countries from the American point of view in order to determine whether normalized relations between these two countries can ever be achieved. It elaborates on four key characteristics of individual level analysis of foreign policy decision making applied on three key Presidents involved in foreign policy making towards Iran since 1979.

Title: Analysis and significance of selected game activities of individuals without the ball with specialization setter Objectives: The aim of this work is analysis of selected game activities of individuals without the ball, mainly in offensice and to a lesser extent in defence situations. These situations are analysed via selected sequences in the software DartFish. The research was focused on three setter from three currently the best women's teams in the Czech Republic: Pavla Vincourová (VK Agel Prostějov), Iveta Halbichová (PVK Olymp Praha) a Veronika Tinklová (SK UP Olomouc). Topic: The frequency and the efficiency of selected game skills of football goalkeepers in categories U16, U17, U19 and U21 in the Czech Republic. Aim: Determining the frequency and the efficiency of selected game skills at the goalkeeper's position for the age groups U16, U17, U19 and U21. Methods: For collecting data was used indirect observation method via video. The research sample included respondents (player function - goalkeeper) from the highest levels of performance in the Czech Republic in the junior categories (U16, U17, U19 and U21). Half of the goalkeepers were monitored in home matches, the second half were monitored in away matches. Results: Goalkeepers of the U21 category achieved significantly higher efficiency in indicator catching of the ball into the hands (Cohen's d = 0.92) compared to the U16 category. Substance insignificant differences were detected in contrary indicator of the efficiency of the foot play and the frequency of foot play between U21 and U16 categories. The rally by hands was examined, to be the most effective way to rally, of all categories. Category U21 dominated in terms of efficiency in catching the ball out of steady position and also the U21 most commonly practiced playing outside the penalty area. Title: Evaluation and comparison of the success in gaming activities of libero with hitters in the mens volleyball European Championship 2011 Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is comparison of libero and hitters. This thesis focus on pass after servis from oponent team and on field game. We will achieve results about succes rate of libero and compare those results with results of hitters, on European championship 2011 in men voleyball, in the same category. Methods: In this thesis is used the method of indirect observation, thanks to video. It was recorded success of passing and collection via line method. In order to classify the quality of passing and collection, it was used five-point scale. Results: The results confirmed all the research questions, so we are convinced of the quality and indispensability of libero in Volleyball. This thesis deals with the specifics of valuation of small businesses and is trying to find practical solutions to particular problems on the example of a travel agency SALLY TOURS. The selected company was evaluated for the purpose of sale and settlement of marital property. Financial and strategy analysis was performed followed by determination of value drivers and future free cash flow. Discounted cash flow and capitalized earnings method were used. The conclusion summarizes the main differences in the valuation of small businesses and companies, and recommends their solutions.

Title of dissertation: Selected factors of success of Czech goalkeepers' sports performance and the analysis of the goalkeeper's game activities in the basic part of the Tipsport extraliga ČSLH 2017/2018 Objectives of dissertation: To find out whether there is an association between the body height and the total percent success of Czech goalkeepers in Czech Hockey Extraliga. Another aim was to analyse the success of particular game techniques in the matches of the basic part of the competition. Methods: Comparison of the body height and the achievement of players by using the Pearson-co- correlation coefficient. The research part of this thesis was carried out through the method of indirect observation of 14 Tipsport extraliga matches. It is particularly a technique of goalkeeper's selected game activities and the analysis of their success. Results: According to the results of correlation it is obvious that there is no relationship between the body height and the percent success of the goalkeeper. Goalkeepers of the Czech extraliga use the game activity butterfly more than 90 percent while responding to the kicked hockey puck in every hockey match. The success of the following game activity and its technique (reverse V-H) is bellow the boundary of 90 percent.

The thesis focuses on valuation of professional practices. It is divided into two main parts. The first part presents the theoretical aspects of business valuation with emphasis on the specifics of valuation of professional practices. The valuation of a pediatric practice is carried out in the second part. It is based on an analysis of the business environment, followed by the financial analysis of the practice. The value of the practice is estimated using the selected valuation method. The limitations, recommendations and suggestions related to valuation of medical practices are also presented
