La sentencia de amparo resulta ser uno de los medios más importantes para la tutela de los derechos fundamentales que son recogidas por esta misma institución. Es por tal motivo que para asegurar su eficacia cuenta con un proceso especial. Sin embargo, en la realidad peruana, la ejecución de dichas sentencias cuenta con muchas dilaciones, si es que no son ejecutadas.
