The aim of the study is to compare the ergonomic characteristics of swiveling forwarder cab with standard fixed cab. There are compared data measured during the operator's workshift inside both types of cabs. Part of the operator's shift proceeded after dark, while the effect of different workload and two different types of reflectors was evaluated. Additional reference measurements were carried out during the work with the simulator of harvester technology. The measured data representing the progress of physiological functions of the operator, responsive to the degree of the workload. A prerequisite is a system and an integrative approach and orientation about how interdisciplinary processing, in particular with regard to link topics, such as health and safety at work, stress and strain. The contents of the theoretical part of the work gives an overview of the background and the most important knowledge on the basis of study and analysis of available relevant literature of our and foreign provenance, formulates hypotheses basic research assumptions and the method of authentication. Data obtained using the measuring apparatus Biofeedback 2000 x-pert are evaluated in the practical part. The intention of the discussion is to compare the results with data in the literature, indicate the open questions and options of the application. The conclusions are incorporated into a broader context and compared with available literature.

This diploma thesis deals with design features of a customs swivel cabin fork-lift truck. Concept is adapted to the technical and ergonomic requirements and the main goal of this concept is to provide original design with a view to the future. The complex concept meets the operational, technical and ergonomic demands of such engines. The project is focused on the design concept and complex contour-composition of the swivel cabin fork-lift truck. Designed of the fork-lift truck stems from the modern technological methods and the construction is ready for production and everyday operating usage, hence the production of this project would be rather expensive for the local market. However, it might be possible to start the production of this fork-lift truck, equipped by various functional components, sometime in the future and such extra functional components will be included as basic accessories of any fork-lift truck.

Šiluminės aplinkos traktorių kabinose tyrimas šaltuoju metų laikotarpiu / Investigation on thermal environment of tractor cabs during the cold season of the yearJatulis, Aivaras 02 June 2011 (has links)
Problemos aktualumas. Dabar beveik visi žemės ūkio darbai dirbami mobilios technikos pagalba. Netinkama traktoriaus kabinos šiluminė aplinka mažina darbo našumą, kokybę, iškyla galima rizika dėl sveikatos sutrikimo, pablogėjimo. Darbo tikslas. Išanalizuoti nuo ko priklauso šiluminė aplinka traktoriaus kabinoje, ištirti ir palyginti trijų skirtingų traktorių amžiaus ir markės šiluminės aplinkos parametrus su normuojamomis bei palyginti tarpusavyje ir pasiūlyti priemones šiluminei aplinkai traktorių kabinose gerinti. Tyrimai atlikti traktoriuose ,,John Deere 6330“ (2008 m.), ,,MTZ-820“ (1994 m.) ir ,,T-16M“ (1974 m.) kabinose. Gauta, kad oro judėjimo greičiai traktorių kabinose buvo iki 0,1 m/s, o leistinas yra iki 0,3 m/s. Pakankama šiluminės aplinkos oro temperatūra 17°C traktoriaus ,,John Deere 6330“ kabinoje buvo po 53 min., traktoriaus ,,MTZ-820“ kabinoje maksimali temperatūra buvo 13,5°C, o traktoriaus ,,T-16M“ kabinoje maksimali temperatūra buvo 10,6°C. Santykinis oro drėgnis viršijo pakankamos šiluminės aplinkos vertę iki 75% visuose traktoriuose. Traktoriaus ,,John Deere 6330“ kabinos priekinės sienelės atitvaros temperatūra siekė 22,26°C ir buvo 2,29 kartus didesnė negu traktoriaus ,,MTZ-820“ bei 31,8 kartus didesnė negu traktoriaus ,,T-16M“. Metalinę atitvarą iš kabinos vidaus pusės padengus veltiniu, šilumos srauto tankis per atitvarą į aplinką sumažėtų nuo 74,82 W/m2 iki 0,14 W/m2. / Problem. Now almost all the agricultural work performed in support of mobile equipment. Inappropriate tractor thermal environment reduces the productivity, quality and there is a potential risk for health problems, deterioration. Objective. To analyze the thermal environment depends on what the tractor's cab, to investigate and compare the three tractors of different ages and grades of thermal environmental parameters and compared with the regulated one another and to propose measures to the thermal environment of tractor cabs to improve. Investigations were carried out for tractors ,,John Deere 6330” (2008), ,,MTZ-820” (1994) and ,,T-16M” (1974) booths. Try the air speed of tractor cabs were up to 0,1 m/s and an allowance of up to 0,3 m/s. Sufficient heat the ambient air temperature of 17°C, a tractor ,,John Deere 6330” cab was after 53 minutes. Tractor ,,MTZ-820” deck the maximum temperature was 13,5°C and the tractor ,,T-16M” deck the maximum temperature was 10,6°C. Relative humidity above a sufficient amount of thermal environment by up to 75% on all tractors. Tractor ,,John Deere 6330” cab front wall of the envelope temperature was 22,26°C was 2,29 times higher than the tractor ,,MTZ-820“ and 31,8 times higher than the tractor ,,T-16M”. Metal guard from inside the cab sides felt coating, heat flux density through the guard into the environment would be reduced from74,82 W/m2 to 0,14 W/m2.

Porovnání hlučnosti stranových vyústek odlišných konstrukcí / Comparison of noise generated by differently constructed ventsBernard, Jan January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with comparing noise levels of three side vents of different constructions, which are used for distribution and directing of ventilation air in a cabin of an automobile. The fundamental knowledge of the physical and physiological acoustics is described in the introduction part of this study. Following the introduction part there is a brief explanation of the car air conditioning system (HVAC system) as well as are explained the acoustic properties of specific elements of this system. The study also deals with dividing ventilation vents and describes the vast traceable types of automobile vents. Prior to the description of the experiment, which was conducted as a part of this study, the procedures and results of the measurements carried out in other theses are explained. Measurement of noise levels of the compared vents was carried out in a semi-anechoic chamber under the ČSN ISO 3475 standardization. To clarify increase of noise generated by the vent in an interior of an automobile, additional measurement of noise was carried out in a cabin of Porsche Cayenne 2018. From the gathered results we can conclude that under the constant flow, (of 60 square meters per hour) louder vents are those with higher pressure loss. This pressure loss is dependant primarily on the speed of the flow in the vent, as well as on the number and the adjustment of the deflectors. In a cabin of an automobile, the noise produced by the vent is negligible in comparison with total noise in an interior of a car. However, in the area surrounding the air flowing out from the vent, (approximately 0,7 meters from it) the level of acoustic pressure increases significantly.

Futhermore, it designs the construction of fuselage, tail landing gear, including the system of its retraction, wing-fuselage connection, engine bed and the primary design of cockpit. In the end, the thesis focuses on the fuselage production technology.
