Keramické porézní materiály - příprava, struktura a vlastnosti / Ceramic porous materials - preparation, structure and properties

Šenk, Vít January 2011 (has links)
The thesis targets to preparation a foam ceramics suitable for supporting, catalytic and biological applications. Theoretical part deals with methods of preparation, properties and applications of foam ceramics. Experimental part of work is focused on preparation foams by template method using polymer foam. Properties of ceramic slurry were evaluated according to discharge time of Ford cup. Foam structure is assessed using images and mechanical properties are judged by compressive tests.

Pokročilé heterostrukturní keramické materiály / Advanced Heterostructured Ceramic Materials

Drdlík, Daniel January 2013 (has links)
The doctoral thesis is orientated to preparation of advanced ceramic materials by electrophoretic deposition (EPD). The vertical mode of EPD in constant current regime was used in this study. The morphology of prepared materials (image structural analysis), physical properties (EPD yields, relative density, roughness of deposit surface) and mechanical properties (hardness, fracture toughness, elastic module) were characterized on the prepared deposits from alumina (Al2O3), zirconia (ZrO2) or their composites. It was found that the surface charge of alumina or zirconia particles was opposite (inversion charge) in stabilized isopropanolic dispersions than in case of water dispersions. The model of alumina or zirconia particles “inverse” stabilization was proposed. This type of EPD was further studied in presence of different acidic stabilizers. The obtained results from the experimental work (-potential and electric conductivity of dispersions, EPD yields, relative density of deposits, roughness of deposit surface etc.) showed the monochloracetic acid as the optimal type of acidic stabilizer. The kinetic of EPD process from dispersions containing isopropanol, monochloracetic acid and Al2O3 or ZrO2 particles and its influence on the final properties of prepared deposits was studied. The new method of kinetic measurement was developed. Due to good knowledge of EPD kinetic the ceramic laminates (Al2O3/ZrO2) with optimized layer thickness were prepared. The internal stresses and their influence on crack trajectory in ceramic laminates contained 100-150 strongly bonded layers were studied. It was found that the dominant role of crack deflection played the internal compressive stresses, i.e. with increasing of amount of internal compressive stresses the crack deflection was also increased. This work brought a new knowledge in the area of non-aqueous ceramic dispersion stabilization and preparation of heterostructured ceramic materials.

Polyfunkční dům / Multi-functional Building

Pečinka, Ondřej January 2018 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is processing of project doccumentation for execution of mixed use building. The building will be situated in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, in the Lužánky street. The building will be divided into two doctor´s surgeries, offices and three dwelling units. The building is designed as a detached house without cellar and with three above ground floors. Residential part consists of three dwelling units 2+kk, 3+kk and 4+1. Part of the residential unit is also a space for storage of bicycles in the first floor. Non residential space contatins a place for doctor´s surgeries and administrative part consists of offices, conference rooms, storages and toilets. Main enterances to the building are located in the fist above floor. There are 22 parking places and 2 parking places for the handicapped people. The building is based on concrete strip foundation. External loadbearing structures are from clay masonry. Floor structure is made of prestressed concrete floor slab. There is a warm flat roof, there arecast-in-place reinforced concrete staircase. While the elaboration I placed a great emphasis on a propriate layout design, technical and architectural design and a safe using of the bulidng. Drawing is done in AutoCAD programme.

Jezdecký areál Skalka / Equestrian centre Skalka

Pobucký, Petr January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is a design of a horse riding centre. The horse riding centre is situated on the outskirts of the village of Střítež nad Bečvou in the Vsetín district. Within the horse riding centre, there are a main building a swell as horse stables with other equestrian facilities for riders and a riding hall. The main centre building has two above-ground floors. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant and a reception hall. On the first floor, there is a guest house providing rooms with ten beds in total. The main building also includes a private residence for the centre owner. The stables provide fourteen boxes for horses to be stabled. The horse riding centre is designed to play a role of a new tourist attraction in the region. The diploma thesis deals with the main building design. The building is supposed to be bricked with ceramic blocks and roofed with a gable roof but partly also with a flat roof. The thesis also looks into two special features – the design of health-technical installation, gas and water plumbing. Last but not least, it designs a steel roof truss.

Polyfunkční dům Domamyslice / Multifunctional object Domamyslice

Hráčková, Eliška January 2019 (has links)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the design and development of project documentation for the construction of a new building of the multifunctional house Domamyslice. The object will be located in the city of Prostějov in part Domamyslice. The new building will be divided into three separate functional units – restaurant with pizzeria, offices and residential area. It is a four-storey, partially basement multifunctional house with a flat roof based on concrete foundation strips. The structural system is designed in a wall of the ceramic blocks with ceramic ceilings. The windows will be plastic with viewing aluminium profiles. The new building has 40 parking places on the investor’s land. The diploma thesis is processed with the valid standards, laws and decrees of the Czech Republic in the current version.

Polyfunkční dům / Mixed-use building

Procházka, Milan January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with a work out project documentation of multifunctional building. The new building is located in the cadastral area of Moravské Budějovice. The object will have two uses. The first part of the building will be used as flats and the second part will be used as office space for design company with facilities. There are three floors in the residental part where seven flats are proposed (4x 3+1, 2x 2+kk and a barrier free flat 2+1). The other part of the object has two floors with offices. Their area is about 260 m2. There are 23 parking lots for cars in the building. The roof is designed as a vegetation flat roof. The object is based on concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made of ceramics bricks, the ceillings and stairs are made of reinforced concrete.

Studie obrábění keramických materiálů broušením / A study on the grinding of ceramic materials

Kresa, Jakub January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is focused on ceramics materials in terms of their partition, properties, structure, manufacture and methods of their possible machining. The first part of this thesis is devoted to the distribution of ceramics materials, their structure, properties, and methods of production. Currently, ceramics materials are increasingly used in structural (engineering) applications therefore we deal with methods of effective machining of ceramic materials, to achieve part of the required shape, dimensions and surface quality. The evaluation of ceramic grinding test from the point of view of cutting forces and surface quality of the machined faces are presented in the last part of the thesis. The tested materials have been provided by company SEEIF Ceramics a.s.

Obrábění keramických materiálů frézováním / On the milling of ceramic materials

Rudel, Václav January 2015 (has links)
In the diploma thesis dividing of ceramic materials is made, their bonds and other attributions, which define ceramic materials. There is also described how ceramic materials are manufactured and the thesis is including information about machining ceramic materials. In the experimental part sample of ceramic material R-S67K was machined by milling. During the experiment cutting forces were measured and roughness of surface after finishing, these data were finally evaluated.
