Hluboké Neuronové Sítě ve Zpracování Obrazu / Deep Neural Networks in Image ProcessingIhnatchenko, Luka January 2020 (has links)
The goal of this master thesis was to propose a suitable strategy to detect and classify objects of interest in mammogram images. A part of this goal was to implement an experimentation framework, that will be used for data preparation, model training and comparison. Patch and full-image versions of the dataset were used in the analysis. Initialisation with weights that were pretrained on the images from other domain improved classifier performance. ResNet-34 had better AUC scores on the test set that ResNet-18. Semi-supervised training using entropy minimisation has no significant improvement over the supervised one. The thesis includes the visualisation of the network predictions and the analysis of the knowledge representation of the classier. The achieved results for a patch version of the dataset are comparable to the results of another article that utilised the same test set. For a full-image dataset the results of the training were suboptimal. 1

Práce s chybou ve výuce francouzštiny - se zaměřením na mluvený projev / Dealing with errors while teaching French as a foreign language with regard to speakingKomárková, Kristýna January 2019 (has links)
Kristýna Komárková ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with dealing with errors while teaching French as a foreign language with regard to speaking. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of the term error, its conception within modern teaching methods, classification of errors and most common causes of their occurrence. Corrective strategies analysis and particularities of dealing with errors within spoken language can also be found within the theoretical part of the thesis. Those theoretical findings are then applied in the practical part of the thesis which contains two case studies that are subject of the analysis of the corrective strategies used in French language classes at primary school. The practical part continues with a survey conducted between both teachers and pupils. The questionnaire is designed in order that it is possible to compare the views of pupils and teachers on the issue of error correction in the process of teaching and learning foreign languages. In particular, teachers are asked about the procedure and techniques they apply while they are dealing with pupils' errors, while questions for pupils focus more on their feelings that the error and error correction arise in themselves. The aim of the thesis was to compare teachers' and pupils' opinions on dealing with...

Populační a geografická proměnlivost létavců (Miniopterus) v západní Palearktidě / Population and geographic variation in long-winged bats (Miniopterus) in the western PalaearcticŠrámek, Jan January 2010 (has links)
In this study the sexual and geographical variations in the genus Miniopterus were deeply investigated, using multidisciplinary analysis (morphometric cranial, dental, fenetic and shape analysis; molecular analysis of mt gene ND2). Different populations from western Palearctic and adjacent regions were analysed: Miniopterus schreibersii (Morocco, West Europe, Pannonia, Balkans, Crete, Near East, Middle East), Miniopterus natalensis (Yemen, Ethiopia) a Miniopterus inflatus (Ethiopia). Extensove samples of Miniopterus schreibersii were tested and existence of sexual dimorphism in cranial constitution was showed: males had generally bigger and relatively higher, shorter and narrower skulls than females; female mandibles were generally bigger than the male ones, females showed also more robust and larger teeth than males. On the other hand, males had markedly bigger canines and relatively higher P4 (in relation to other premolares). The sexes also deiffered in shape of P4 and upper molars. According to the interpopulation variation found, Miniopterus schreibersii samples from West Europe, Pannonia, Balkans, Crete, Sicily, Georgia, coastal Turkish and Moroccan areas belong most probably to the subspecies M. s. schreibersii (Kuhl, 1817). The samples from Afganistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, and from localities...

Využití klasifikací atmosférické cirkulace v interpretaci výstupů z klimatických modelů / The application of atmospheric circulation classifications in the interpretation of climate model outputsStryhal, Jan January 2018 (has links)
The application of atmospheric circulation classifications in the interpretation of climate model outputs Mgr. Jan Stryhal Automated (computer-assisted) classifications of atmospheric circulation patterns (circulation classifications, for short) constitute a tool widely used in synoptic and dynamic climatology to study atmospheric circulation and its link to various atmospheric, environmental, and societal phenomena. The application of circulation classifications to output of dynamical models of the atmosphere has developed considerably since the pioneering studies about three decades ago, reflecting rapid development in statistics, computing technology, and-naturally-climatological research, increasingly more and more dependent on simulations of the atmosphere, facing the paradigm of anthropogenic climate change. An uncoordinated use of various statistical approaches to analyzing output of global climate models (GCM) or their various ensembles, and an arbitrary selection of circulation variables, spatial and temporal domains, and reference datasets, have contributed to a need for a comparative study, which would shed some light on the sensitivity of studies dealing with an intercomparison of circulation classifications in two datasets to subjective choices. The present thesis responds to this need...

Antropogenní transformace přírodní sféry Afriky / An anthropogenic transformation of the natural sphere of AfricaPíšová, Šárka January 2019 (has links)
Africa is a heterogeneous environment that is affected by natural and anthropogenic processes. This thesis uses a review method to characterize the natural environment of the continent, present possible classifications of natural conditions and to describe the transformation of this environment. The main methodological aim of the thesis was to determine areas threatened by biodiversity loss due to anthropogenic pressures based on a new classification of the natural environment on a continental level. This was executed by methods of environmental stratification and subsequent environmental classification. Thus, this thesis presents a classification of the natural environment on the basis of homogenous units determined by bioclimatic variables and terrain, which are subsequently related to the biodiversity of birds, amphibians and mammals and to an anthropogenic influence represented by anthropogenic biomes. Finally, the share of protected areas is executed in relation to this anthropogenic transformation of the natural environment. Therefore, the thesis is quite a unique approach, as it takes into account a combination of both physical and socio-economic factors at a continental level. The final output consists of a map of the anthropogenic transformation of Africa's natural environment in the...

Hodnocení žáků ve čtení s porozuměním na 1. stupni základních škol / Evaluation of Learner's Reading Comprehension Skills at Primary SchoolsŠandová, Lucie January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of primary school learners in their reading comprehension skills. The aim of the thesis is to define the way of realization of the evaluation and its influence on the area of reading comprehension at schools which use a classification, and at schools which evaluate their learners verbally. In the theoretical part, there is first defined the term evaluation which is further explained in the context of education. Furthermore, basic types, functions and evaluation criteria are described. The thesis also focuses on two basic forms - qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Last but not least, the theoretical part defines the specifics of the reading comprehension evaluation. The practical part describes which forms of learner's evaluation there are used by primary school teachers in the Czech Republic when they evaluate learner's reading comprehension skills. Moreover, it focuses more specifically on two primary schools in Prague and its surroundings which use different forms of learner's evaluation, and it describes how the evaluation is implemented and which advantages or drawbacks it brings. Based on this research, it is also detected how these evaluations impact concrete participants in the teaching process. By the end of the research, there are...

Klasifikace zástavby pro účely kartografické generalizace státního mapového díla / Classification of built-up areas for cartographic generalization of state map seriesMatyáš, Michal January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of automatic classification of buildings. The main goal of this diploma thesis was to design an algorithm for the identification of building types for the purposes of cartographic generalization. For the purposes of this diploma thesis, a total of six types of development were defined with respect to different generalization of individual types on ZM 50. The first part of the proposed method is represented by an algorithm for segmenting buildings into clusters based on the use of already generalized road network and DBSCAN algorithm. The partial goal of this diploma thesis was to compare classifiers from the field of machine learning and neural networks and at the same time to compare classifiers using descriptive characteristics with classifiers using visual assessment. The resulting classifications were evaluated using data from a manually selected training set and using an algorithm comparing the resulting type of development with the type of cartographic representation used to represent the development on ZM 50. The whole method was implemented in Python using Arcpy, Scikit-learn and Tensorflow libraries. Testing took place on elements from the ZABAGED and Data50 databases. Keywords: Generalization of built-up areas, Classification, Machine learning,...

Polosponové konstrukce v současné španělštině / Semi-copular Constructions in Present-Day SpanishLukačková, Miroslava January 2021 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to present semi-copular constructions in present-day Spanish. We define semi-copular verbs and characterize their relation to copular verbs. In the chapters of the thesis, we present the list of possible subject complements which form constructions with these verbs. We determine their type, semantic scope and possible restrictions. In the experimental part, we examine the adjectives related to selected semi-copular verbs - ponerse, quedarse, hacerse and volverse - in detail and we discuss their compatibility with verbs ser and estar. We also deal with the qualitative analysis of the semantic range for selected occurrences of semi- copular verbs in conjunction with adjectives. Key words: copular verbs, semi-copular verbs, semantic classification of verbs, Spanish

Klasifikace UAV hyperspaktrálních obrazových dat s využitím metod hlubokého učení / Classification of UAV hyperspectral images using deep learning methodsŘádová, Martina January 2021 (has links)
Diploma thesis "Classification of UAV hyperspectral images using deep learning methods" focuses on the classification methods, namely convolutional neural networks (CNN), of hyperspectral (HS) images. Based on a thorough literature review, a comprehensive overview on CNN utilisation in remote sensing is assembled as a basis for identifying suitable methods for the specific task of this thesis. Two methods with an open solution in programming language Python were selected - Capsule Network and U-Net. The main aim of this work is to verify the suitability of chosen methods for the classification of hyperspestral images. The images were acquired by sensors with high spatial resolution carried by a UAV over Krkonoše Mts. tundra. Important step was to prepare input HS data (54 bands, 9cm) to have suitable form for entering the network. Not all the required results were achieved due to the complexity of the Capsule Network architecture. The U-Net method was used in purpose of comparing and verifying the results. Accuracies retrieved from the U-Net overcome results achieved by traditionally used machine learning methods (SVM, ML, RF, etc). Overall accuracy for U-Net was higher than 90% where other mentioned methods did not get over 88%. Especially classes block fields and dwarf pine achieved higher...
