The subject of this diploma thesis is the diagnostic survey of the masonry walls and the connecting bridge in the East Moat of Špilberk Castle. The thesis contains theoretical information about survey and diagnostics of building construction and then evaluation of diagnostic methods used for estimation of essential characteristics of masonry structures. In the practical part the diagnostic investigation of Špilberk Castle walls is processed. That includes determination of material characteristics of the studied structure. In the conclusion there is a suggestion of how to eliminate the structural defects found during the survey.

The goal of the Master thesis is to design a grain container. The thesis involves a possible method of grain storage depending on the quality and condition of the grain and also the ways of filling and emptying the container with all the problems that might occur. The thesis deals for example with a possibility of occurrence of vault and with it associated change of state of stress, or with the pressure surges in the container. The thesis involves an analysis of an appropriate construction solution, a design of the main dimensions of the container and a test calculation of the container ´s strength.

This Diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the realization of the railway viaduct in Ostrov nad Oslavou. Realization of major technological stages is addressed in building technological study. Technological processes of each sub-job phases are supplemented by technical regulations, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, inspection and test plan, schedule of occupational health and safety, time and financial plan construction, construction budget, a plan for securing material resources. I also worked out the technical report of the building sites facilities including drawings needed. I also worked out design rehabilitation of the substructure of the railway viaduct, which is consist of technical regulations for remediation work and drawings.

The subject of this thesis is the recalculation and alternative construction design of roofing winter stadium in Znojmo. The building has a rectangular plan with dimensions of 84 x 63 m. The existing roof structure consists of truss purlins and main truss with parabolic chord, which are carried out by a pair of steel arch with a span of 84 m. The new design is processed in two options. The first option is the structure formed by triangular arch truss girder with truss purlins. The second option is a steel lamellar vault formed by vierendeel beams. After evaluating the design options was for a detailed solution chosen the first option.

Title: Effect of constitutional hypermobility, obesity and the condition of the foot arch on the results of the Véle test of primary school children Objektives: The aim of my study was to establish whether the foot arch, scope of joint mobility and body weight affects the postural stability of primary school children. Another aim was to compare the incidence of functional flatfoot, constitutional hypermobility and obesity or overweight among school age children. Methods: The data were processed from selected primary schools in Prague 6. In total participed 854 children 7 - 12 years old. The used methods were common and accessible physiotherapy methods. The stability was evaluated according Véle test. Flat foot was examined aspection in standing, assessment of flexibility was performed while standing on tiptoes. Hypermoblity was determined using test according to Janda and body weight was determined by body mass index. Data were evaluated in Microsoft Office Excel. Results: We found that the evaluation of the Véle test better performance girls than boys. Rigid flat foot was more common in pupils of 2nd class, functional flat foot in pupils of 6th class. To monitor whether we find physical activity at levels 1 and 2 out (low physicalactivity)outof 5 levelspossible in children with flatfeet,on the basisof the PAQ- C questionnaire. Further objectify the flatfeet using a podoscope, and determine the level of the flatfeet according to Clement. Confirm / disprove the effect of the level of flatfeet on the achievement of the percentile (component and total) of the test battery MABC-2 in the evaluation of motor skills (especially balance and gross motor skills). Statické zajištění barokního kostela / Static provision of baroque church

The master´s thesis solves a static provision of the Baroque church of Saint James in Městečko Trnávka. The church was built in 1752 in Baroque style on the place of the original Romanesque church. It is a single-nave building with dimensions of about 46 × 20 m. The nave is followed by a massive square tower with a height of about 34 m. The reason for the restoration of the church are cracks in the external masonry and arch due to small space stiffness. The building will be reinforced by horizontal and transverse prestressing. They are designed prestressing tendons, called monostrands, using method of alternative cable channels. It will help to avoid other derformations and it will increase a stiffness of the structure.

Penzion s vinným sklípkem / Guest house with wine cellar

The aim of this diploma thesis is creating a construction documentation for a guest house with a wine cellar. The guest house is a three-storey building. A lounge, which is also meant to serve for ceremonious social gatherings, staff facilities and two accessible rooms are located on the ground floor. First floor consists of several two-bed rooms, one common kitchen and a smaller lounge for guests. Accommodation units for larger groups of guests can be found on the top floor. Vertical supports are made of Porotherm system, ceilings are made of filigree-like reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a saddle roof with clay tiles and load-bearing nailed timber trusses. The building is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain. The wine cellar building consists of an underground cellar and a ground floor with a lounge, sanitary facilities and a staircase hall. External walls of the upper part of the cellar are made of CSB framework, partitions are made of Porotherm system, ceiling is made of reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a green roof. External walls of other parts of the building are also made of CBS framework, ceiling is a vault-like one supported by prefabricated beams and covered with Miako ceiling panels. The structure is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain, its cellar is sunk under ground level and covered with soil.

The thesis specifically follows behavior concrete vault and the effects of load. Resistance vault is calculated by S&T model – strut and tie. Finally, the thesis contain strengthening construction by composite reinforcement. Strengthening is considered by two ways - strengthening by cohesive reinforcement and strengthening by incoherent reinforcement (wrapping).
