Problematika poskytování auditorských služeb v České republice u malých auditorských praxí / Focus on Audit Services in the Czech Republic in the Selected Small Audit Companies

Uminská, Karolína January 2018 (has links)
In this thesis I deal with the analysis of current problems on the market of auditing services in the Czech Republic, with suggestions for their solution. The theoretical part contents analysis of the historical context of the audit, the legal regulation, e. g. International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), Czech Act on Auditors and link to other laws. This part also contents analysis of the market of auditing services focusing on small auditing companies and also description on problems connected with entering the audit profession and consequently the problems related to market regulation, evaluation and quality control of the provided auditing services. Case studies in the practical part reflects the most important problems of small auditing companies. This will be complemented by a questionnaire survey that should reveal the different points of view of the audited company, accountant and auditor on key audit issues.

Posvítit si do tmy / Supply Your Own Light

Lukášová, Veronika January 2019 (has links)
My disertation theses explores the intricate relationship between art, science and photography in the framework of the contemporary culture. Clearly outlined research areas open up the subject to a broader theoretical examination to underpin the artistic strategies that can be employed in the practial research. The resulting artwork interprets the domain of particle physics in a series of artworks. First area of the research delves into the domain of images and seeks to understand the relationship between the images of art and science in a broader sense. Second area investigates ambiguous medium of photography as both tool of science and art. Third area is an overview of the history of representation of the subatomic world and issues related to representing what is in fact unrepresentable. Fourth seeks to find epistemic and conceptual connection between art and science and their interdisciplinary dialogue as Sci-Art. The fifth part introduces artworks that reflect the critical egangement with the theoretical research and the scientific method by building the instrument for the observation of the cosmic rays. Sources for the theoretical framework are largely drawn from the academic literature written in the UK and USA where the topics explored in the theses have been studied in depth. The time scope considered in the theses encompasses 1990's of the 20. century up utill the present day.

Automatizované pracoviště pro měření vzduchotechnických veličin / Automatized working place for measuring of airflow parameters

Smělý, Jakub January 2013 (has links)
This thesis describes the design work for the measurement of air values. The first part describes the airflow, pressure build-up in pipes and losses due to airflow losses. There is also a description of fans and explain their characteristics depending on the pressure generated by airflow. The next part describes the design of the measuring chamber, electronics and control for fully automatic measurement of air quantities.

Verifikace modelu pro predikci vlastností spalovacího procesu / Verification of the model for predicting the properties of the combustion process

Horsák, Jan January 2014 (has links)
This work thoroughly analyzes a previously created computational model for predicting characteristic properties of the combustion process in an experimental combustion chamber. Any found shortcomings of the original model are removed and the model is further improved prior to its application on 11 real cases of combustion tests performed at various conditions and with various fuels. Data provided by the model are confronted with the data obtained during the combustion tests and the model accuracy is evaluated, based on local heat flux along the length of the combustion chamber. Finally, the overall usefulness of the model is determined by the means of evaluating the acquired accuracy values, and further possibilities of model improvement and use are presented.

Analýza možností akumulační tepelné elektrárny v podmínkách ČR / Use storage thermal power in Czech republic

Bednář, František January 2014 (has links)
This diploma’s thesis analyzes the possibility of accumulation of thermal power plants in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part describes the different types of storage power plants, the historical development of power storage for compressed air and the appropriateness of their location. The second part is devoted to the design of storage power plant for compressed air in South Moravia. In the next chapter, a calculation is made of all equipment storage power plant, including turbo-compressor, combustion chamber, combustion turbines, the volume of storage tanks and two heat exchangers. The last part is the economic analysis of the return on investment of such a project.

Návrh a identifikace rozšířeného modelu MEMS gyroskopu / An Extended Model of a MEMS Gyroscope: Design and Identification

Vágner, Martin January 2016 (has links)
The thesis is aimed on measurement and modeling of MEMS gyroscopes based on input-output characteristics. The first part briefs the state of the art. The second part is dedicated to measurement methodology. Critical points and sources of uncertainty are discussed and evaluated using measurements or simulations. The last part shows key characteristics of MEMS gyroscopes based on the survey of a group of different sensor types. The results have revealed significant influence of supply voltage that causes bias drift of the gyroscope and bias drift of the internal temperature sensor. The error can be comparable to temperature drift; however, this effect is not addressed in the literature. The second observed effect is temperature dependency of angle random walk. In the last part, a general model of a MEMS gyroscope is rewritten to reflect observed effects. Moreover, the structure is selected to be easily extendable and the coefficients are expressed to allow a comparison of nominal parameters of different sensors.

Anténa pro RFID čtečku / RFID reader antenna

Trubák, Jan January 2017 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the design of the antenna to a specific application XY. Emphasis is placed on a narrow antenna beam width, which will ensure full-fledged profit for the tag directly below the antenna. This thesis presents a total of five proposals that could be used by XY application. This thesis also presents the results of field measurements, which confirm the improved characteristics of the antenna with parasitic patch.

Role transnacionálního aktéra na národní úrovni. Případ Americké obchodní komory v České Republice / Transnational Actor and the Nation State. The Case of American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic

Zímová, Aneta January 2012 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the role of the transnational actor at the national level in particular case of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic. The study is divided into two main parts. The first, theoretical part focuses on three theoretical strands. The first chapter focuses on the development of theoretical perceptions of non-state actors in international relations since the 1970s. The goal of the first chapter is to examine concept of interdependence, global governance, the new transnationalism and transnational private governance. The second chapter focuses on multinational corporations. The analysis emphasizes the dynamics of research and development of transnational corporations and their relationship with the nation state. The goal of the third theoretical chapter is to explore the process of interest representation within the nation state. Attention is drawn to obstacles and conditions that transnational actor needs to overcome in order to successfully penetrate the process of interest representation and pursue its goals within the state. The second part of the thesis investigates activities of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic that were carried out in an effort to amend the Public Procurement Act from 2010 to 2012. The hypotheses...

Organizace občanské společnosti v kinematografii v ČR po roce 1989 / Civil society organization operating in the Czech cinema after 1989

Marečková, Lenka January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with civil society organizations in the field of cinema in the Czech Republic. Cinematography is part of art and industry, with further influences of technology, culture, social or political situation. As in other areas there creates also civil society in the field of cinematography. The aim of this work is to determine the reasons are civil society organization formed and how they function. Due to the broad approach of the target group the research project work was targeted at those organizations that contribute to the development, support and promotion of Czech cinematography in general, and are the major players with the conceptual and strategic influence to the whole area.
