This diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes a theoretical basis of the holistic marketing concept. The second part analyses the level of marketing in the company and suggests new marketing activities.

This master thesis deals with optimization of storage and transportation processes in the business firm K-elektric, s.r.o.. In the beginning of the thesis I focused on defining logistics and goals of the thesis. The first chapter is about the main processes and conceptions. The second part describes teoretical solution which could show proper way of the solution of suggestion. The third chapter is about characterization and analysis of the firm and surroundings. The fourth chapter dafines problems. The fifth chapter is devoted to suggestion of the solution for optimization. The conclusion of the thesis deals with evaluation of the suggestion. The reader of this master project will gain the basic informations about the logistics in business activity and information about this firm, processes in the storage and transport and will be familiarized with optimization of these processes.

- Legal responsibilty Pavel Pražák The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the institute of legal responsibility that is very often used in the Czech doctrine and in legal acts. The reason for my research is to clarify the clear content of this term. The thesis is composed of two parts, each of them using a different method. Part One is deductive. It is divided into eight chapters. Chapter One is introductory and defines the term "responsibility" according to the common Czech language and clears the terminology used in the thesis. Chapter Two examines mechanisms of Roman law similar to the contemporary legal responsibility. It deals primarily with the institutes of "nexum" and "stipulatio". Chapter Three concentrates on the function and role of legal responsibility in law. It defines its most universal function as well as its concrete roles. Chapter Four is subdivided into four subchapters and provides an outline of relevant Czech doctrinal concepts of legal responsibility, such as the concept of active responsibility or the sanction doctrine. Title: Comparison of marketing concepts of basketball clubs ČEZ Basketball Nymburk and BC Žalgiris Kaunas Objectives: The main objective of this work is to analyze current marketing concepts of basketball clubs ČEZ Basketball Nymburk and BC Žalgiris Kaunas as refers to the target group, promotion goals, specifics of sport advertising and eligibility of particular parts of marketing mix. Based on the comparison to make a concept of improvements and changes in existing marketing conceptions. Methods: The main method of this work is descriptive analysis; personal questioning and comparison are also used. SWOT analysis was made form gained data. Results: The thesis proved that marketing concept of two clubs at the same level in the country can differ a lot. Especially in term of history, tradition, popularity of sport, external environs and sport goals. The comparison showed that the marketing concept of BC Žalgiris Kaunas is more sophisticated and on higher level. Title: Marketing concept for I. ČLTK Prague Objectives: The main objective of this work is to create a marketing concept for I. ČLTK Prague, which identifies current and future state of the organization, the organization's objectives and strategies to achieve them, defines marketing mix and determines how to implement and control set strategies. Methods: In my work I used a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. To define initial situation, I used the descriptive research, specifically the technique of observation. For further information on the situation I interviewed managers of the organization. For the evaluation of external factors I applied the STEP analysis. Quantitative research was represented by marketing research in the form of electronic and written questioning. For the formulation of strengths and weaknesses of the club, opportunities and threats I used the SWOT analysis, which I used also for competitors. Title: One-sided strain as a risk factor of muscles imbalances in an ice-hockey training of children. Objectives: The objectives of this diploma thesis is a contribution to the solution of one-sided strain problems of older primary-school-aged juniors and its influence on ontogenesis of somatic parameters of children that train ice hockey. Methods: The thesis considered theoretical ways that described a long term influence of ice hockey training on ontogenesis of players, related risks of muscles imbalances origin and possibilities how to compensate these muscles imbalances. A sample of 200 probands specialised in ice hockey training was selected for testing and a control sample of 200 probands without any sport specialisation composed of 50 probands of a birth year 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002 respectively - primary-school-aged juniors. Six different exercises were selected for testing according to the inquiry methodology of Dostálová (2006) and Horkel (2001). Four out of those exercises tested muscles shortening and two exercises tested muscles debilitation. Results: The measured data were statistically assessed by two-sample t-test with equal variance.
