The aim of dissertation is to elaboration model of komplex school excursion for interactive students work with usage natural places of Czech karst. Next point is creating a set of learning excercises in practical application knowledges from natural branches and for confirm keys competenses of students middle schools. An educational potential of a choosen area was evaulated on the bases of aims mentioned earlier, a model of complex school excursion using conservation area Czech karst was developed and tested The excursion takes place in the village Svatý Jan pod Skalouand it uses set of worksheets. - version for season autumn and spring. An evaluation folloving the excursion is done as a form of a student conference. Particular educational aims were applied during the excursion. Evaluation of the worksheets follows and designs of changes of teaching tasks in the worksheets are proposed. Results of dissertation are processed concept of complex school excursion with methodical material and with set of worhsheets version for season spring, autumn, and winter. Based on the evaulation of the komplex school excursion in conservation area Czech karst, results of worksheets and results from the conference, it is possible to deduce, that the addition of excursion as a teaching form is benefitial to students....

This thesis aims to analyze the activity of officers in charge of youth in risk with children, which for various reasons were given into the care facility for institutional or protective care. The thesis closely specifies the officers in charge of youth in risk in the social and legal protection of children and the clientele to which its activities are focused. In the third chapter are described steps that may be of interest to protect the rights and interests of the child adopted. The following three chapters are devoted to institute of institutional and protective care - reasons which may be resorted to these measures, what competences and duties belong to the officers in charge of youth in risk and how are the termination or withdrawal of the measure. A separate chapter is devoted to the theme of family preservation, as a process that supports the functioning of the family. In some cases is demonstrated what specific procedures officers in charge of youth in risk in Usti nad Labem in solving educational problems of children benefiting.

Title of the dissertation: The Rome Statute's Crime of Aggression following the Kampala Review Conference The definition of crime of aggression was adopted in 2010 to fill the gap in article 5 (2) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court ("ICC"). Complicated discussions preceding the adoption have identified many problematic aspects within the definition, including the relationship between the ICC and the UN Security Council ("SC") - whether the SC would be the only body capable to commence proceedings for the crime of aggression or not; further including the legal status of humanitarian intervention for the purposes of its criminalization under the Rome Statute; position of a perpetrator of the crime - should only leaders be considered perpetrators or should "lower" state officials be included; how should the amendment enter into force - under article 121 (4) or 121 (5) of the Rome Statute; etc. Many of these questions have not been answered by the adopted definition in a satisfactory way and so while the international community was celebrating the success of the adoption of the "supreme crime's" definition, many (including the author of this dissertation) have been seriously disappointed by the short-comings of the adopted text. Title: Requirements of Selected Czech Media for Media Relations of Sports Organisations Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to synthesize sports media's opinions on media relations of sports organizations in Czech republic. The aim is to create a document that will have the potential to improve communication between media and Czech sports organizations. Methods: The qualitative method of interviews was used for data collection, alongside with a guideline based on theoretical framework. Respondents were selected by targeted sampling employing criteria. Interviews were recorded and subsequently transcribed into written form. Obtained data were processed by the deductive method of thematic analysis. Results: The result of this thesis is a summary of requests from media representatives. The results reflect the theoretical framework with practical comments for the Czech sports environment. Overall, media representatives focus on trust from sports organizations and their representatives. They recall that a media output is also a part of a sports career of athletes. They wish to be seen as someone who is a partner in spreading information to the public and fans, not as an enemy. The aim of the thesis named Decision criteria for the allocation of conferences and congresses in Prague is to analyse all the factors, which influence the choice of a particular congress or conference destination. The priority is to evaluate the congress tourism potential of the city of Prague and to suggest options for the innovation in order to increase the popularity of the destination. The thesis analyses the characteristics of the whole decision process of allocation a congress or a conference. Moreover, the activity of congress or conference organizers and destination organizations is described as well. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first and the second one, the substantial concepts of congress tourism, its organization and subjects are defined and characterized. The second target of this thesis is focused on the analysis of the decision criteria for the choice of the congress destination, the potential of Prague including SWOT analysis and the consequent summarization of impacts and possible innovations for Prague. The given interviews and materials from professionals in this field are the main sources for this thesis. In the end of the thesis, the overall situation in the congress tourism in Prague is evaluated and some suggestions for innovations for congresses or conference organization are proposed.

The main intention of this thesis is to open the problem of the theme of social work with migrants beyond a registrated social services, which has been continously working in parallel with an execution of the services beyond a registrated social services, but which has not been mapped yet. The methods which had been used, had been the questionnaires of the own consruction and half-structured dialogs. The thesis also describes the offer of the registrated social services for imigrants and asylum seekers. The thesis has three parts - the teoretical one, the methodlogic one and the pratical one. The opening part contains the used terminology, the contemporary situation of social services for foreigners and the definiton of groups of persons with migrant experience in the Czech republic, based on the laws and markings used in official documents. This part is followed by the description of Berry's model of acultural strategies, which have intersected the information that has been described recently, followed by the description of the social politic of the Czech Republic and the law specification of integration of foreigners. This diploma thesis focuses on the roots and activities of Christian Peace Conference (CPC) in the years 1958-1968 when it was presided by Josef L. Hromádka. The author of this thesis examines the roots of the organization in Czechoslovak and German context starting in the interwar period. The thesis analyses how the beginnings of CPC were impacted by the Second World War experience of the generation of founders of the organization and also how they were impacted by the events preceding and following the war. Specifically, the focus of the research is the relationship between Christians and Marxists and furthermore the Christians' perception and experience of socialism as a social order as it was presented in CPC. Simultaneously, the thesis focuses on the possibilities of an existence of international organization during the Cold War and the role it played for the actors at that time.

This diploma thesis describes the life and professional destiny of Professor Jan Bouzek on the background of historical situations. This Czech intellectual, thanks to his deep education and his philosophy of life, was able to prosper in the field of science while confronting the peripetials of fate in the complicated period of the second half of the 20th century in Czechoslovakia. It is a socially-historically conceived commentary biography. The second chapter consists of philosophical considerations of human action and sociological perspective. In the third chapter I describe the chosen method, the oral history and sources of the biography. The content of the most extensive, fourth chapter is a detailed biography of Jan Bouzek with historical and factual inputs. It covers all his personal and professional life, from childhood, through studies, to the beginnings of scientific work, to the achievement of scientific degrees. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze ideas how to deal with the german question after the Second World War which were brought up by one of the largest postwar ecumenical organizations - Christian Peace Conference. Using this example, the author of this thesis wants to describe nature of the organization whose establishment was initiated by the cooperation between theologians and active Christians from the Eastern bloc and their Western counterparts, particularly the ones from the Federal Republic of Germany. Therefore, the thesis presents ideas of Christian Peace Conference and then compares them with the development of international relations during the Cold War and shows potential political implications of these ideas. This issue also illustrates the evolution of negotiations among European actors in the international arena after 1968. Lastly, the thesis addresses the question how could an organization like Christian Peace Conference work in the socialist state the German Democratic Republic was.
