Vstup ČR do eurozóny z hlediska strukturální a cyklické sladěnosti / CR´s Entry into the Euro Area in the Light of Structural and Cyclical Coordination

Pluhař, Leoš January 2006 (has links)

Analýza reálné konvergence vybraných nových členských zemí eurozóny / Analysis of real convergence of selected new member countries of the Eurozone

Polakovič, Martin January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the problem of real convergence of new member countries of the Eurozone. Development in recent years in Europe has clearly shown that monetary union is suitable only for homogenous group of countries. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the progress of convergence in Slovakia, Slovenia and Estonia after the year 2000 and answer the question which country was best prepared to join the monetary union. Used method of investigation is analysis of historical time series and regression analysis. Main conclusion of the thesis is that highest level of convergence was achieved in Slovenia, but the country with lowest cost of joining Eurozone was Estonia. In final part of the thesis is presented own forecast of future development of real convergence until the year 2030. Theoretical background of the prognosis is based on Solow's growth model and resulting theory of convergence.

Analýza příčin a konsekvencí pěti krizí evropského integračního procesu v souvislosti s hospodářsko-politickým vývojem po podpisu Maastrichtské smlouvy / Analysis of the causes and consequences of five crises of the european integration process in the context of economic and political development after Maastricht Treaty

Ševčíková, Michaela January 2013 (has links)
This paper analyses the essential aspects, causes and consequences of contemporary European integration process and examines the performance of individual EU countries. The analysis is done through the view of five crises: first the political and institutional; second the public finance, respectively the debt; third the different quality and competitiveness of single economies; fourth the banking, financial, respectively economic; and fifth the view, which focuses on the psychological aspect of trust. Substantial measures proposed or implemented by the EU institutions are subjects of analysis (European bonds; tax on financial transactions, banking union, fiscal pact and bail-out fund), including their critical evaluation, especially activist policy of the European Central Bank. Summary is contained in the SWOT analysis. This work also proposes recommendation for further development in the Czech Republic. The research section made by testing selected variables among 2003-2012 based on the method Beta convergence confirmed, that instead of theoretical assumption of faster real convergence of EU countries, the divergence between the core and periphery countries took place in the examined period. Beta convergence is confirmed within the designated groups in the new EU member states in the pre-crisis growth and in the overall monitored period. The second method -- the cluster analysis created groups, respectively clusters of countries that are the most similar based on selected indicators. On the one hand, the repeated grouping of core countries into one common cluster was verified with different options of the model. On the other hand, the used Ward's method showed, among others, that in majority of observed periods the countries commonly categorized into periphery groups (such as Italy and Ireland) have greater economic similarities to the core countries rather than countries such as Spain, Portugal and Greece.

Analýza přenosu dat v konvergované síti / Analysis of data transport in converged network

Menšík, David January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with data transmission applications in the converged network, focusing on the WiFi network IEEE 802.11. The theoretical part describes the cause and nature of converged networks. One chapter is devoted to a description of IEEE 802.11, which is next to different standards and options described architecture, coordination and access network QoS solution to that standard. The research is based on custom design converged networks, and WiFi elements in the environment of graphic simulation software OPNET Modeler. In the proposed network was also simulated the operation of services such as voice, video conferencing, FTP and HTTP streaming. Results of simulation data traffic in the network are then analyzed. At the Conclusion of the thesis, is in OPNET Modeller program created the role of laboratory. The essence here is the comparison of operating a converged network, with and without quality support services.

Homogenization in Perforated Domains / Homogenization in Perforated Domains

Rozehnalová, Petra January 2016 (has links)

Homoploidní hybridní speciace u blízce příbuzných taxonů mokřadních rostlin / Homoploid hybrid speciation in closely related taxa of wetland plants

Píšová, Soňa January 2018 (has links)
6 Summary Wetland plants share several common characters, such as clonality, wind pollination and self-compatibility that facilitate hybridization, especially in complexes of closely related taxa. In this thesis, a Sparganium erectum complex of four subspecies and 14 species of the genus Bolboschoenus were investigated to detect hybridization and verify the origins of putative hybrids. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to an introduction to hybridization, a process of great evolutionary impact, and its several general consequences, which are broadly discussed with numerous examples. In addition, an introduction to the studied taxa is provided as well as the main results of three papers that are presented and discussed herein. The second part of the thesis consists of three papers on hybridization within the Sparganium erectum aggregate (Paper I) and in the genus Bolboschoenus (Paper II, central European species; Paper III all 14 species worldwide). AFLP molecular marker analysis, sequencing of nuclear and chloroplast DNA, and genome size and morphometric analyses were applied to elucidate the genetic relationships among taxa and to confirm the suitability of morphometric characters for taxa and hybrid delimitation. The results clearly present the differentiation of individual taxa and their stable...

Viceúrovňové metody / Multilevel methods

Vacek, Petr January 2020 (has links)
The analysis of the convergence behavior of the multilevel methods is in the literature typically carried out under the assumption that the problem on the coarsest level is solved exactly. The aim of this thesis is to present a description of the multilevel methods which allows inexact solve on the coarsest level and to revisit selected results presented in literature using these weaker assumptions. In particular, we focus on the derivation of the uniform bound on the rate of convergence. Moreover, we discuss the possible dependence of the convergence behavior on the mesh size of the initial triangulation. 41

Novinář jakožto digitální nomád / Journalist as a digital nomad

Andresková, Marie January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with digital nomadism (modern way of teleworking, enabled mainly by the existence of internet and social networks) and implications of this phenomenon for journalistic environment and media functioning. In the Czech environment, this issue has been explored so far, and digital nomadism is rapidly changing in view of the rapid technological development of the media environment on the internet. The author wanted to add this gap to the thesis, both in theory and in primary research. Through interviews with specific digital nomads (especially Czechs and Czechs), she tries to answer basic questions about how the digital nomads actually happened, their motivation, the specifics of their work and, last but not least, whether it is possible as a digital nomad - actually a journalist to feed. The concept of digital nomadism first captures theoretically, both in general, in the context of the technological development of the media environment (new media and formats) and changes in the labor market in the journalistic environment, and specifically in terms of media theory. Specifically, it analyzes digital nomadism in the context of technological convergence and media hybridization. In particular, on the basis of available, mainly foreign literature, the concept and concept of digital...

Asymetrický vývoj v EU: Je příčinou Lukasův paradox? / Asymmetric developments in the EU: Is the Lucas Paradox behind?

Štěpán, Jaroslav January 2019 (has links)
Development in European Union is showing that even despite high amount of effort in economic integration, differences in cross-country development are still at play. Indications about Lucas Paradox can be observed, due to inefficient flow of capital. Aim of this study is to quantify, whether this Lucas paradox is present in EU and how it contributes to convergence or divergence between countries. Comparison of panel VAR impulse-response functions is used for evaluation. Results suggests, that Lucas paradox can be identified between Euro area vs non-Euro area countries and Euro area core vs periphery. Furthermore, capital misallocation regarding these four groups prevents possible short-term economic convergence.
