This thesis deals with the comparison of treaties that prevent double taxation in the area of income taxes and bilateral treaties on social security. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms that are used in the following parts of the work. A substantial part of the thesis deals with procedures for the avoidance of double taxation in the area of income taxes, which are implemented through international agreements. The thesis also deals with the coordination of social security, which is implemented through bilateral treaties on social security and in European Union also through Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the coordination of social security systems, which in the case of Member States of the European Union takes over the function of individual treaties. Result of the thesis is to compare the agreements for the avoidance of double taxation on income and capital and bilateral treaties on social security, especially compared to the number of contracts that the Czech Republic has concluded with other countries. Other points of comparison are the history of concluding these treaties, or the existence of model treaties or multilateral agreements.

Hodnocení vývojové dyspraxie a efektů její léčby u dětí / Evaluation of developmental dyspraxia and effects of its therapy in children

Smržová, Jitka January 2010 (has links)
Diploma thesis "Evaluation of developmental dyspraxia and effects of its therapy in children" summarizes the knowledge of developmental dyspraxia or developmental coordination disorder (DCD) in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the usage of new diagnostic method for identification of motor difficulties in children, Movement Assessment Battery for Children, second edition. The presence of motor difficulties in some children with ADHD and some children with neurofibromatosis type 1 was confirmed. The significant difference between motor skills in gymnasts and in children attending to all-round sport activities was not detected. No significant correlation between BMI and the level of motor skills in children was found. The evaluation of the effect of therapy confirmed that intervention is useful for children with developmental dyspraxia. The best improvement was found in activities which were specifically trained. Title Coordination abilities in long-term concept sports training of children Objective The point of the thesis is handle the issue of coordination ability. Methods The thesis has a theoretical character and it uses qualitative methods: compares, analyses and interprets texts and data acquired through background research. Results Coordination skills have proven essential element of successful mastery of motor skills in the concept of long-term sports training more or less dependent on coordination. If there are individual skills developed in the sensitive periods is very difficult to catch up with missed this and achieve the same level of skills acquired. Important role in the development of coordination skills and heredity plays a connection with the state and function of the central nervous system. Key words sports training of children, coordination, development, sensitive periods

Nová nařízení o koordinaci sociálního zabezpečení v EU - základní principy a koordinace dávek v nemoci / New regulations on the coordination of social security in the EU - basic principles and coordination of sickness benefits

Janalík, Václav January 2011 (has links)
It has been almost one year since the new Regulations No 883/2004 and 987/2009 came into force on 1.5.2010. These regulations replaced the former Regulations No 1408/71 and 574/72, which had been laying down the rules for coordination of the national social security systems for almost 40 years. As the extent of issue is relatively huge I have focused only on some aspects of coordination. The first chapter concerns the general concept of coordination and the sources of coordination law. It also includes the detailed description of personal and material scope of regulations. One part of this chapter is dealing also with some of the new concepts included in the regulation. The second chapter describes the basic social security coordination principles, ie. the principle of equal treatment, the principle of single applicable legislation, the principle of exporting the benefits and the aggregation principle. In addition to these four basic principles mentioned above new rule for the assimilation of facts is described. This is in fact a new principle, previously applied only on the basis of case-law. The third chapter focuses on organizational aspect at both EU and national levels. There are lists of all relevant bodies included together with description of their roles and responsibilities. The fourth chapter...

Pohyb v matematice / Movement in mathematics

Muchová, Zuzana January 2012 (has links)
In my thesis I concern with the use of motoric activities in math classes. The chapters that offer a range of motoric activities were processed on the base of a questionnaire and an experiment. Some of the activities are currently being implemented in math classes by teachers of first, second and third grades at primary schools, others are part of textbooks designed for this age group. In addition to that, I offer five more possible activities, which have been recorded and interpreted within six experiments. The goal of the thesis is to demonstrate that physical movement cannot be separated from the life of six to nine years old children, and offer some motoric activities, which can potentially be contributive for development of mathematical skills and abilities.

Koordinace sociálního zabezpečení v Evropě a její mikroekonomické a makroekonomické implikace / Microeconomic and Macroeconomic implications of Social Security Coordination in Europe

Tepperová, Jana January 2011 (has links)
The doctoral thesis focuses on international coordination of social security systems. It covers both theoretical and practical role of coordination and also brings relevant empirical evidence about impacts of social security coordination on international labour migration. The gravity migration model is used on panel data set for 30 European countries from 1998 to 2007 for empirical evidence. Presented results show positive effect of social security coordination on migration and confirms important role of coordination in European integration policy. Analysis of labour tax cost and how it is influenced by the coordination of social security is also proposed in the thesis. Different migration structures and its tax costs are analyzed for this purpose in 2003 and 2004, the year prior the CR joining the EU and the year after. The results of the analysis did not show any decline of the tax cost in all of the migration structures after the coordination of social security was applied in the CR.
