Poetika a malebnost v krajině / Poetics and picturesque in a landscape

Havránková, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
The subject of the thesis is a description and depiction of poetics and picturesqueness of landscape using the elements of East Asian landscape poetry as a source of inspiration to perceive the beauty of the landscape surrounding the South Bohemian village of Kvilda. Based on the study of landscape poetry texts, a specific mountain trail was chosen to capture this poetics and picturesqueness. By choosing well-selected stopovers on this trail, the thesis is aimed to evoke the perception of poetic elements of nature in the overall context of the surrounding countryside. Here, the text description of the esthetic values of landscape and environment is the way to create a project of revitalized landscape with picturesque features and specific vegetation species. This work is also explained in the context of Šumava, which is described in the introductory part of the thesis so that the reader will gain a better understanding of the project setting. This introduction acquaints us with the natural and artistic background of Šumava and the environs of the village of Kvilda that surround the trail. The whole project comprises the analysis of the environment of each stopping place on the trail, the description of its main points of interest and the transformation of the place in different seasons of the year in respect of a particular landscape feature. Each stopover is supplemented with landscape poetry texts with the aim to capture the atmosphere of the place even better. At the end of each chapter associated with a particular stopping place there are art displays which are specific to this environment. These should acquaint the visitors with the environment and offer them an inspiration that each place conceals. The whole project imitates a tour through nature and draws attention to individual points of interest in the landscape, which we so often tend to overlook. The above aspects can also be applied to garden and landscape design.

Časová proměnlivost prostorové distribuce střevlíků v zemědělské krajině / Temporal variability in spatial distribution of carabid beetles in agricultural landscapes

Seidl, Miroslav January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to work out a brief literary research focused on spatial distribution of carabid beetles (Coleoptera, Carabidae) around arable field-woodland boundaries throughout the season. Substantial part of this thesis consistsof thefield experiment aiming to explore given issue in the model area near Sedlčany. Carabid beetles were collected employing pitfall traps along four transects perpendicular to arable field-woodlot boundaries. Beetles were sampled during five sampling periods, but only four complete (undamaged) temporal samples series were used for final statistical analyses:1) early spring, 2) late spring, 3) summer and 4) late autumn.Three species groups were identified according to their habitat specialization:1) open habitat specialists, 2) habitat generalists and 3) forest specialists; and these groups were analysed seperately. Total species diversity was highest in area of ecotone between arable field and woodlot. The edge between habitats was preferred by habitat generalist species and open habitat specialist species also spilled over here. Distribution of relative species richness and relative activity density was not stable in time. Spatial distribution of forest species was relatively less variable. Open habitat species aggregated within habitat boundaries instead of field interiors in early spring, probably as a result of overwinteringbehaviour. Generalists were also aggregated in the edge between habitats in autumn period and during early spring occurred relatively more in the centre of woodlot than in other periods. Species composition of carabid beetles assemblages depended partly on season and also on position of transect. There was also a significant interaction between spatial and temporal variability in species composition of carabid assemblages. Woodlot assemblages seem to be less variable in time. The results of this thesis contribute to extension of knowledges on distribution of carabid beetles in agroecosystems, where many carabids act aspredators of various pests. The biggest changes in spatiotemporal distribution of carabid beetles in agricultural landscape could be linked with preference of adults to overwinter out of arable land.

Analýza vývoje barevných změn krajiny / The analysis of the evolution of color change landscape

Uhrovičová, Alena January 2016 (has links)
The main focus of the thesis is the color influence of people and the color composition in the landscape. The other aim is the psychology meaning of the human perception of different colors. Further, the focus is on the phenology, which aims to annual changes of plant´s organs within the grow cycle and plant changes during one year. Through the phytocenology there is a space for mapping of occurrence and evaluation of vegetation cover. Also, there are described in more detail the color models. The methodology is focused on color change monitoring of the sample area, which is located in Šumava Mountains within one vegetation cycle. The color change is demonstrated by 12 photos, and after that is verified and evaluated by the time-lapse image analysis. The main aim of the analysis is to propose the objective analysis how to measure the color changes during a year. By the hypothesis, we verify, if it is possible to measure seasonal changes objectively or not.

Zhodnocení vývoje kulturní krajiny ve vybraných lokalitách Šumavy / Cultural landscape development in the selected study areas of the Šumava

Drahorádová, Štěpánka January 2017 (has links)
This thesis follows the development of the area of cultural landscape in the Šumava National Park. It follows the detailed development of particular land use categories in selected areas. Specifically speaking about the cadastral area of Horská Kvilda, as one separate area, and the second one consists of cadastral areas of former villages Bučina and Knížecí Pláně. The entire development land use changes in the study areas is divided into three time periods according to availability of data. First period contains the compulsory imperial maps of stabile cadastre, which were performed in 1826 and 1837. Following period is based on the aerial pictures dated 1947 till 1962. The timeline is closed by the current orthophotomap from year 2014. The text part of this thesis deals firstly with the general issue of landscaping and subsequently describes particular development of cultural landscape in Šumava. In the graphical part it can found all available map sources vectorised, divided into separate land use categories of the chosen localities. In the whole National Park area, vectorised zones are divided into forest and non-forest parts. The results show differences in range of particular land use areas and enable us to observe the development of Šumava landscape throughout the time. These resutls pointing out present time trend of development of study areas as well as the need of specific management practices to keep their ecological values.

Změny krajinné struktury a jejich příčiny v katastrálním území Ostrožská Lhota

Hyráková, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the changes in landscape structure and sets out the causes of the changes in the use of the landscape in the cadastral territory of Ostrožská Lhota. Interest of the territory is located in Zlín region in the District of Uherské Hradiště. For the determination of the status of the last use of the landscape has been used map II. the military mapping from the year 1836 and Ortofotomapa of the Czech Republic from 1953. The current state of the landscape was mapped out in the field, where potential changes were recorded in the current maps. Analysis of the changes of landscape structure was evaluated according to the area of representation of these selected categories of land use: arable land, permanent grassland, orchards and gardens, vineyards, forest stands, water areas, built-up area, recreation areas and other areas. The digitization of maps - exploring map the development of the outputs of the programme have been processed in ArcGIS.
