Tato práce popisuje teoretická východiska pro využití Assessment Centre. Hlavní zaměření je na výběr zaměstnanců. Analýza je zaměřena na nábor zaměstnanců na značkové prodejny telekomunikační společnosti. Hodnotí současný stav celého náborového procesu. Na základě analýzy nedostatků navrhuje nové postupy pro celý proces výběru nových zaměstnanců

The merit of this dissertation on the theme "human resources" is problem of unemployment in the selected region. At first I am concerned with the concept of state labour policy and its instruments. Further I describe unemployment in the Czech republic and structure of unemployment. I concentrate my attention on the unemployment in the district Třebíč. In the research section I describe the demographic situation of the district, industrial zones in the several micro-regions and I compare the development of unemployment in years 2007 and 2008. I analyze the global development of unemployment in the selected region Třebíč in the period October 2008 - March 2009.

The Master's thesis includes drawing up the issue of the body and space in dance. The introductory part contains the definition of the body as a living organism. The body of the thesis is devided in chapters dealing with the body layers, gravity, balance and imagination. The final part of the thesis connects all phenomenons mentioned in previous chapters. This part results in a description of the images and sensations during the classical ballet training.

The aim of the thesis Work motivation is in theoretical part based on the study of the expert literature and it is to define the terms of psychology of the work , human resources and introduce the possibilities of staff motivation and improving of their skill and expertise. In the practical part it´s aim is to analyze the motivational tools and try to capture the corporate culture at a selected institution in the Czech Television. In the research part of the questionnaire focuses on mapping the motivation needs. Detects employee preferences and personal experience in the workplace, such as stress at work, time constraints, or salary satisfaction. Guided interview with the manager of Czech Television Dr. moderators. Jakub Zelezny follows the observed results of the survey. The main method in the evaluation of the questionnaires is the analysis of the results of the questionnaires, as more appropriate methods that are used in the evaluation of a questionnaire survey, there are mathematical methods and then consequently comparison of the results.

This dissertation focuses on field of education and personality development of the administrative staff of Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen. Subject of the research is the system of education of the deanship´s staff and personal assistants of single departments (districts, clinics). The teoretical part explains, on the basis of study of specialized resources, the basis concepts, approaches the basis knowledges of the field of human resources management, and describes the needs, plans and methodes of education. The individual chapter attends to e-learning education, that is a modern methode of education. As next the therm of personality and its development are defined. The practical part applies to characteristic of the researched society and evaluation of research results that was examination via questionnaires. A part of the practical part is presentment of solving proposal of education and personality development on the Faculty, with concrete recommendations that the company should use for its staff.
