Nous nous intéressons dans ce travail au prolongement d'applications linéaires, que ce soit des fonctions à valeurs scalaires ou des applications à valeurs opérateurs, sur des limites inductives d'espaces vectoriels topologiques en général et en particulier sur des algèbres d'opérateurs. Dans un premier lieu, nous regardons le problème dans le cadre le plus général c'est à dire celui de prolonger des formes linéaires sur une limite inductive d'espaces localement convexes. Nous donnons une condition nécessaire sur ces formes pour que le prolongement soit possible. Nous nous intéressons aussi au prolongement préservant la norme et nous donnons un exemple ou un tel prolongement n'est pas possible. Ensuite nous donnons une application de notre résultat principal dans le cadre des germes des fonctions holomorphes sur un compact de Cn. Puis nous généralisons les résultats obtenus dans le contexte des applications linéaires sur des C*-algèbres à valeurs opérateurs ce qui nous permet de généraliser l'application. En second lieu, nous considérons les mêmes questions dans le cas particulier de limites inductives: les espaces de fractions. Nous généralisons le résultat de F-H. Vasilescu dans le cas non commutatif ainsi que le problème des moments multidimensionnels sur un ensemble fermé non borné du corps des quaternion. En dernier lieu, nous nous intéressons aux applications complètement positives et complètement contractives à valeurs opérateurs sur des espaces de fractions. On considère le contexte non commutatif du papier de E. Albrecht et F -H. Vasilescu. Nous donnons un résultat pour chaque type de ses application linéaires. En applications aux résultats obtenues, on généralise notre problème des moments dans le cas opératoriel en introduisant une nouvelle mesure. Enfin, nous donnons une caractérisation des applications moments. / Ln this work we are interested by extending Iinear forms and Iinear maps in general on inductive Iimit spaces of locally convex spaces or of sorne operator algebras. Firstly, we consider the more general case i.e. extending linear forms on limit spaces of locally convex spaces. We give a necessary condition on the linear forms making the extension possible. We are also in interest of a norm preserving extension. We show by an example that a such extension is no always possible then we state our result in a general case. Moreover we give an application of our main result in a context of germes of holomorphic fonctions on a compact set of Cn. After that, we generalize this results and the application, by the same way, when the Iinear application are with operator values. Secondly, we consider the same questions in a particular case of inductive limits : The spaces of fractions. We generalize the result of F-H. Vasilescu in a non commutatif context and then we generalize the multi-dimensionnels moment problem on a closed unbounded set of quaternion set. Finally, we focus on the completely positive or completely contractive linear maps on spaces of fractions with operator values. We consider the non commutative context of the work of E. Albrecht and F-H. Vasilescu. As an application, we generalize the given moment problem on the operator case and we give a new measure. Then we give a characterization of the moment maps.

Entretanto, parece haver uma lacuna quando se trata da abordagem a respeito das fronteiras internas, principalmente entre municípios, ainda pouco debatida na ciência geográfica. De certo, a mobilidade da população na busca por serviços, a dinâmica da natureza e dos lugares, os interesses e as ações político-administrativas do poder local, por vezes, acabam por fragilizar essas linhas jurídicas que delimitam o polígono dos entes federados. Esse trabalho tem por objetivo analisar os conflitos nos limites das fronteiras internas entre os municípios baianos de Feira da Mata, Coribe, São Félix do Coribe e Serra do Ramalho. Com base nos conceitos de fronteira e de limite, discute a natureza contraditória entre o limite formal instituído por lei e o limite informal praticado pela população e pelo poder local. Com esse entendimento e embasado nos depoimentos desses habitantes, analisa o processo de atualização dos limites municipais da área em questão. Como resultado disso, apresenta as mudanças ocorridas com a nova delimitação dos municípios trabalhados: novos limites, novos mapas. / ABSTRACT Frontier and limit, a theme loaded with complexity and meanings for the Nation State, exhaustively discussed in academia by geographers, political scientists, sociologists, anthropologists, historians and others. However, there seems to be a gap when dealing with the approach regarding the internal frontiers, mainly between municipalities, still superficially debated in the geographic science. Decidedly, population mobility in search for services, the dynamics of nature and of the locations, the interests and the political and administrative actions of the local power, at times, end up weakening the judicial lines that delimit the polygon of federal entities. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the conflicts on the limits of the internal frontiers between the municipalities of Feira da Mata, Coribe, São Félix do Coribe and Serra do Ramalho in the state of Bahia. Based on the the concepts of frontier and limit, the contradictory nature between the formal limit instituted by law and the informal limit, practiced by the population and local power, is discussed. With this understanding and supported by the testimonials of these inhabitants, the process of updating the limits of the municipalities of the area in question, is analyzed. As a result, the changes that occurred with the new delimitation of the researched municipalities is presented: new limits, new maps.

No. of bitstreams: 1 2014_dissert_aangsilva.pdf: 1805523 bytes, checksum: e3f4d7eeb7ad8194fb4d1eb94226e867 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014 / The study aims to evaluate the dynamics of evolution of corporate value; described by the variables Equity and Enterprise Value, the publicly traded companies in the mining and steel sector listed on the BOVESPA, between January 2002 and December 2012, which contributes with to the literature to use as a tool to analyze an autoregressive model with endogenous threshold value, and helps to capture changes on the default value of the companies placed on our current scenario and economic policy, to provide a more fair value of companies in the future since their use is of utmost importance to business decision-making and other purposes. Quantitative indicators for these two variables were calculated and the methodology allowed to investigate both the linearity and stationarity of their trajectories. The results showed, through the selected variables, three different situations among the selected companies: i) linear dynamics, non-stationarity for Equity and Enterprise Value, reaches Ferbasa and Equity the Vale; but the Enterprise Value of the Vale follows a stationary dynamics;ii) non-linear dynamics, which follows a pattern change in selected variables for Equity and Enterprise Value additionally non-stationarity in the two regimes, for Equity and Enterprise Value reaches Gerdau and Usiminas; and iii) non-linear dynamic for Equity and linear for the Enterprise Value for the National Steel Company, which additionally presents for Equity partial and globally stationary unit root, dynamic and Enterprise Value presents non-stationarity. / O trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a dinâmica da evolução no valor das empresas, descrita pelas variáveis Equity e Entreprise Value, das Companhias de capital aberto do setor de mineração e siderurgia listadas na BOVESPA, entre janeiro de 2002 a dezembro de 2012, o qual contribui com a literatura ao utilizar como ferramenta de análise um modelo autoregressivo com valor limite endógeno, e ajuda a captar se existe mudança de padrão do valor das empresas ante as alterações no cenário e na política econômica, para prever um valor mais justo das empresas no futuro, uma vez que sua utilização é de extrema importância para tomada de decisões empresariais e outras finalidades. Indicadores quantitativos para essas duas variáveis foram calculados e a metodologia permitiu investigar, simultaneamente, a linearidade e estacionaridade de suas trajetórias. Os resultados mostraram, através das variáveis selecionadas, ocorreram três situações diferentes entre as empresas: i) dinâmicas lineares, não estacionaridade para o Equity e Enterprise Value, atinge a Ferbasa e Equity a Vale; porém o Enterprise Value da Vale segue uma dinâmica estacionária; ii) dinâmicas não lineares, o que segue uma mudança de padrão nas variáveis selecionadas, para Equity e o Enterprise Value, adicionalmente, não estacionaridade nos dois regimes, para o Equity e Enterprise Value, atingem a Gerdau e Usiminas, e iii) dinâmica não linear para o Equity e dinâmica linear para o Enterprise Value para a companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, que adicionalmente, apresenta para o Equity com raiz unitária parcial e globalmente estacionária, e para o Enterprise Value apresenta não estacionaridade.

La fin du Permien (- 252 Ma) est marquée par la plus grande extinction de masse dans l’histoire de la Vie sur Terre, avec la disparition de plus de 90% des espèces marines. De nombreuses études ont documenté l’extinction des groupes de métazoaires marins, mais le plus souvent en ignorant les fluctuations de la diversité de la production primaire dans les environnements marins à la limite Permien/Trias (Permian/Triassic boundary - PTB). L’objectif de l’étude présentée ici est de documenter les différentes communautés du phytoplancton dans des couches de la limite Permien/Trias en Chine et d’essayer d’analyser les relations entre l’extinction de masse et les changements des communautés de phytoplancton. Tout d’abord, nous présentons une synthèse de l’enregistrement fossile des acritarches du Permien à l’échelle globale. Ensuite, la description de nouveau matériel inclut les analyses des associations de phytoplancton bien préservé et diversifié du Permien terminal de sept coupes géologiques. Dans le but de comprendre la distribution spatiale (paléoécologique) du microphytoplancton à paroi organique du Permien terminal, le matériel palynologique a été analysé. Ces coupes représentent des types de faciès sédimentaires différents (allant des paléoenvironnements néritiques à offshore, incluant également des faciès de bassin). Une autre partie de notre étude concerne l’interprétation des changements du phytoplancton dans l’intervalle analysé. Basés sur l’analyse du microphytoplancton à paroi organique des couches géologiques autour de la PTB du sud de la Chine, trois étages distincts avec des communautés à acritarches différentes sont identifiés. / The end-Permian extinction event (252 Ma ago) is considered the greatest mass extinction in the history of the Earth, with over 90% of all marine species becoming extinct. Most studies documented the extinction of marine metazoan groups, and usually ignore the fluctuations of the diversity of primary producers in the marine environments at the Permian-Triassic boundary (PTB). The objective of the present study is to document the different phytoplankton communities in the Chinese PTB strata and to try to analyze the relationships between the mass extinction and the phytoplankton community changes at the PTB, South China. Firstly, we present a synthesis of the Permian fossil record of acritarchs at a global scale. The description of new material includes the analyses of diverse and well-preserved latest Permian phytoplankton assemblages. Subsequently, in order to analyze the spatial (palaeoecological) distribution of the organic-walled microphytoplankton in the Late Permian, the palynological material displaying different sediment facies types (from neritic to offshore palaeoenvironments, including basinal facies) has been investigated. Another part of the present study concerns the interpretation of the phytoplankton changes in the investigated interval. Based on the analysis of the organic-walled microphytoplankton in the PTB strata of South China three different stages of acritarch communities around the PTB can be identified.
