Object of this dissertation work is increase of productivity capacity and labour productivity by welding process. This increase can be achieved by substitution of manual welding MIG and TIG for automatic welding line. So we can achieve the optimization of time schedule for the production of one piece and reduction of laboriousness of each production operation. The object of welding process are aluminium alloys - EN AW 6060 and EN AW 6063.

This master thesis deals with a structural design of the modular roller conveyor which is part of the flexible assembly line of automotive seats. The work includes design and functional solution for a driven roller track. Present structural design of roller conveyors is summarized in the first part of the work.

The diploma´s thesis deals with evaluation of adjusted track tamping technology and its comparison with currently used technology. This is based on track geometry parameters measuring and its vertical movement on the test section, which was created on double track Břeclav – Přerov near Rohatec station. On this test section one line was tamped with the currently used method within regular maintenance work and the second line was tamped with the adjusted technology. The technology modification is based on application of increased number of tamping tines squeezing strokes, which results in a creation of bigger and more compacted sleeper bed. The point of this thesis is to verify, that the speed of the track geometry parameters degradation is smaller in case of adjusted technology use. Thanks to that it would be possible to extend the maintenance cycles in case of compliance with track parameters maintenance limits and traffic safety.

This thesis is focused on collecting and analysing data from production of decorated plastic parts for Automotive. One of the aims is to describe actual situation of storing data and design new data model for this application.

The diploma thesis: "Impacts of supervision on resilience of helpline workers" presents the results of case study focused on particular helpline, the case of which is the impact of supervision on workers feeling themselves comfortable with their professional roles on helpline. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the key concepts of resilience and supervision, and presents the general characteristic of helplines, the method of telephone crisis intervention and the social service of telephone crisis assistance. The empirical part of the thesis explains the context of the particular helpline which was the subject of case study. The main topic of the research is: mastering of helpline workers of their professional roles and the influence of supervision on its changes in time. The research captures the changes of perception of supervision and of its effect on helpline workers dealing with their professional roles.

Background: The use of nicotine-containing tobacco is among the substances with the highest dependence potential. The negative impact and consequences of cigarette use are discussed not only among experts. In contrast, nicotine replacement therapy and user experience are unspecified. Aims: The primary goal of the research was to map the experience of clients of the National Tobacco Quitline Czech Republic with the use of nicotine replacement therapy in the treatment of tobacco addiction. The categories examined include: dosage of replacement nicotine, preferred forms of replacement nicotine, reported adverse effects, and route of administration of replacement nicotine. The study was carried out in order to refine the dosage of nicotine replacement therapy, increase the compliance of nicotine replacement users and increase the quality of services provided by the National Tobacco Quitline Czech Republic. Methods: The study was carried out with the help of a qualitative research methodology. Respondents were selected using the method of intentional selection according to defined properties. This work deals with analysis one of the production lines at ModusLink Czech Republic s.r.o. It seeks to find possibilities for automation of different processes on the line, currently performed manually. The basic focus is to find the appropriate technical solutions to the automated control of the designated production line. The work seeks to describe all meaningful solutions and compare their advantages and disadvantages. From this comparison of the final proposal is based on comprehensive solutions with the use of machine vision. Another point is the selection of a suitable contractor for the implementation of the proposal, making its advantage in economic terms and the resulting recommendations, if implemented the proposal.

The task of the master’s thesis is a study focused on re-use and process wastewater in the company Kostelecké uzeniny a.s. The thesis contains a description of wastewater treatment plants, sewage flow and metabolic load on each water treatment processes. The thesis describes the limit requirements for technological processes within the enterprise. Few variants of the use of alternative water sources for technological processes on the basis of health conditions that has been designed for treating waste water from truck wash were considered in the thesis. Treated waste water is being re-used within the truck wash. Part of the proposal is also economic calculation and evaluation of return on investment.
