(in English) The aim of this work is to perform an in-depth analysis of the workplace of the children's crisis line - Linka bezpečí, focusing on the work of consultants with repeat callers of this line. The chosen subject was processed by a quantitative method (finding the number of calls with long-term clients on the crisis line during the six-month period, the duration of these calls, the topics that repeat callers bring to the calls on the line, etc.) and the qualitative method - organization a focus group with Linka bezpečí line's staff to find out their potential to work with long-term clients. The main result of the thesis is a summary of the findings, which make the work with the long-term calling clients easy for the workers and which, on the contrary, make it difficult, along with practical tips for practice.

Title: Education of children in the area of fire protection and civil protection. Objectives: The first aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the methodology, which is designed to teach preventive educational activities in the field of fire protection and the protection of the population in the Czech Republic. The second objective of this thesis is to apply to students selected primary schools lecture program Hasík com and achieve mutual cooperation between trained instructors, elementary school students and teachers. The third objective of the thesis proposes small changes in individual subjects teaching lecture program Hasík cz. Methods: The investigation was focused on selected primary schools. Using lectures and model situations, it was examined whether students are able to prevent incidents and whether they can do the basic principles of behavior during the incident. We compared the differences in education, primary education and second stage of basic education. Furthermore, we compared what is the interest for selected primary schools to teach preventive educational activities in the field of fire protection and the protection of the population in 2010 and 2011. The purpose of thesis is to analyze waste management with focus on municipal waste, it is processing and it is recycling. This analysis is based on studies of specialist texts of Waste Management Plan of surrounding countries, WMP of Czech Republic in the period 2015-2024 and the WMP of time-frame 2016-2025 with prior evaluation of the WMP of a town. Then the thesis deals with waste management and treatment of municipal waste of Hradec Králové based on a field survey and consultations, it has documented equipment for treatment of municipal waste in the form of recycling plants, compost plant, secondary raw material collection centres, transfer stations, sorting lines and landfill. In the questionnaire-based survey for residents it identified their awareness, satisfaction with the system of collection, access to waste sorting and the distance to collection containers. Then the thesis deals with quality of life for residents in relation to waste management in Hradec Králové The thesis contains large numbers of processed graphs, tables, map reproductions in Arc GIS and the authors photo documentation of devises for waste management.

Public transportation is important for urban development. It Must perform tasks interms of quality. Public transport services influencing many factors quality. For the transport company, it is important to define these factors and then these factors follow. Transport companies define standards of quality, their use offers a quality service that passengers expect. The character of public transportation and primarily functionality and efficiency greatly affect the quality of life of the population, respectively passengers. The goal of this taskis not only to analyze the current situation, but especially to suggest some optimization of the state, in the sense just to meet requirements and expectations of passengers. Finishing this optimization is conditional on economic efficiency, technical conditions and backgrounds, so they were within the proposed optimization takes into account these factors. Overall, in the context of optimizing it is a need to meet very specific groups of passengers, such as the elderly and children, as well as adjust the location and nearby bus stops and accessible by public transportation strategic points in the area (hospitals, schools, shopping centers). The task at least it draws attention to the major shortcomings in this sphere and the goal to propose possible solutions.

The operators working the emergency line 112 receive, evaluate and handle information about the type of incidence while performing their job. They also receive situations where they handle emergency calls dealing with suicides. Talking to a person with suicidal intent is an extremely stressful and mentally challenging situation. Operators are well aware when handling a suicide call a human life hangs in the balance. They are the ones which can discourage the intention of suicide or lose the caller. Due to the seriousness of the matter it is really essential that the operators are professionally prepared to handle such calls and successfully deal with this challenging situation. The thesis deals with the handling of suicide calls on the single European emergency line 112 in the South Bohemia and Plzen regions. I established two goals for the diploma thesis. The first objective is to compare the professional preparation of the emergency line 112 operators for handling suicide calls in the South Bohemia and Plzen regions. The second is to create a proposal for increasing the training preparedness of the emergency line 112 operators for dealing with suicide calls. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretic part covers the basic concepts of the topic of suicide. In general the reader becomes familiar with the basic concepts, such as forms, motives, causes, developmental stages, methods or risk factors for suicidal tendencies, past and present social attitudes and other facts are described. Further the issue of crisis intervention is clarified from the point of view of the emergency call 112 centers and their operators. The theoretical part of the thesis relies on the knowledge based on the analysis, synthesis and research from available sources dealing with this issue. Printed books, magazines, journals, laws, statutory regulations and methodology of the Czech Republic Fire and Rescue Service, Fighting rule of Fire protection units, Catalog File of Type Activities and electronic sources were used as references. To achieve the purpose and obtain answers to the research question, the qualitative methodology of research was used in the thesis. In both regions, on the basis of a questionnaire survey, readiness of the emergency number 112 operators to handle calls from individuals contemplating suicide was evaluated and the research question answered. Response to the research question proved that professional preparedness of the operators of emergency number 112 for handling calls related to suicide requires the operators possess additional professional knowledge and skills. Based on the data from the questionnaire survey and a study of the professional literature, design methodology is developed to enhance professional preparation service emergency number 112 suicide calls. The results from the questionnaire survey indicated that not all the operators demonstrated the same knowledge level and skills and that regularly all of them do not go through the same training on the theme of suicide. Therefore in design methodology, training divided by each category is incorporated. For each category, a schedule, structure and content of the training is elaborated and a suitable trainer is recommended. In the discussion and conclusion of this thesis there are further useful recommendations listed which relate to the research topic, however they are not part of the above mentioned methodology.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design valve production line for combustion engines by volume forming with heat. The production of line will be 2 500 000-10 000 000 pieces per year. In the introduction of this thesis are described production technologies. Next part is about design of production lines and description of each machine for each technology. Then are made the basic calculations for designe for each machine.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of an autonomous universal machine for removing a loose dirt on headlamp assembly lines according to customer requirements and standards for safety and ergonomics. The thesis also includes a draft flowchart for machine control logic, a pneumatic mechanism diagram and a drawing documentation of the assembly and selected subassemblies.
