This master’s thesis focuses on practical use of project management methods for a project proposal of new website for a selected town section. Initially, the thesis specifies theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics, after which continues by analysing the corporate environment. Based on the outcomes, the project proposal solution is created for the main purpose of improving the offered services to citizens and elevating the municipal reputation.

The aim of diploma thesis is to analyze international project and optimize project management. Diploma thesis contains theoretical and practical parts. On the base of analysis, current state of non profit management project is identified and recommendations are drawn. These will lead to better planning of similar future projects.

The diploma thesis deals with project management and its application in implementation of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 in STAVEBNÍ PRÁCE VALEK s.r.o. organization. Further, it analyses current position of the company and proposes the solution of how to implement quality management system using project management methods.

The purpose of this thesis is to implement project management methodologies to support development of innovative entrepreneurship in the South Moravia region, to promote Czech innovation abroad, and to bolster interdisciplinary cooperation in research commercializing and development results. This master’s thesis describes the project proposal using project management methods. It also deals with the possibility of funding the project, which is calculated with the cooperation of the European Union. The project proposal is developed to suit the requirements of a specific program when applying for grants. The main output is the specification of the project focusing on the planning stage, including risk analysis and project budget.

The diploma thesis is focused on the packaging industry. Through the application of project management methods it proposed a solution a sewing workshop for the VMT Ecopack s.r.o. The Introductory part is aimed at the description of basic concepts and all subsequent stages of the project, focusing especially on the methodologies in the planning part. The Analytical section primarily states information about the company including conducted analysis of the internal and external area. The last part has been designed and developed my own proposal to establish, encompass and develop a new section of the company through the use of effective project management tools and approaches.

Diploma thesis focuses on the design of a project solution for the creation of internet shop for a selected company with using project management methods. The thesis describes the theoretical knowledge about project management and analyses the corporate environment, based on which is created a proposal for solution of a project for successful realization of the new e-shop.

[pt] O objetivo desta dissertação é propor e aplicar um modelo conceitual para monitoramento e avaliação de projetos sociais voltados à implementação de recursos energéticos distribuídos (REDs) em comunidades de baixa renda. A metodologia compreende: (i) pesquisa bibliográfica e documental sobre os temas centrais da pesquisa; (ii) desenvolvimento de um modelo conceitual baseado na teoria da mudança (TdM) e no desenho do modelo lógico (ML), incluindo a definição de indicadores-chave e métricas referentes à gestão do fluxo de implementação do projeto em foco; (iii) aplicação do modelo conceitual junto a gestores e stakeholders de uma iniciativa social de implementação de energia solar fotovoltaica em duas comunidades de baixa renda do município do Rio de Janeiro. O principal resultado é um modelo inovador de avaliação de projetos sociais voltados à implementação de REDs em comunidades de baixa renda, que possa subsidiar processos de tomada de decisão relacionados à melhoria contínua dos sistemas de gestão de projetos sociais congêneres no Brasil e em outros países. O estudo empírico realizado no contexto de uma organização sem fins lucrativos – Revolusolar – demonstrou que os resultados e impactos de um projeto social que está sendo desenvolvido em duas comunidades de baixa renda no município do Rio de Janeiro puderam ser avaliados com uso do ferramental proposto, permitindo que seus gestores identificassem oportunidades de melhoria do atual sistema de gestão do referido projeto. / [en] The objective of this dissertation is to propose and apply a conceptual model to monitor and evaluate social projects aimed at implementing distributed energy resources (DERs) in low-income communities. The research can be considered applied, descriptive and methodological. The methodology comprises: (i) bibliographical and documentary research on the central themes of the research; (ii) development of a conceptual model to monitor and evaluate social projects aimed at the implementation of DERs in low-income communities, whose methodological approach is based on the theory of change (ToC) and the logical framework (LF), including the definition of key indicators and metrics regarding the project implementation flow; (iii) application of the conceptual model with managers and stakeholders of a social project for the implementation of photovoltaic solar energy in two low-income communities in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro within the scope of activities of a non-profit organization – Revolusolar. The main result is an innovative evaluation model for social projects aimed at implementing DERs in low-income communities, which can support decision-making processes related to the continuous improvement of their management systems in Brazil and other countries. Furthermore, the empirical study carried out in the organizational context of Revolusolar demonstrated that the results and impacts of a social project being developed in two low-income communities in Rio de Janeiro municipality could be evaluated, allowing the identification of opportunities for improvement of its current management system.

本稿は高齢社会を目前に急ピッチで高齢化対策を進める中国において、特に社区のガバナンスや住民参加の視点からその取り組みの実態を明らかにし、日本の地域福祉の経験等を参考にしながら課題に対して提言をおこなうものである。具体的には、日本の福祉コミュニティ形成に必要な構成要素からプロジェクト・デザイン・マトリックスを作成し、中国北京市の社区養老ステーション等における調査を通じて、克服すべき課題を明らかにすると同時に、5つの視点から提言を導き出している。 / Ageing is becoming a serious concern in China and the Chinese government is promoting various measures to cope with this issue. This paper explores the situation of the community care in China, from perspective of governance and people's participation. Specifically, project design matrix was presented based on some factors, which is constructing welfare community in Japan, and interview was taken place in 8 institutions like community care station for the elderly. The diploma thesis puts forward the proposal of the construction project of a generic ceble system in the company Sport Studio Suzan, s.r.o., which is engaged in small-scale sport functional clothing. Based on the theoretical part and the analysis of the current internal and external position of the copmany is designed the proposal of implementation generic cable system. The whole work is compiled according to the methodology of project management IPMA.
