本稿は高齢社会を目前に急ピッチで高齢化対策を進める中国において、特に社区のガバナンスや住民参加の視点からその取り組みの実態を明らかにし、日本の地域福祉の経験等を参考にしながら課題に対して提言をおこなうものである。具体的には、日本の福祉コミュニティ形成に必要な構成要素からプロジェクト・デザイン・マトリックスを作成し、中国北京市の社区養老ステーション等における調査を通じて、克服すべき課題を明らかにすると同時に、5つの視点から提言を導き出している。 / Ageing is becoming a serious concern in China and the Chinese government is promoting various measures to cope with this issue. This paper explores the situation of the community care in China, from perspective of governance and people's participation. Specifically, project design matrix was presented based on some factors, which is constructing welfare community in Japan, and interview was taken place in 8 institutions like community care station for the elderly. “Många är dåliga på att göra barn och unga delaktiga” : En kvalitativ studie om hur socialsekreterare arbetar med att möjliggöra barn och ungas delaktighet / “Many are bad at involving children and young people” : A qualitative study of how social workers enable children and young people's participationKaur, Sukhjeet, Virtanen Janbakhsh, Laura January 2021 (has links)
The purpose of this study is to examine how social workers work in order to enable children and young people's participation during a child protection investigation and how they experience the Convention on the Rights of the Child have changed the conditions of their work. To address the aim of the study, we have interviewed five social workers who work with children and young people at the social services office in four different municipalities in Stockholm county. To analyze the empirical data, we have used two theoretical frameworks; Shier’s Pathways to Participation and New Institutional Theory of Organizations. The results of this study indicate that social workers find it hard to define children and young people's participation, which leads to different ways of working. There are obstacles such as a parental focus and organizational conditions, such as time constraints, workload and budget cuts, which complicate social workers' work with children and young people's participation. Furthermore, we find that the Convention on the Right of the Child as a law has not had a major impact on social workers' practical work with children and young people's participation in child protection investigations.

Towards people's participation and rural development : the case of Kudumane DistrictBotchway, Samuel Asare 06 1900 (has links)
Traditional development theories concentrated on stimulating economic growth without
considering the extent to which growth would affect rural people's quality of life.
Modernisation has failed to improve life in rural Third World areas.
Current development thinking emphasises the human aspect of development and IS more
inclined towards participatory rural development.
Referring specifically to the Batlharos Water project, the study investigates and identifies the
causes ofthe limited initiatives in participatory development within the Kudumane district in
the North-West Province of South Africa. Trends in the evolution of development thought to
people's participation, including factors, processes and approaches that may facilitate
participatory development in the Kudumane area are discussed. Factors that have affected
and limited earlier participatory initiatives in this area are isolated.
The study concludes that unless rural communities constantly become the planners, initiators
and executors of local development, no real transformation of their lives can be
