This master's thesis focuses on the design and creation of a decision support tool for the investment property plan. The evaluation of real estate is based on fuzzy logic. The design and debugging of fuzzy models are done by using MATLAB, but the application is developed in Java.

Master’s thesis deals with designing decision making system based on fuzzy logic principles which evaluates suppliers offers. In this Master’s thesis there were created two decision making systems based on the demands of the company. First decision making system was designed within the environment of MS Excel, the second one was designed in MATLAB software. At the beginning of thesis are theoretical bases which will be used in the practical parts. Decision models are created in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB. The fuzzy model is based on requirements of the company. Another part of the thesis deals with analysis and comparison of results from both programs. The result of this thesis is the model which is easy to use and improves selection and evaluations of phone accessories for ZONES s.r.o. company.

The presented diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of suppliers for the company Ferrit using fuzzy logic. The main part of the diploma thesis deals with the creation of proposals for the solution of the evaluation of suppliers of a selected company. Decision models are created in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB. The comparison of the results of both proposed models is the content of the part of the work.
