The diploma thesis deals with the use of fuzzy logic in the evaluation of customers in the business company SPINA Trade, s.r.o. MS Excel and MATLAB are used to program two models. Based on the input attributes regarding the customer, the model evaluates the recommended approach to the customer and his priority.

This diploma thesis deals with the use of fuzzy logic principles for evaluation and selection of an optimal supplier of transport services. Based on stated requirements, two models have been created. These models serve as a tool for decision support. The suggestion of solution itself has been created using MS Excel editor and MathWorks MATLAB programming platform. Subsequently, eveluation of particular offers has taken place using the models.

The thesis deals with the design of a model used for evaluation and selection of fire-retardant footwear suppliers for the company Požární bezpečnost s. r. o. The thesis includes a summary of the theoretical foundation for processing the work, a presentation of the selected company and a draft of an evaluation model that assesses the contractor based on the chosen criteria and makes it easier for the company to make their decision. The model is created by using fuzzy logic in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB programs.

Master’s thesis deals with mathematical operation with fuzzy numbers. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge of fuzzy arithmetic and defines fuzzy sets, fuzzy numbers, universum and five membership function used in program. In the concrete it describes – cut method for dealing with fuzzy numbers as with limited interval for specific level which simplifies computation. The second part of the thesis contains description of programmed module for mathematical operation with fuzzy numbers. There is described creation of user interface which is using to set parameters of computation. There are also described support functions which make operation with fuzzy numbers possible and operation ensures output.

This diploma thesis deals with the process of company supplier selection in the florist Dagmar. Several methods solving similar problems with different tools have been described. The group of potential suppliers has been introduced and their most important features summarized for the purpose of this work. The main part is focused on the evaluation of the suppliers according to specified metrics by the method using fuzzy logic and Matlab simulation tool. The results of this work leads to suggestion of the supplier most suitable for florist and its business strategy.

The object of the diploma thesis is to analyze the suppliers of the company STABILA ČR s. r. o. In the thesis are used methods that utilize the basic principles of fuzzy logic. Evaluation of the best suppliers for 2011 is provided in MS Excel and MATLAB. The target is to determine the best material suppliers of the year 2011.

Diplomová práce se zabývá určením rozsahu oprav telefonů ve firmě Mobilshop Valenta Petr, přičem jsou použity pokročilé metody modelování, konkrétně pak fuzzy logika. Cílem práce je vytvoření modelu, který usnadní, zpřesní a urychlí práci pří zpracování každé zakázky.

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o řízení dodavatelů firmy. Odlišné softwary jsou použity pro applikace fuzzy logiky. Nejprve jsou představeni dodavatelé firmy pro asijský region. Dále jsou vybrány hlavní parametry které vztahy s dodavateli ovlivňují a jsou použity jako vstupy pro fuzzy model. Fuzzy model poté na základě nastavených pravidel vyhodnotí vstupy a dává hodnotu na výstupu. Výstup je tedy hodnota, která vyjadřuje rating dodavatele a říká, který by měl být preferován.

This Diploma thesis is about using of expert systems in capacity management of existing virtual servers and it's optimization in company's environment.

The dissertation looks into the problematic of evaluaing the customer's solvency. It specifically focuses on using the Fuzzy logic when calculating the correct value of the third party insurance, as it is a legal requirment by law in the Czech republic, applying to every motor vehical in use. The first part of the dissertation analyses existing calculation system. As there doesn't exist any unifed fiugre table, an indicative price list has been created by using accessible sources. This price list helped to optimalize variable quantity when inventing own model to be put in practice. Suggested solutions have been made by using the MS Excel and MATLAB programs. Newly created models consist of some parameters which havn't been used for the calculations yet, but can help achieve higher objectivity when assessing the insurance figure. The dissertation aims to prove that similar problematics could be successfully solved by applying the Fuzzy logic technic.
