This thesis is focused on the analysis of business conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises in Belgium. First chapter involves the definition of these companies, describes their weaknesses and strengths and importance in the European Union. Next part includes short information about Belgium and contains also the description of the local business environment. Third chapter aims at the characteristics of small and medium-sized companies in Belgium considering the total number of active companies, employment and other measures and analyzes in detail the system of the public support at the european, national and regional level. The last part compares the sector of SMEs in Belgium with the same category of enterprises in the Czech Republic.

The subject of this dissertation thesis is human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises, in the context of various internal and external conditions for their functioning. The main objective of this thesis is based on the identification and assessment of the current approaches of small and medium-sized enterprises to human resource management propose the model of human resource management in Czech small and medium-sized enterprises, including recommendations to improve the quality of human resource management.

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluating the impact of programs supporting small and medium enterprises on the competitiveness of czech regions. The first part defines small and medium enterprises and their importance. The second section focuses on describing the various forms of supports for small and medium enterprises. The third part is divided into the three chapters. The first part deals with the specificities of the czech regions. The second chapter analyzes the effectiveness and real impact of the two major programs for supporting entrepreneurship. There are used three different analyzes: analysis of the efficiency of allocation, convergence analysis and correlation analysis of transferred resources and competitiveness factors. The conclusion of this section is accompanied by recommendations for regional policy.

Title: The effect of small sided games on agility performance in pre-adolescent soccer players Objectives: Evaluation of the impact of small sided games intervention on the agility performance. Comparison between agility performance and motor skills level. Comparison between increase of agility performance and motor skills level. Method: The measured group consisted of 44 players aged 11-13. During the testing, the players passed a battery of motor skills tests TGMD 2, then the agility tests Illinois and 505 R and L (pretest and posttest). The first group of players (22 players) were subjected an interrvention of small sided games (three times a week for 2 months as part of the training session). The 2nd group of players (22 players) had only regular training during this period without intentional intervention. The results: According to the results of the motor skills test TGMD 2, the probands were divided into 3 subgroups according to the achieved performance. In both groups (intervened and control groups) the hypothesis, that players with higher level of motor skills will achieve better results in agility tests, was partially confirmed. This hypothesis was confirmed in the Illinois test in its entirety. In the 505 R and L tests, a statistically significant difference in performance was measured...

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of small reservoirs. In the theoretical part the history, division of the reservoirs and technical compositions are described. Furthermore the thesis deals with the legislation and the possible technical solution within the frame of landscaping. The state of purpose reservoirs is settled in the basin area of Zborovský stream. The work propose the repairs of: dam, drain or the spillway. and the maintenance of bank vegetation and state of the mud amount in the basin as well. The erosion threat and the soil washes from the surrounding agricultural grounds are also described. The Universal soil loss equation - USLE according to Wischmeier and Smith (1978) was used for the calculation.

Kucinová, P. Order Management in small advertising agencies. Master thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The thesis deals with order management focused on small advertising agencies. The aim is to create a set of recommendations for an effective order management in small advertising agencies. These recommendations are outputs of the qualitative and quantitative research. Their applicability and effectiveness is proven in case study, the suitability of proposals was discussed with experts. This thesis also suggests documents that can be used by small advertising agencies in managing their procurement practice.

This thesis is dealing with problem of international financial reporting standards for small and medium-sized entities. My task is to transform Czech accountant reports of two chosen companies to be in accordance with IFRS for SMEs. In the first part of the thesis is described process of accountancy harmonization in Europe and in the world, characteristic of small and medium-sized entities, devel-opment of standard for small and medium-sized entities and its particular sec-tions. In the second part of thesis is processed transfer of accountancy reports of specific subjects to accountancy reports in accordance to IFRS for SMEs. In the end of the thesis are evaluated impacts of implementation for chosen report items as per productivity indicators.

The aim of the dissertation was to specify and define the strategic management in small enterprises in the field of services. Based on the information gathered, determine the level of strategic management in small service enterprises and propose a general model of strategic management for them. The questionnaire survey method, accompanied by semi-structured interviews with representatives of the company management, statistical methods and contextual analysis were used to meet the target. In order to determine the level of strategic management, a composite indicator of the strategic management implementation level was created based on selected strategic management characteristics (LSM) identified on the basis of literature studies. Based on the points earned, enterprises were divided into three groups, namely: strategically managed, partially strategic, and strategically not managed enterprises. Further, the LSM indicator was determined in relation to the legal form of business, the business focus (scope) and the size of the enterprise (number of employees). Research results show that the level of strategic management in the enterprise depends on the size of the enterprise (the number of employees) and on the contrary doesn't depend on business activity and the legal form of business. Added value to the created model is proposed "checklist", which serves entrepreneurs as a simple guide in implementing strategic management.

This thesis is focused on evaluation of landscape functions of small water reservoirs. The aim is to analyze their basic parameters. For this purpose a realized project of the whole range of water reservoirs with special focus on revitalization was chosen. The source materials and the field research contributed to the final evaluation of the analysis of the water reservoirs condition before and after their completion. The basic data and revitalizing arrangements were identified according to the chosen indicators and criteria. Prevailing functions of the water reservoirs are derived from these indicators and criteria.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze current offer of selected accommodation and current offer of competitive accommodations in selected area. The important aim of the thesis is to suggest the innovation of product of guest house U Studeného potoka. The thesis will identify satisfaction of customers with currently offered services of selected accommodation and their proposals for development. The survey will be extended by information provided by operator of selected accommodation.
