El texto completo de este trabajo no está disponible en el Repositorio Académico UPC por restricciones de la casa editorial donde ha sido publicado. / The present work proposes a solution for the conditioning of bakery dough with the purpose of reducing costs by replacing manual work with a mechanized system that will be a piston extruder. In the process, the mass will be contained within a 304 stainless steel prismatic matrix with multiple outlet openings for optimization of the production line. The mechanical properties of bread dough were studied for the design of the platform and the estimation of the necessary compression force. A linear actuator was used, which exerts a compression force of 6 kN, which maximum linear speed is 5 mm/s. Validation of results will be carried out through simulated tests with a density mass of 1452.9 kg/m3. The system is composed of a linear actuator that performs the function of an extruder, followed by a pneumatic wire cutter. The process continues with a conveyor belt and ends with the injection of sesame seeds.The fundamental contribution is in the design of the extrusion chamber, since it allows the flow of the mass leaving minimal residue.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to make the detailed building-technological project of the polyfunctional buildings in Olomouc. The thesis contains a summary accompanying technical report, technical regulations, control and test plan. Next parts of the work are time schedule and an itemized budget of the polyfunctional building, time and financial plan of the whole building, calculation of the costs of operating the construction site, Occupational safety and health instructions, traffic situation around building, design of mechanical set, drawings of site equipment. Finally there is also situation of construction, pilot implementation scheme and construction details.

The annexes are further addressed drawings of the building site equipment.

The aim of thediploma thesis is to make the detailed building-technological project of microbrewery Vysočina. It is concentrated on the principles of building organization what makes construction facility, the calculation of electric power and water supply, calculation of the costs of operating the construction site and its graphic representation for chosen construction phases. I also make the project of the optimal machine composition. After that I compile the budget and costing of the microbrewery, the time and financial plan and the evaluation of main sources. I technologically solve the phase of upper shell construction made of reinforced pre-cast construction for building object of the microbrewery Vysočina. I apply the other ways of assembly of upper shell construction and show their evaluation in terms of price and time construction. I make the inspection and test plan, environmental aspects, the source register of working risk, heat-engineering review of building case and fire safety solutions.
