Uticaj fleksibilnosti i reaktivnosti preduzeća na efikasnost i efektivnost kriznog menadžmenta

<p>Na uzorku od 1000 zaposlenih u srpskim kompanijama istražen je uticaj fleksibilnosti i reaktivnosti preduzeća na efektivnost i efikasnosnost kriznog menadžmenta u njima u hipotetskoj kriznoj situaciji. Rezultati govore da porast reaktivnosti i fleksibilnosti preduzeća dovodi do efikasnijeg i efektivnijeg kriznog menadžmenta u njima.</p> / <p>In a sample of 1000 employees in Serbian companies we studied the effect of flexibility and reactivity companies on the effectiveness of crisis management in a hypothetical crisis situation. The results suggest that the increase reactivity and flexibility enterprises leads to more efficient and effective crisis management in them.</p>

<p>Osnovni cilj istrazivanja je definisanje efikasnog i efektivnog modela unapređenja IMS - integrisanog sistema menadžmenta na osnovu rizika. Model će doprineti olak&scaron;anoj implementaciji IMS-a, kao i unapređenju tog sistema, sa ciljem sprečavanju ili smanjenju aktuelnih i potencijalnih rizika koji dovode do fizičkih, finansijskih i vremenskih gubitaka, &scaron;to je cilj svakog preduzeća. Potencijalni oblici rizika koji će biti obuhvaćeni ovim modelom jesu rizici koji mogu dovesti do degradacije: profitabilnosti, kvaliteta procesa u organizaciji, naru&scaron;avanje životne sredine, povrede pri radu, profesionalna oboljenja itd.<br />Definisan model je rezultat analize i sinteze teorijskih znanja i praktičnog iskustva, te će omogućiti organizacijama da razviju i unapređuju efikasan IMS. Primena ovog modela imaće pozitivan uticaj na profitabilnost organizacije.</p> / <p>The main objective of the research is to define an efficient and effective model for improvement of IMS - integrated management system based on risk. The model will contribute for easier implementation of IMS, improvement of that system with the purpose of prevention or reduction of current and potential risks that lead to physical, financial and time wastes, which is the goal of every company. The potential forms of risk that will be covered by this model are risks that can lead to degradation of: profitability, quality of processes in the organization, disruption of the environment, injuries at work, occupational diseases and etc.<br />The defined model is the result of analysis and synthesis of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, which will allow organizations to develop and improve an efficient IMS. Applied, the model will have a positive impact on the profitability of the organization.</p>

Istraživanje uslova za ublažavanje rizika poplave / Research conditions for flood risk mitigation

<p>Istraživanje je provedeno na reprezentativnom uzorku od 490 ispitanika na teritoriji Vojvodine koji posredno ili neposredno imaju iskustva sa poplavama, sa ciljem otkrivanja relevantnih prediktora egzaktne odgovornosti za prevenciju i sprečavanje poplavnih rizika iz ugla relevantno najugroženije populacije. Dobijeni rezultati nam nedvosmisleno govore u prilog tezi da nestrukturirano ublažavanje može dovesti do odličnih rezultata u ublažavanju. Takođe nam sugerišu da pored edukacije ugroženih poplavama, formiranja jasne državne strategije po pitanju zaštite i prevencije od poplava, sinergije države, stanovništva i OD, nadasve je potrebno da OD uvedu potpuno nov proizvod: osiguranje od poplava.</p> / <p>The study was conducted on a representative sample of 490 respondents on the territory of Vojvodina, who directly or indirectly have experience with floods, in order to identify relevant predictors of the exact responsibilities for the prevention and the avoidance of flood risks from the perspective of the relevantly vulnerable populations. The results clearly support the thesis that unstructured mitigation can lead to excellent results in alleviation.The obtained results also suggest that, in addition to education of the endangered by floods, the formation of a clear national strategy with regarding the protection and prevention of floods, the synergy of the state, population and IO&rsquo;s (insurance companies), above all, it is necessary that IO&rsquo;s introduce an entirely new product: flood insurance.</p>

<p>Istraživanja izvr&scaron;ena u ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji su temom, naslovom, predmetom, problemom i ciljevima orijentisana na modelovanje organizacije i postupaka upravljanja planinskim turističkim područjem - destinacijom, iz perspektive industrijskog inženjerstva i inženjerskog menadžmenta.<br />Osnovni rezultat - naučni dopinos istraživanja je razvijeni model efektivne organizacije i upravljanja planinskim turističkim područjem - destinacijom koji sadrži dva nivoa: organizaciju i upravljanje turističkom destinacijom i skija&scaron;kim centrom koji je centralni činilac turističke ponude ove vrste.</p> / <p>Research in the framework of the doctoral dissertation is oriented to modeling of organization and management procedures of mountain tourist area - the destination, by its title, subject, problems and goals, from the perspective of industrial engineering and engineering management.<br />The main result - contribution to scientific research is developed model of effective organization and management of mountain tourist area - the destination which contains two levels: organization and management of a tourist destination and the ski center which is a core factor of tourist offer of this kind.</p>

<p>Menadžment predstavlja jednu od najaktuelnijih oblasti na&scaron;eg doba, mada je, pored svoje važnosti, jo&scaron; uvek nedovoljno istražen, u teorijskom i praktičnom smislu. Na osnovu dosada&scaron;njih istraživanja može se zaključiti da kvalitetan menadžment predstavlja temelj profitabilnog funkcionisanja svakog savremenog poslovnog sistema. Istraživanje, u doktorskoj disertaciji, je imalo za cilj da utvrdi ključne aktivnosti top menadžmenta u preduzećima u Bosni i Hercegovini.&nbsp; Potreba za ovim istraživanjem proizlazi iz neophodnosti utvrđivanja ključnih aktivnosti top menadžmenta, koje su važne za uspe&scaron;no funkcionisanje preduzeća. Na taj način će se obezbediti da top menadžment svoje aktivnosti i napore uvek fokusira u pravom smeru, kao i to da u svakom trenutku bude moguća provera efikasnosti rada top menadžmenta u nekom preduzeću. Ovakvo istraživanje ima dodatni značaj s obzirom na tranzicione uslove u Bosni i Hercegovini.</p> / <p>Management represents the most current area nowdays, although, aside from its immense importance, it has not been researched sufficiently, neither in theory nor in practice. Based upon all the previous research, it is possible to draw the conclusion that high-quality management is the foundation of every contemporaneous profit-oriented business system. The goal of this doctoral dissertation is to determine the essential activities of the top-management within the companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This determination will enable the top management to focus their efforts to head in the right direction, in order to be able to evaluate the efficiency of their work. Regarding the fact that Bosnia and Herzegovina is going through the transition period, this type of research gains additional importance.</p>

<p>Strategijski model upravljanja savremenim marketing koncepcijama<br />povezuje upravljanje razvojem novih proizvoda, upravljanje brendom i<br />upravljanje odnosima sa potrošačima na platformi upravljanja<br />ukupnim kvalitetom. U model je ugrađen i merni sistem na osnovu<br />uravnoteženog pristupa merenju performansi preduzeća. Istaživanje<br />je pokazalo da su nabrojani elementi kompatibilni i da imaju<br />potencijal za stvaranje sinergije, što model čini efektivnijim i<br />univerzalnijim. Rezultati merenja u trogodišnjem periodu<br />nedvosmisleno su potvrdila funkcionalnost modela, odnosno njegovu<br />sposobnost da pozitivno utiče na performanse preduzeća.</p> / <p>The strategic model for managing modern marketing concepts connects<br />management of developing new product, brand management and customer<br />ralationship management on the total quality management platform. A<br />measuring system based on a balanced scorecard is built in this model.<br />Research has shown that previously mentioned elements are compatible and<br />have the potential to create synergies, making this model more effective and<br />more universal. Measurement results obtained over a three-year period<br />unambigously confirm the functionality of the model, i.e. its ability to positively<br />affect company performance.</p>

<p>Programski menadžment u medijima, kao kreativno-komunikacioni<br />centar, u fokusu je ove doktorske disertacije. Odluke koje donosi utiču<br />na uspešnost poslovanja medijskog preduzeća, i predstavljaju<br />mogućnost za prevazilaženje problema u kojima su se našli javni<br />medijski servisi. U radu je prikazan konceptualni model sistema<br />podrške odlučivanju programskog menadžmenta u medijima. NJegovom<br />dizajniranju je prethodila analiza posmatranja domena problema s<br />jedne strane i istraživanje auditorijuma, s druge strane. Ovakav<br />konceptualni model može naći primenu u bilo kom televizijskom<br />preduzeću, bez obzira na to da li se radi o javnom servisu ili<br />komercijalnim medijima.</p> / <p>Programme management in media, as creative communication center, is in<br />the focus of this doctoral dissertation. Its decision taking influence the<br />performance of media companies, and at the same time it is a chance to<br />overcome problems of public service media. The paper presents a<br />conceptual model of decision support systems of program management in<br />the media. Its design was preceded by the analysis of observations of<br />domain problems as well as audience research. This conceptual model can<br />be applied in any television company, regardless of whether it is a public<br />service or commercial media.</p>

<p>Na uzorku od 334 ispitanika zaposlenih u<br />vojnoorganizacionim sistemima provedeno je istraživanje o<br />uticaju vrednosti i liderstva na zadovoljstvo internom<br />komunikacijom. Istraživanje je pokazalo da postoji<br />statistički značajan uticaj obe promenjive na zadovoljstvo<br />internom komunikacijom. Porast liderskih osobina<br />umanjuje zadovoljstvo internom komunikacijom a porast<br />vrednosti povećava zadovoljstvo internom komunikacijom.</p> / <p>In a sample of 334 respondents employed in military<br />systems research was conducted on the impact of values<br />and leadership to the satisfaction of internal<br />communication. The study showed a statistically significant<br />effect of both variables to the satisfaction of internal<br />communication. Increase leadership qualities diminish the<br />pleasure of internal communication and increase the value<br />of increasing satisfaction with internal communications.</p>

Efekti menadžmenta znanja na zadovoljstvo poslom zaposlenih i finansijske performanse preduzeća / Effects of knowledge management on employee job satisfaction and financial performance of enterprises

<p>Osnovni cilj istraživanja ove doktorske disertacije je da se utvrde smerovi i intenziteti dve grupe efekata: menadžmenta znanja (KM) na zadovoljstvo poslom (JS) zaposlenih i finansijske performanse (FP) preduzeća, uz prikaz uticaja pojedinih kontrolnih varijabli (nacionalno poreklo preduzeća, vlasnička struktura preduzeća, veličina preduzeća, visina finansijskih performansi preduzeća) na dimenzije menadžmenta znanja, kao i utvrđivanje moderatornih odnosa (pol, godine starosti, vrsta radnog mesta i stepen stručne spreme ispitanika) na relacije KM na JS. Istraživanje je izvr&scaron;eno anketiranjem, na uzorku N=520 ispitanika (menadžeri svih nivoa) iz proizvodnih preduzeća u Srbiji. Statistička obrada podataka vr&scaron;ena je pomoću namenskog softvera IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Pri tome, kori&scaron;ćene su sledeće statističke metode: deskriptivna statistika, t-test, korelaciona analiza, regresiona analiza, analiza varijanse (ANOVA) i hijerarhijska regresiona analiza za analizu moderatornih dejstava. U radu su posmatrane dve grupe uticaja, menadžment znanja na zadovoljstvo poslom zaposlenih i menadžment znanja na finansijske performanse preduzeća. Prilikom analize relacija obe grupe, uočene su značajne razlike. Uticaj menadžmenta znanja na finansijske performanse preduzeća je jasan i nedvosmislen: statistički značajan i pozitivan. Međutim, uticaj menadžmenta znanja na zadovoljstvo poslom zaposlenih je znatno kompleksniji: uglavnom je statistički značajan i negativan, ali ima i statistički značajnih i pozitivnih uticaja.<span style="font-size: 12px;">Osnovno ograničenje istraživanja je činjenica da se rezultati istraživanja odnose na zemlje sa specifičnim tranzicionim uslovima privrede, tako i na prisutnost psiholo&scaron;kog stava ljudi koji je specifičan u ovakvim uslovima. S druge strane, mora se napomenuti da je značajan istraživački uzorak obuhvatio i strane kompanije koje posluju u Srbiji, &scaron;to može implicirati univerzalnost rezultata. S obzirom da se tranzicioni uslovi menjaju, značajno bi bilo pratiti te promene i u odnosu na njih postaviti nova istraživanja i komparirati rezultate i u skladu sa tim davati preporuke za dalji rad i unapređenje poslovanja.</span></p> / <p>The main goal of this doctoral dissertation is to determine the directions and intensities of two groups of effects: knowledge management (KM) on employee job satisfaction (JS) and enterprise financial performance (FP). In addition, the impact of individual control variables (national origin of the enterprise, ownership structure, the size of the enterprise, and the financial performance of the enterprise) on the dimensions of knowledge management (KM) is presented. Also the effects of the defined moderating relations (gender, age, type of job and level of education of respondents) on the relations of KM to JS are analyzed. The research was conducted via survey, on a sample of N = 520 respondents (managers of all levels) from manufacturing enterprises in Serbia. Statistical data analysis was conducted with the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software. The following statistical methods were used: descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and hierarchical regression analysis for analysis of moderator actions. Two groups of influences were observed: knowledge management on employee job satisfaction and knowledge management on enterprise financial performance. During the analysis of these relations, significant differences were noticed. The impact of knowledge management on financial performance is clear and unambiguous: statistically significant and positive. However, the impact of knowledge management on employee job satisfaction is much more complex: it is mostly statistically&nbsp;significant and negative, but it also has statistically significant and positive impacts. The main limitation of the research is the fact that the research results refer to countries with specific transition conditions of the economy, and to the presence of the psychological attitude of people, which is specific in such conditions. On the other hand, it must be noted that a significant research sample included foreign companies operating in Serbia, which may imply the universality of the results. Given that the transition conditions are changing, it would be important to monitor these changes and in accordance with them set new studies and compare the results and accordingly make recommendations for further research and business improvement.</p>
