Looking into possible mental factors that affect professional esports players

This paper is studying what kind of mental factors could possibly affect esports players. Qualitative data collection method was chosen for the paper’s method. Thus, we gathered 5 individuals that were, or is in the professional esports scene and interviewed them. With the information we gathered from the interviews we could see that most of our expectation about the mental factors were right. This paper will bring up some mental factors that affects the players from their parents, spectators of esports, other competitors and what they do to handle the different factors.

Title: Success rate of beach volleyball serves at the end of the sets and matches. Objective: The aim of the thesis is to find out a success rate of serves based on observing chosen factors at the end of the beach volleyball sets and matches. Methods: The research sample is represented by the Czech women's beach volleyball elite pair. There are observation and interview methods used in the thesis. The observation is expressed by filling information about serves into tables through stated scales. The interview is focused on player's feelings while serving and specific factors that influence players through the whole match. Results: The results were recorded into graphs and each of them has its own comment. The graphic results are complemented by interviews with players.
