This thesis deals with education in profitable organizations. Its aim is to focus on the foundation of provision profit organization in a specific area of the Czech Republic (in Děčín), but also on didactic issues (objectives, contents, methods, educational resources, equipment), which is associated with the inclusion of specific courses in this emerging institution. The analytic part represents the analysis of the market - on the one hand, from the perspective of the correct client profile and on the other hand, from the perspective of potential competition. Further analysis is SWOT analysis, which summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. All analyzes are based on a survey using questionnaires with parents of potential clients. The final section contains a summary and decide whether it is appropriate to establish educational institutions and development opportunities in the future.

Thesis title: Didactics of downhill skiing for peouple with lower limb amputation. Main objectives: Verification of proposed methodical series for lower-limb amputation skiers. Method: The work is of theoretical-empirical character, this is an observatory- explanation case study applied to five probands, three skiers with one- sided underknee amputation, one skier with upperknee amputation and one proband with bilatelar amputation. Selection of probands was mad by intentional selection. Based on our empiricism, we will test probands before and after the training of our methodical series proposed in the bachelor thesis, enriched with special preparátory exercises. Results: Proband J.V. improved by 51 points and T.F. by 46 points. While two more experienced skiers P.S. by 37 points and A.B. 29 points. Proband A.B., who has unilateral knee amputation, is also the most experienced skier. He has improved by a total of twenty-nine points, at the highest skill level from the entire set of probands. A separate chapter in our ensemble was a skier with a two-sided amputation who had the least improvement at the lowest skill level. Such a skier is in an incomparably more difficult situation. Topic: Organizational issues of a public mass marathon in cross-country skiing Goals of thesis: The aim of this thesis is to identify all the difficulties with planning, implementation and evaluation of public mass marathon in cross-country skiing. Further this work should give a example and methodological manual for organization of public mass marathon. This thesis is valid for Czech Republic. Method: The solution results from analysis of documents dealing with the issue. Another source of information is based on long term organizational experience of LK Slovan Karlovy Vary with organizing public mass marathon. Results: The main goal was achieved by creating detailed instructions for organization of mass race. The main contribution of this thesis is to provide the guidelines for organizers beginners of public mass marathon. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describe history of mass-races in cross country skiing at home and abroad. There is also set of rules for mass races and theoretically described process of organizing sport's events in terms of economics, marketing and management. The main objective of my dissertation is to research and to introduce hellenistic skepticism of postclassical Greece and methodical skepticism of modern times thinker Rene Descartes. There are differences between the ancient Pyrrhonism and the younger skepticism of Academy, which I would like to clear up. I have in view Descartes' skepticism too, which create a methodological technique of cognition in new way. Rene Descartes, contrary to hellenistic skeptics, doesn't accept the "epoche", which means a certain bliss, but he moves on in his research, when he believes in a possibility of truthful cognition. Purpose of my thesis is to critically take account of historical and philosophical context, from which both of skepticisms have been created, to put a question, what kind of meaning they had in history of philosophy and also to think about fundamental question of connection between hellenistic and Descartes doubt. The main focus is on the didactic aspect of teaching semantics and how it is implemented in the contemporary textbooks of the Czech language. In the practical part, the main goal is to create an exhaustive learning materials for the students from the 6th to 9th grade (methodical papers, worksheets, presentations) which can be used for teaching the word meaning at school.

This diploma thesis deals with the use of robotic kits in teaching technical subject at high schools in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the concepts of robotics and pedagogy. The results of research among students, alumni and teachers of high schools are summarized in the practical part. The outcome of this thesis is methodical instructions for teaching technical subjects, such as microprocessor technology and control systems, etc. using a robotic kit based on the Raspberry Pi. Elaborated tasks are: Hardware Hello World! The aim of the thesis is selection, physical analysis and didactic analysis of scenes of the most famous mainly Czech movies. The movie scenes are chosen according to Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education and for Secundary General Education. Their didactic analysis is composed of inclusion in teaching, methodical analysis of the movie scenes and feedback.The didactic analysis was developer during whole school year at the grammar school. In the conclusion of the thesis there are three pedagogical studies focused on effectiveness of teaching consisting video-sequences, motivation of students and knowledge of movies from work.

The thesis deals with the risk analysis in the administrative district of municipality with extended competence Horšovský Týn. Its aim is to analyse anthropogenic and biogenic hazards on the territory of the municipality with extended competence Horšovský Týn and to create a practical aid for mayors of municipalities for dealing with an emergency. The theoretical part defines the basic powers and duties of the municipal authorities in the field of security and crisis management. Furthermore, it defines the theoretical bases for the analysis of risks, especially the definitions of the concepts and the characteristics of the various available methods. In the practical part, a specific risk analysis for the area of the administrative district of the municipality with extended competence Horšovský Týn is carried out by expert assessment method. It includes a detailed characterization of the territory in terms of administrative distribution, demography, climatological and hydrological conditions, infrastructure, etc. Furthermore, the risk rates for individual events are then calculated and compared to each other. Based on the results of the analysis, the mayors of the municipalities are suggested of security measures. The risk analysis for the territory of the municipality with extended competence Horšovský Týn serves as a basic entry into the processes of emergency and crisis planning in this area. The methodical aid, which will be handed over to the mayors of individual municipalities, will contribute to the preparedness for dealing with extraordinary events and crisis situations in the territory of the municipality with extended jurisdiction Horšovský Týn. The thesis can serve as a teaching material in the field of public security.

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis lists the functions of reading books and textbooks generally, formulates the criteria of their assessment, which serves as a basis for identification of the essential dilemmas in the creation of new reading books. The practical part of the thesis develops two chapters of a secondary school reading book. These chapters are compiled thematically according to the principle of so-called "grand ideas". Two approaches to text selection were employed - a literary-historical and a literary-theoretical approach. Both approaches aim at improvement of students' reading literacy: on one hand they deliver to students the necessary field background, on the other hand they open a space for comparison of reading texts across historical periods or literary forms. These advances rely on the interlinkages between texts emergent from the present underlying "grand idea". The reading texts are supplemented by sections of questions and tasks, which ought to assist in interpretation of the reading texts. The methodical comments describe which abilities and skills of students are to be developed in the respective exercise.
